My partner and I went to this HHGregg to upgrade our sound bar. Brad Conway was our salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the two sound bars that we were inquiring about. Brad gave us the pros and cons of each system. The Samsung was cheaper than the Bose 130 but I kinda had my mind made up on the Bose 130 from the minute that I walked in the store and it happened to be on sale. The Bose 130 has amazing bass sound and You feel like you are in the movie theater. We are very happy with our Bose 130 sound touch home theater sound bar. Okay so me and my lady went in here after looking at the coupon book in the paper. They had some tvs on sale and with the Super Bowl coming up, I thought why not see what kind of deals they had and tvs where worth the price. Well I met a guy named Gary who was the best salesman I think I have ever met. He was very knowledgeable about the tvs and all the cool stuff they could do to enhance your experience. He gave me a demo of a sound bar and showed me how a smart TV could be linked up with my cell phone. Needless say it was sooo cool. After the TV explanation he proposed some ideas about how to buy the TV and some deals that could work with it.
I didn’t get a chance to do a thorough look over the place, but from just a glance seemed like any other hh gregg place that I have seen. I guess it was Gary that made the experience most enjoyable for me.
