I never feel happily satisfied after eating at Graffiti Junktion. It just taste like greasy junk food, nothing special about the taste. Sorry guys

Food was pretty good. Fries are top notch. Service was sloooooow. Like, ten minutes just to hand my check back to the server slow.

Please use gloves in your kitchen. Watching someone touch your bun bare hand. Eww. Not sanitary.

I have been to several Graffiti Junktion locations in Central Florida, and most of them are your average bar type experience. The location in downtown Orlando is not that. I have been 3 – 4 times and each and every time I wonder why I’ve come back. We could be the only table in the restaurant and food still takes 45 minutes to an hour to come out. The taste of the food is not stellar and seems different than other locations. It definitely does not compete against any of the other gastropubs in downtown Orlando. The waitstaff is under trained and not very attentive. On all 4 occasions it has taken over 20 minutes just to have our credit cards processed after receiving the check. If you go after work for happy hour, be warned, drinks come very slow as well. The last time I went, they would not let me order two drinks at once either so you spend most of the time waiting for a waitress to come back rather than relaxing after a long day. I like Graffiti Junktion, but this location does not meet the standards that all the other locations in Orlando have set. Drive the extra distance to go to a different location.

I love the grilled cheese and tator tots. Initial service took a little while but not bad for a Friday night in Orlando! Good drink specials as well!

What a terrible experience! It is very much a tourist trap, with poor service, a funky smell, and extremely loud music. I ordered a lone star burger, which comes with bacon, BBQ, & cheddar. Not only was my burger the last to be served(in a party of 9), there was no bacon on my burger! When I inquired as to why, the server informed me that they ran out… and there is Canadian bacon in the back if I would like some of that(totally not the same thing). So if I didn’t say anything, the server would not have bothered to mention it. Futhermore, the quality of the food was mediocre at best: a bland burger and soggy fries. Such a disappointment. I would not dine here again.

I feel like I should like Graffiti Junktion more than I do. We’ve eaten here on numerous occasions and there never is anything wrong with the meal, I’m just not ever wowed by it either. For me to eat a burger the burger better be worth the calories. Although the burgers are fine, I’m just not sure that’s the case. This last visit I tried the mahi wrap with a side of tots. The tots were good(hard to mess them up!), nicely crispy and seasoned. The wrap had a good amount of mahi but was kind of bland. We sat ourselves outside because the inside was soooo loud. I know it’s game night and all but I hate having to shout to the person sitting next to me to be heard. I always feel like the tables are kind of sticky too. Outside was better, with a nice view of the happenings around us. We had attempted to try Wahlburgers but when we saw the hour wait decided in Graffiti instead. I must say that they were not hurting for business while we were there but I wonder if long term, how they’ll hold their business? With Wahlburgers that makes three burger places on one street within a hundred yards of one another… Who will win the battle of the Church Street burger? Graffiti better step up its game if it wants to stand a chance! Some tips: offer more creative burger options or perhaps create a few rotating special burgers. Better or more beer/drinks specials. Last night happy hour was on domestic brews only(Bud, Coors, etc). Blech, call me a beer snob but I’m not drinking Bud(although Yuengling made the list so I had that). Offer some craft beers and rotate cool local brews. Next to Graffiti the new bar/restaurant had a lot of folks on the patio having a loud, fun time. At one point they were cheering over someones golf game(there’s an outdoor putting green) and everyone at Graffiti stopped to look over. Were they wondering if they should be eating over there? There was one tired corn hole board on Graffiti’s patio and the couple of bean bags were spilling their beans all over the place.

Excellent sports bar. Enough TV’S. Why great? — fast waiter on a Friday night — a good salad and good quwsadilla — waiter asked if my lady wanted a doggie bag(attentive) — they changed fast a TV to the my preferred channel

The bartender here was extremely rude. This was our last stop of the night after dinner and drinks around downtown. When we sat down, with our stomachs full, we were happy and smiling and the bartender looked at us like we were crazy. We asked what a few beers were on tap and he told us and rolled his eyes when we ordered one of each– like he couldn’t be bothered with us. As a former bartender, I realize it’s exhausting talking to a lot people, but that is your job… and if you’re not a people person or if you’re not in a great mood, ask to be cut early. There were two other bartenders on who looked to be playing the part that I’m sure would have been perfectly capable to carry on without this rude guy. Even when we were leaving, we pushed our glasses forward, thanked him and said have a good night… and he just looked at us and went on with whatever he was doing. What a shame because this looked like it could have been a pretty cool place to hang out but we will not being going back. I would go back for mediocre food/drinks but not for bad service.

The food was awesome but the service wasn’t great at all. If you are going here on your lunch break and have limited time, you may want to go somewhere else. Now if you’re patient and have the time to wait, then you will leave smiling. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. The décor looks pretty cool.

Tried this Graffiti Junktion shortly after opening in Downtown. Really like their Thornton Park and Lake Mary locations. This downtown location continues to leave me feeling«meh». I ordered their 4 cheese burger(asked for cooked medium) with zucchini fries. The zucchini fries were fantastic and the burger was really *really* rare. Our food took a while to come out so I didn’t want to ask to have it re-cooked. I ate around the lightly cooked edges and enjoyed the zucchini fries. I left the uncooked meat there on the platter. It wasn’t even warm, so basically uncooked and I’m not into that risky eating. The lemonade/tea I ordered was completely out of lemonade, so the cup was filled with mostly water and diluted tea. Our server was nice and when I mentioned it she changed it and said their lemonade was out. The 2nd try was pretty much the same, didn’t taste any lemonade either. So ok, I’ll deal. But can’t they see they are out of a drink before serving it? I would think they would see or check it, at least on the 2nd try. My friend ordered the mahi mahi wrap and it smelled really sour and our group was like«what is that smell?» when the mahi wrap was placed on the table. Maybe it was weird marinade or something, but it was not a good smell and my pal couldn’t eat it. We asked if it could be sent back and the manager came over and was nice to start. When we mentioned the smell of the mahi and offered that she should smell it she was sort of annoyed and said«I’m not going to smell it». She didn’t even want to either! I would say stick with the zucchini fries or the tater-tots here, and always a good place to have a beer. They need to work on the food goals though. Kinda disappointed it’s not better like their other locations.

Cool hip place. Nice décor. Very clean. Great artwork. If just rating this on the food, it would be a 5 but because of service they are only getting a 3. The location is good and great for downtown. We went there about 11:30am on a Saturday and the place was empty expect for one other table. There was only one waitress and one bartender. She was nice and pleasant but started to get overwhelmed fairly quickly once it started to get busy. Drinks took quiet a while to get and the food order took even longer to get. They had good beer specials on tap. The burger were perfectly cook and very tasty. Great variety of topping for the burgers. Everything from the usual to a fried egg anyway you would like it cooked.(I thought the was interesting.) Would love to try this location again. Service did start to pick up once more employees showed up. Seemed to have a good amount of customers coming in as we were leaving.

Pathetic service. We went there before a magic game and weren’t greeted at all. Sat at the bar that was very empty and waited five minutes. The bar tender never even came over. The manager stood in the corner and made eye contact with my fiancé and I and still we had no service. Got up and walked out. Weirdest encounter I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We eat at the one in Thornton all the time and love it. This one, however, we will never go to again.

Typical grafetti junction, ehh, but Thursday Trivia Nation trivia is the WORST trivia ever. You can’t understand a word the girl says and she is completely clueless. I’ve been to a lot of trivia nights and this is by FAR the worst. Don’t waste your time. This place is ok but when the thursday trivia is going on it SUCKS.

My biggest pet peeve and restaurants: Taking my order without writing it down. They almost always mess it up. That’s what happened here. I ordered a hamburger with cheese and fried egg. I received a hamburger with cheese and bacon(at least it was in the breakfast family). They were nice enough to offer to correct it, but I was in a rush to get to a movie. They then comped my drinks. I’ll give this location another try sometime, I just wish they would supply the wait staff a pad and pen to write orders on.

Graffiti Junktion has big shoes to fill in a space formerly occupied by Five Guys. While I like the idea of a sit down and order restaurant option so close to work, if you have a limited amount of time for lunch it can be draining trying to place an order, eat, and getting your bill to get outta there! I was there recently with some friends for lunch and I would highly recommend getting there early if you plan to dine around noon. It fills up rather quickly. Also they have similar bench type tables like at their College Park location and it was pretty awkward trying to get seated with a skirt on. Just FYI. Anyways, if you’re a burger fan you’ll love this place. I also appreciate that they have alternate options like sandwiches and salads if you don’t want that heavy of a meal. It’s a lively environment, perfect for sports viewing as there are televisions all over the restaurant as well as a bar in the center. I did find that our server was slammed between tables and we would have to flag her down when we did see her. Keep this in mind if you’re on a strict time crunch. For the most part, food and service were good and checks were split with no problems. I haven’t been for dinner so the experience may be quite different. On a sidenote, the phone number for this location on their website is not correct.

I am so glad GJ is now on this side of downtown too. I’ve been a fan of the Thorton Park location and this one has way more space, which is great during football and basketball season! Appetizer to share has to be he nachos! It’s a huge portion and amazing loaded with all sorts of veggies, toppings and meat served on a huge platter. All the burgers are great and are my go to. Drinks specials are pretty good to. When we went the service was good and our server was really nice and friendly which is a perk.

My husband and I came here around 10:30 pm on a Tuesday to catch the second half of the NBA Finals game. The location was really convenient, and they had a lot of screens. The servers told us to sit where we wanted and we found a small table without problems. They had cheap drink specials($ 3 Titos vodka and a few $ 3 drafts), but the service was really slow. Also, the beer came out at almost room temperature. The waitress took our food order after bringing our drinks and my husband ordered a bison burger with a side of fries. The bison burger was actually really good– so that’s a plus. The fries were kind of dark and soggy, but not terrible. I haven’t been the the Graffiti Junktion in Thornton Park. However, based on my experience here I would go and try that one out. Overall, it was a big game night and we found a table and a waitress who would talk to us. We also found food that was good and reasonably priced. I had a nice time and will probably return.

My family went to Graffiti Junktion to grab a quick dinner before heading over to an Orlando City game. We had about 45 minutes, and we told our server we were headed to the game, so he was really good about serving us quickly. We all ordered burgers, the burgers were all really good. I really liked the tator tots. Overall, everyone was happy. No real complaints with this place at all. I’d recommend it for a place to eat and grab a few drinks before any of the sporting events in the area.
