Chick-fil-A

I have only good things to say about all the Chick-Fil-A’s I have ever been to. I love this chain, and have always had good experiences.
I went to lunch in Orlando with one of my younger cousins at this Chick-​Fil-​A after having an adventure filled day. I wanted something quick, and scrumptious because we still had to drive back to Ormond afterwards. There was a lot of parking available, which is always ideal.
Upon entering, we were greeted by one of the workers and they were very pleasant. I always enjoy my experience at any place if the workers there are upbeat. You can tell when someone doesn’t enjoy their job, and that was not the case at Chick Fil A. The woman at the register was very quick, efficient, and well-​spoken. She had a smile on her face the entire time, and that can make the atmosphere a lot more welcoming.
We sat down at a table, and within moments our food was brought to us. The service is great. Our beverages were refilled by one of the servers there even before it was at the halfway mark, and that was greatly appreciated. I can sometimes be like a fish when it comes to drinking my beverage, so it’s nice to not have to worry about getting up mid-​conversation to get a refill. They were very attentive, friendly, and on point about their service. I would definitely revisit this chick-​fil-​a.

I always go here in the mornings on my way to work. The iced coffee is my favorite & almost always free so definitely a bonus. The drive through staff is also very polite. The lines can get very long so you have to be patient.

Excellent service. Manager came vy and checked on us and refilled our drinks. Enjoyed our lunch.

First time at a chick fil a. And what an amazing experience. Staff were incredibly attentive and asked and used my name and even walked out to seating area to ask if I wanted a refill. I’ve been in high need restuarants and not had this attention. Plus the food was incredible. Well done. For a fast food place in a busy mall at Christmas you guys rock.

Got my daughter her nugget kids meal with the fruit. Fruit was fresh and nuggets were deliciously crispy. So crispy, that It made me realize that I’ve never had the nuggets as they should be. Pleasant surprise, especially for my daughter who enjoyed them more. The fruit was fresh and not mushy which is a plus. She opted for the apple juice which was in a box. The toy was returned for an ice cream cone which was served with a smile. The staff at this location was quick and efficient and very friendly.

Lanche de frango excelente, vale a pena experimentar!

This has to be the best CFA in Orlando. Everyone is really nice and the is always fresh and they also have the best ice (crushed) :)

I just have to say the cashier, Liz, that served us at Chick-​fil-​A last night was really awesome! What is this girl doing working in a food court??? She was just really outgoing and friendly.
I have never had the soup from Chick-​fil-​A but she recommended the chicken tortilla soup, and guess what? It rocked. It was really, really good. I will order it again.
Just when you think you know everything on the menu at a fast food joint there’s a happy surprise. Thanks, Liz!

Good CFA. Probably the best quick food option in this mall. The usual professional CFA employees with their smiling faces and great attitudes is always nice to see. Place usually has a line but the wait is not long.

As far as fast food restaurants go, this one has the BEST customer service. It is such a pleasure in the rush of lunch hour to utilize their drive thru — always a friendly person both on the speaker (which is very clear) and at the window. Great training!!!

I love cfa breakfast! And this location is by far my favorite. They really do go the extra mile in making their customers happy.
