McDonald’s

Potentially the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, but it could’ve just been the time we went.
Went last night at about 8:00. First of all, the girl that took our order knew NOTHING about what she was doing. Ordered a combo, she asked if I wanted it medium or large, I said large. 10 seconds later she says she couldn’t figure out how to make my drink large so it’d have to be a medium. What??? We were in a hurry so we just said whatever. She didn’t understand ANYTHING we were saying so we had to repeat ourselves probably ten times to get the order in. Eventually we managed it and go to the window. Of course I grab the receipt because the cost was way lower than it should’ve been so I’m investigating this.
Get the receipt, and realize she didn’t do my meal as a combo at all, just as a burger and a medium drink. No fries. Of course.
Sooooo we tell the girl (different one) at the window, she gives us fries for free. Bless you random girl for being the only positive thing about this whole visit.
We wait for probably 5 – 10 mins at the window for our food. Then they proceed to tell us that because my friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and they make it fresh, it was going to take another few minutes and could we pull forward? I mean whatever. Pulled into the indicated spot. Took yet another 10 minutes after that to actually get our food and leave.
Awful, awful experience. When McDonald’s is usually quick and on point, something like this really stands out when it happens. Get competent employees at this location, that was a joke!

I’m surprised to see negative reviews for this McDonald’s I was just there and not only was the staff incredibly professional and quick, but the food actually looked like it does in the commercials. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this restaurant is. I commend them and their manager for a great job.

I got off of work late, I was hungry and Target was closed – so no shopping for me.
What I did was pull up to the drive thru at 11:55pm. The female employee who took my order was polite, sweet and professional.
I pulled up to the window not realizing what the time was and to make small talk I asked what time they close? She said in 5 minutes. I apologized for coming so late. Her response? Goodness don’t apologize we aren’t closed until midnight so please don’t feel bad.
The food was fresh, well prepared and the exact opposite of the other complainers on here.

The staff seemed either lazy or under trained. They were not polite and barely professional. The wait was long and even the manager was rude. The food was hot and fresh though. But the service will discourage me from visiting that particular establishment again.

Came here for a quick breakfast before a meeting– bad choice. The crew here is very unprofessional. You could here them laughing and carrying on behind the counter– it seemed their socializing was more important than any customer. I ordered a bagel sandwich– it took near ten minutes. They served me flat Diet Coke– I poured it out and attempted to refill it at station– out of order. I take my drink to counter and explain the first girl gives me a blank rude stare then finally takes my glass. From behind the counter they open a 2 liter of Diet Coke! At this point I just want this awkward breakfast run to be over! Do yourself a favor– don’t eat here!

There is only one electrical outlet, the fish tank is mercy, the tea is watered down, the employees are rude, lazy, and discriminatory… the store, more flash then substance… but it now seems a person can loiter for a hell of a long time just as long as one does not ask for services that would require an employee to perform a task… don’t expect much from this place… customers will find themselves «doing it themselves or doing without»… :-)

Not a big fan of Mickey D’s, but works when I’m in a hurry and need something quick.
