The food here isn’t horrible, but it’s not great. We stopped here before a game out of convenience and sat at the bar. We had great service. The beer and food was definitely overpriced but it’s fast and it’s close. We got the chicken tenders and the nachos. The chicken tender portion was small and came with chips. If you’re looking for somewhere near by amway and don’t mind bar food– I would check this place out.

Very limited menu which was disappointing but we wanted to something quick before the game. Our server was relatively attentive, but the food took forever to come out and we actually ended up asking for the check and paying before we even got served. Our food took 35 minutes and I actually had to send my drink back because there was a screw in the cup! We had already paid so I didn’t expect much, but the manager came over and took some money off our total which I appreciated.

Terrible place to eat, overpriced, and lacking in customer service. While I understand it’s a sports bar, I have been to many sports bars and none of them are like Magic Grill. This place is ridiculously awful. Their menu is printed out on computer paper(and is extremely limited), they don’t even have a drink menu(and what I mean by drink menu is that not even soft drinks are listed anywhere), they only have two beers on tap, when asked what drinks they do offer the server couldn’t even tell us, their food is WAY overpriced and their burger looks like something from a cafeteria. I could’ve made a better burger at home. I will never eat here again or even have drinks here. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Uggh. If you have a choice, avoid. Me and my buddy and fellow Yeep Angela C. were on our way in to the Linkin Park concert and were starving yet pressed for time, when we happened upon Magic Grill. In retrospect, i’m sure we would’ve been better off patronizing one of the concession stands inside the arena, versus following our stomachs, but you know how it is. Atmosphere: I think that’s what lured us in. It’s very modern without being too stuffy, very chill and laid-back. Even the seating at the bar area was inviting, which is where we chose to sit. Service was good, we were even checked on by the manager to make sure our food arrived quickly, and the bartender was nice and friendly. Sips: While the bar was small in size and didn’t have an extensive variety of offerings as far as liquor was concerned, they did have«the usual suspects» on hand, so I ordered a Captain Morgan and Coke. In short, it was light on the liquor and heavy on the ice. Blah. If you are a fan of beer in a can, then this is the spot for you, because while i believe they did have a couple of selections on draft… everything else was poured into a glass… from a can. I was, for lack of a better word… perplexed, but i guess to each his own… Bites: I ordered the Beer Battered Onion Rings with the AJ Burger and the partner in crime ordered the loaded nachos with chicken. I didn’t particularly care for the onion rings… too much grease, not enough flavor, even when dipped in the accompanying ranch. No punch to it. The burger, also nothing memorable about it. Even topped generously with bacon and grilled onions… the burger patty itself lacked flavor and was quite bland. Salt and pepper, please. The nachos… she hated it. The chicken had no flavor and again. lacked seasoning. I tried them and agreed without hesitation. Overall: I wanted to love this place because just off the atmosphere alone, one would expect more from the menu. It’s simply overpriced, underseasoned food as far as I’m concerned, and a big letdown. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. Till next time keep on Unilocaling!

Over priced for drinks and food. Not a large menu or drink selection. Only two beers on tap all others where served from 20oz cans. First time at this restaurant. Great atmosphere! Plenty of seating. I would not make this a must visit restaurant but you do pay for the convenience and location.

Happened to be in Orlando recently when my Clippers were playing the Magic and I was meeting a friend prior to the game. I stumbled upon Magic Grill and sat at the bar. I was met by a friendly bartender who was great at striking up a conversation with me. Kona on draft was a special surprise since I don’t usually are that unless home in Cali or during my vacays in Hawaii so it was nice treat. Unfortunately, the bartender and the beer were really the only true highlights. I thought the food was mediocre as was the atmosphere for what I thought a sports bar at the base of an arena would be. Don’t get me wrong i will be going back next time I happen to be in Orlando for a game, but I might just stick to the convo and the Kona.

Great food and service! The wings were great and the best part was the friendly waitress she made it a great experience. Also we could skip the long line and enter through the restaurant. A must before a Magic game the best kept secert at the arena! !

DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYHERE! We met friends(who had our game tickets) here prior to a Magic Game. Although it was an hour before game time, the restaurant was not full. This sent off alarm bells in my head but we didn’t have a choice. We found a table and sat down. It took 10 minutes to get a waitress and another 15 for her to bring drinks. I ordered a well whiskey and diet coke. She brought me a regular one and about 10 minutes before anyone else at my table got theirs. She also brought me the whiskey neat and the coke separately… We ordered a couple baskets of wings and fries to split which came out eventually. The pace of service was very slow and chaotic considering by this time, there were only a few tables remaining. When our bill came the prices on the drinks were all wrong but I had to go searching to find help. The manager came out and when I explained why I was annoyed that 4 drinks and 2 baskets(one of which was wrong) of food cost $ 75.00 he said«well, you ate it.» He did not have any apology for all the delays and screw ups and had no intention of trying to make things right for us. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never come back here. Overpriced, incompetent and slow service, and a tricky POS that will overcharge you unless you scrutinize the bill. BEWARE!

We were downtown and saw this place and thought we would try it. The food was just ok… nothing special… the service however was the worst. The girl was more worried about her text messages than providing service. Our tip reflected that… I wish them no harm but I don’t see this place lasting too long. Not with middle of the road food and crappy servers.
