Cons: 30 minute wait to order food 10 minute wait to receive the food Dirty drink station Dirty tables Sticky floors Pros: We didn’t get sick from the food

On my only visit to this place, I thought it looked kinda dirty. There was a huge line to order food and only one cashier open. After that, it took another long wait to get my food. At least on that particular day, the place seemed to be understaffed, not sure if its a common thing here. And the whole place is really loud, with tons of people unable to have a conversation without screaming. Not to mention the savages who refuse to clean up after themselves, leaving tables overflowing with garbage. Wendy’s have some really nice burgers, but this location was subpar, in my opinion, and there are much nicer alternatives close by(Chick fil A, McD’s, Taco Bell, hell, even that 7-Eleven across the street can’t be this bad).

I went inside today and had to leave after sitting down. The smell of the place is bad. Restaurants can smell but cleaning the carpet can help. This place is disgusting. The food meh Last visit to this location.

The fat Hispanic girl at the drive thru forgot my chicken nuggets after she told me everything was in there. Luckily I check my bag and told her she didn’t put it in there. She gave me attitude and didn’t even apologize.

Do yourself a favor and go right next door to Chick-fil-A instead! I came here once on a Sunday, because Chick-fil-A was closed. I was looking for a QUICK bite to eat because I didnt feel like cooking so I thought why not Wendys? … worst decision ever! I got my small frosty when I was done ordering but I had to wait 45MINUTES for my 8 nuggets and a medium fries! NOEXAGGERATIONS. so not cool. By the time my food was ready, my frosty was melted and I only get a frosty to eat it together with my fries. I couldn’t believe how slow this place was. Poor tourists weren’t even complaining much because they probably never been to a Wendys before. This is not how other Wendys are, fyi. There was a looong line of us waiting, it was ridiculous! It’s not even like they were understaffed or something happened with their fryer. supposedly this place is notorius for long wait times. I say, close down for a little and hire new staff or train better. The employees here lack a sense of urgency and effenciency. The worst part about the long wait is that the employee didn’t apologize for it or at least explain what happened.

Wait Time = 30 Minutes at 11:30PM Everyone is tired from their Disney journey and looking for a quick fix. Why not some Wendy’s! Yay! Oy! Long drive thru line, let’s go inside. Somehow the line is longer because there is only one cashier to serve a 20+ person line. Everyone behind the counter is slowly waddling and taking their sweet time to do anything. You can’t tell me that rushes like this have never happened before. You easily have 5 employees back there. Pick up the pace, everyone wants to go home or back to their hotel. Standard Wendy’s UGH food otherwise. Slowest«fast» food I’ve ever had.

Luckily we didn’t have a 1.5-star experience here. Having watched the staff handle other orders, however, I can see how that happens. The staff just needs a little retraining and to focus more. We had to repeat items as we placed our order– we weren’t even in the drive thru. I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted. I asked for sweet ‘n’ sour, she blindly put BBQ in the bag. We ordered 2 value fries– the cartons were barely filled. If you’re going to use a certain size container, fill it! Otherwise, the food was fresh and tasty. They just need to work on their execution.

One star is hard to even click for this«restaurant» I waited in line for a frosty and a side salad for 23 minutes, before I finally spoke up and complained about the wait for my take out. After taking this order home, I was disappointed to find out that the salad was incorrect and there was no dressing. To add, establishment is unsanitary and needs to be inspected. Wendy’s should spend less time trying to see how much bacon they can fit into a sandwich and spend that time fixing their service.

After watching my 4 friends spend almost $ 400 at a restaurant on the Disney campus, I skipped the indecipherable menu for a jaunt through the ever-dependable Wendy’s drive-thru. With a coupon, my husband and I enjoyed 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and fries for less than $ 6 – about 2% of what our friends spent on their over priced, under-impressive meal. Totally worth the money.

I would put one if I could awful. Messed up order and takes forever. Avoid. Employees don’t care at all. Major problems here.

As long as you stick with the drive-thru window, the CP Central Wendy’s is okay. I drove here frequently for lunch from Old Key West /Saratoga Springs(since those resorts lack cast cafeterias) and never had problems getting my food in a timely manner. Apparently the dining room is entirely another matter, but compared to the uniformly abysmal service of the MetroWest«Apathetic Wendy’s», this may as well be «onstage».

Sigh. Sadly, I did not read the reviews first. I mean… it’s Wendy’s. The whole point of a chain like this is you get what you expect — the same as all the others. Sadly, not the case here. Just move on. Please read the reviews first and know they aren’t lying. The drive-through took FOREVER. I looked inside — they weren’t busy and the drive-through line was not long(maybe 4 cars). Once I got my food — it was all old, stale fries, and not warm. yuck.

I wish I could give it zero stars! I ordered the pretzel bacon cheeseburger. I was disgusted when I bit into it. The meat was so cold in the middle. Never again!

This is the smelliest fast food joint I’ve ever been too. Service was terrible, I stood in line for 15 minutes and there were only 3 people working there. Don’t waste your time.

Most Wendy’s are pretty similar. There are even a few which are quite nice. This however is the first example I’ve seen far below the norm. Seriously, unless you are a frog looking for flies buzzing around while you wait for your slowly served and incorrect order, just stay away.

We stopped here after getting out of Disney World late because nothing else was open. The McDonald’s was closed for remodeling down the street and we didn’t want to venture too far from our hotel. The drive-thru service was extremely slow. I watched every employee in there doing everything else except help customers. It took 10 minutes to get 3 burgers which had no special requests. And for the grand finale… There were 2 long pieces of black hair on my burger. I threw up. This place is disgusting. Shame on me for not reading the reviews of this place before going to eat there. I feel sick again after having to relive this nightmare via Unilocal review.

This is the only Wendy’s(that I know of) within a 5 mile radius of my office and I was totally craving french fries and a Frosty. I know this one is CP Central being right next door to one of their apartment complexes, but you would think after being in this location for years that the management would figure out how to make the inside ordering more efficient. There are no stanchions to indicate a queue, so the line goes from the counter back to the other side of the restaurant, past the garbage cans that are overflowing and have sticky soda all over the floor. There’s usually one person taking orders and they wait until the food is ready for the customer that just ordered until they take the order of the next customer. All in all, I waited in line for 25 minutes to get one meal and when asking for ketchup packets, they suggested I get ketchup out of the pump dispensers since they were out of packets… which wouldn’t have been too bad of a suggestion, but I ordered my meal to go and I don’t think open containers of ketchup would fare well in the car. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless it’s a dire Frosty emergency.

We stopped here twice for the kids during a trip to Orlando. The location is convenient for Disney park visitors going to the water parks and Downtown Disney, but we’re going to avoid it in the future. The food service is extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to order and get our food, and they got two sandwich orders wrong — a spicy chicken sandwich had honey mustard on it instead of mustard and a chicken sandwich that was supposed to be plain had all the condiments. Even worse, the dining area was not clean. Tables were dirty and in the time we were there, no employees ever came out to take care of them. If that’s how the public areas look, what’s the kitchen like?

It’s Wendy’s… All I expect is consistency and halfway decent service. Well in the one shot this place got they blew it. How hard is it to take an order when I’m standing there, right in front of you, telling you what I want on my burger? Then as I stand there with my Frostys melting I have to ask three different people to get me my damn lemonade?!? Awful service.
