If I could give zero stars I would. The service here is terrible. I went to lunch here with my husband because it’s close to his job. They are always short on staff and food so when we order they always say it will be 3 or 4 mins for this or that. It’s a little frustrating, but no big deal. After about 5 mins we go back up to see if it’s ready and they say it will be another 4 mins. I said that’s fine just bring it to us when it’s ready please. They still did not bring it ten minutes later. My husband only has an hour for lunch which is pretty much over by now. We asked for our money back and they hardly seemed competent enough to figure out how to do that. Also the sweet tea was unsweet tea and when I let them know that they said they knew. Not sure why they kept it labeled sweet tea. They also did not have any sugar for me to sweeten my tea. They would only refund one meal at that. Stay away from this terrible place!!!

It is a good fastfood. Reasonable prices, clean restaurants, and usually snappy service. What is not to like.

I like coming here because it’s close to my apartment and a healthier option than other fast food places with things I enjoy like the mixed vegetables, brown rice and grilled chicken, for example. However, almost every single time I have come, I have had to wait for more food to be made, since there never seems to be enough, and I kid you not that I actually waited over twenty minutes once for more teriyaki chicken to be made when I was told it would be about a ten minute wait, even though I had already ordered online and only expected a quick pick up! Today, I just went in with my husband, waited a good few minutes just for our order to be taken & was then told they just ran out of teriyaki chicken, while I’m left wondering if they ever actually have any. Because there was so much traffic, I was starving, and didn’t want to keep driving around, we waited. We waited about ten minutes and then just decided to leave — extremely disappointed to say the least. Now, the service has always been ok, no horrible experiences, and honestly, they usually give something free for the wait, BUT this is just getting ridiculous. I’d probably avoid this location in the future.

I’m rating for stars, but let me preface by saying four stars for a FASTFOOD restaurant. This is not a place I frequent or tell my friends they need to check out. But when you feel starved and you’re in a rush, this Panda Express is a great option. I like Panda Express compared to the other fast food options because you actually have the chance to get some veggies as opposed to a cheap meat patty on a bun and fried empty carbs. I like to order their fried rice(with peas, carrots and corn) or their chow mein, as well as their veggie spring rolls. They also have tasty fried wontons — no veggies, but they taste good and at least they are vegetarian(?) Don’t forget to ask for sauce because they often won’t put it in the bag otherwise if you are going through the drive-thru.

Besides the trays being filthy I am VERY disgusted to see the food server serving the food without gloves and at the same time cashing out patrons… VERY unsanitary practice!!!

The food is good only if you go during lunch or dinner otherwise the food is old and gross. The problem with that is that they focus on the drive through and the counter gets very backed up. From what I could notice the inside service was in the way of the drive through because it looked as if the drive through was moving much faster than the inside. Maybe they should time the inside line the same as the drive through. This may be my last time to a panda.

The inside was very clean. I don’t care for that type of rice. I love the grilled chicken. The steak was also great. The staff was very friendly. The location is great.

Panda express tastes better than the local Chinese take out restaurants. I really liked the grilled chicken and lo mein.

They changed the fried rice to some type of cheap, non-jasmine rice. Super FAIL! Staff is nice. Unfortunately will not come here anymore.

Average, fast-food Chinese. Easier than getting into or out of a mall — but only barely, as this location is on a divided road. No left-turn in; no left-turn out. But if you’re craving Chinese and you’re in the area … it’ll do.

I like it because it’s quick. I can use the drive thru and get a side of mixed veggies and rice. It works well with my WW points. I looked online for the nutrition information, and it’s really not that bad as far as the sodium and fat is concerned. It’s pretty tasty in my humble opinion. I really like the veggie egg rolls – as good as any other place, or better, possibly. I like to get the kids meal – comes with a drink and dessert as well, and the portion sizes are not that much different.

I begged, I pleaded. Panda Express, you’re joking right? Yes, it’s dried out, it’s cooked under heat lamps, and the source is questionable. Some how they managed to make fried rice taste nasty. But, in their defense, they do have cute pandas on the cups AND they have a drive through — so you can eat the dried out, heat lamp cooked questionable meat on the go!
