Stay away. Seems great on the surface until you see how unorganized they are. Spent over 120 dollars on one drop for them to say, oh we can’t find some of the clothes. It’s gone. No one else would help. I had to locate them myself. No big deal attitude to them. Oh and I asked for starch and didn’t get any!

I’m very happy to leave this comment, because its sometimes difficult to find a business with their integrity. they called me today to let me know that I left $ 160 in one jacket. You really must have an excellent team to have this kind of integrity. I will be a loyal costumer as long as they are in business!!!

really good service and cheap prices.

The good: this place is close and cheap.
The bad: where do I begin! They don’t deliver when promised, they lose clothes, they blame YOU for everything THEY do wrong. I will never go back.
Here’s the story: I use dry cleaning a lot. Every week I have a huge load, and my husband has a huge load. Sometimes it’s two weeks, and there can be 30+ pieces in there. Most times, I need same day or next day service.
I dropped off clothes that included a blazer I needed for a big meeting. When I went to pick it all up, the only thing that wasn’t ready was the blazer! They told me they would have it the next day, which was unacceptable, and too late for my meeting. They blamed ME for not «dropping it off correctly…» Somehow I did it wrong?
Okay, flash forward. I went to pick up another order and noticed a very unique shirt spinning round on the rack… It looked like one I had. It WAS one I had! I asked her to take it down, and it turns out it was from three months ago!!! They didn’t give it back to me in any one of my numerous orders, and never called me to tell me it was still there. They blamed ME for not asking for it with the rest of my clothes… Seriously? I have to ASK for my clothes back? By the sheer nature of your business, I give you my clothes to clean, and then I want my clothes BACK, people!
Flash forward another two months. Once again, my clothes were not ready on time. I dropped them off for same day service (Monday) and when I went to pick them up, I was told they would be ready Wednesday… WEDNESDAY! That is not «same day.» So I flip out on the lady, and tell her it’s unacceptable. She continues to blame ME for the delay!!! Oh, my heavens, that was not the right thing to do… At that point I start to demand an apology. She stares at me like I’m speaking another language. I ask her to say the words, «I’m sorry.» She says nothing. The manager comes over., HE blames me for the delay. I ask HIM for an apology! No dice.
Ten minutes into my rant, a small voice from the back says, «I’m sorry!» I thank the unknown voice, and leave. Never, ever to return again. This place is maddening. I can spend my money elsewhere.

They do their cleaning @ the store. There staff is friendly and explains everything in detail that you need to know. I had a zipper replaced on my favorite slacks that another (more pricey) dry cleaners broke and said nothing to me about it.
I’m paying AFFORDABLE prices for OUTSTANDING results. If you haven’t tried KleenSmart yet, I highly recommend you do.

KleanSmart is outstanding. First all services are performed on site. Brand new machines, professional equipment.
The service is great, everyone on staff is super nice, they go the extra mile to offer a great service.
Their prices are also very reasonable, about half of what other cleaners charge in the area.
I highly recommend going to KleanSmart for all your dry cleaning and tailoring needs.

I’m very pleased with Klean Smart!
First, they do their cleaning IN HOUSE. That is a major plus to me. I don’t like to go to places that send their work out.
Their employees are super friendly, their prices are fair.
I purchased 2 «drop off» bags for $ 10, and they gave me a $ 10 credit on dry cleaning services. And now I can just drop off the bags and come back in 2 days and it will be ready for me.
It can’t get easier than that!
I love this place!
