If there were zero stars I would give it. We went here last night after church approximately 11:30pm. It took 20 minutes to get a 10.00 meal. Bigmac was nasty, buffalo chicken sandwich literally had a drop of Buffalo sauce. They have these touch screens when you walk in to place your order and expedite things not working perhaps hire more employees. Customer service was horrible. The only people working were 5 managers laziest managers ever if it was managers that liked to work it would have run smoothly. This McDonalds needs to get there act together.

McDonalds was an oasis to us after mediocre resort food. Unlike, the one besides our All-Star sports, this was a regularly priced McDonalds. Their value menu sandwiches were very good deal. I would always come back to any clean and well-run McDonalds.

Only came here for a coffee at the drive-thru. Coffee was made the way I wanted and the girl who took my order was friendly. It’s in the heart of all the Disney craziness so I imagine it’s always busy except for late at night.

they’re incredibly slow. SLOW. Half of the staff can’t speak English so the order is usually wrong.

This location has terrible service, unfriendly staff, and is always packed even past midnight. My family and I were visiting Orlando and staying at a nearby hotel. The first visit was through the drive thru where we we waited quite a while. First when at the speaker it took a good minute or two for someone to ask for our order. Once at the window the young man started asking us to pay for another order, and after getting it correct changed the price that had come on the screen previously. When we opened the paper bags to eat we discovered that there was two mistakes — instead of two cheeseburgers there were two hamburgers and there was no sign of the fish-filet that was ordered. We were already back to the hotel and it we had just come from the airport so no one felt like going back. Luckily there was enough food that someone could share. However, that doesn’t change the fact that they screwed up the order and cheated us of some money. The second trip a few days later was when we wanted to get some ice cream after dining else where. It was about 11:15PM when we got there. The drive thru was bending around to the point it was almost at the exit of the drive thru. So a few us decided we’d just go inside and get the ice cream. It was pretty packed inside as well. There was a screen that displayed order numbers that they had served and were serving. We found a empty table and looked at the screen waiting for our number. The first few numbers were in numerical order and then it started going to a number a hundred down from before. It started going to random number all over the place like form 300 to 210 then 230 and so on. The was a mob of people already waiting for their orders mostly people returning from Disney World. After about 15 – 20 minutes of waiting we saw our number flash on to the screen. We hopped out of seats and found our way through the crowd to the counter. Just as we saw that our order was nowhere to be found on the counter the number completely disappeared on the screen like it was never there. Frustrated and confused we stayed in the front the crowd hoping it would come any minute now since ours wasn’t something you even had to cook. We watched as people with higher numbers and people who came after us got their orders. It almost midnight and we were still waiting for some ice cream. An old man next us called out to one of the employees that about his number being lower than half the people that had gotten their orders but the lady just responded rudely how he has to wait and mumbled something about the numbers. It was midnight and we couldn’t stand to wait any longer so we just left. There went about forty five minutes of waiting for something as simple as ice cream, more money the cheated us out of, no ice cream, and a bad end to the night. They should have a better system for all the people they get due to the fact that people come late from Disney World/Universal Studios. They really should improve the way the run things, their customer service, etc. Who knows how much money they have cheated through people if they cheated their way through about ten dollars for two orders. Do yourself a favor and don’t go the this location, its a waste of time and money!

Great service and location. The Staff is very friendly, however I ordered a hot latte and the answer was«the machine is broken»! So no problem right?, I ordered a regular coffee then and out of curiosity asked how long ago the machine broke, the answer; «about a year ago!!!» I was very disappointed to hear that. That is poor service and management practice. The franchise operator or company own management team needs to know that a year to fix a problem at the restaurant is simply unacceptable, regardless of how simple or complicated the issue is. I won’t return here.

This Mcdonalds is located in the middle of the disney madness so it is always incredibly crowded, but I must say that they are really efficient with the crowds and we didn’t wait in line very long considering the amount of people in front of us. They did forget a few things on our large order, but we’re quick to fix the problem once we brought it to their attention. Good for a cheap, quick bite before hitting the parks!
