I don’t bother writing reviews for big chain restaurants, but I had to write about my recent visit this past weekend. I went with a group of 9 friends and we got seats at the bar. Gabi apparently had the displeasure of serving us because she was not friendly at all. She went to each of us along the bar and asked«are you ordering? Are you ordering?» 4 of my friends who were ready put their orders in immediately. I was not ready yet, but when I was, it took me 4 tries to get her attention again to order(and twice I asked the other 2 bartenders if I could order through them, but they said no). My friends got their food and were done eating, but my food still hadn’t come out. It took 35 minutes for an appetizer sampler plate and 10 wings to come from the kitchen. I know exactly how long because I checked how long ago I had checked in on Unilocal. What a Ridiculous experience at this Ale House.

The mountain melt was sooooooooooo good. I’m pretty sure if you order this and eat it completely, you’ll lose a year of your life. But it’s 110% worth it and would recommend to anyone who’s brave enough to eat such magnificent plate of fries and chicken.

Ale house is killing it with $ 3 Jameson specials! Also, Andrew is my go-to bartender! Boyfriend & I usually go when he’s working because that’s when we get the best service. Food is ehh, decent bar food. Zinger mountain melt is great though.

Another night to come to rescue… never can go wrong with Ale House meals… decided to try something different… no need to name restaurant within same premises, however they did not have the dishes I was interested as it was out of stock…“who does that?”…anyhow…came back to Ale House after awhile of not being here and things have not changed… perfect!!! Will be back very soon!!!

I used to be a frequent customer at this Ale house for years. It was my family’s go to restaurant. A year ago I would have given it at least 4 stars. I’m sorry to say, that this restaurant is declining in both food quality and value. First, the company has made lots of changes to the menu. Primarily removing items. The result, my favorite dish(seafood medley) is no longer on the menu. My wife’s(Bistro Burger) is gone as well. You can still make your own, but without the chiabatta bread, which really added to the burger. Second, they’ve gotten rid of the lunch card program that I used very frequently, raised prices on the lunch specials, and reduced the portions and quality or the specials. Finally, we went there the other day for the first time in about a month. I ordered the blackened chicken quesadilla… I took a bite and instantly knew it was wrong. Wow was I surprised with what I was served! A tortilla filled with blackened chicken sandwich meat. I didn’t taste any blackening of course and what restaurant have you ever been to serves a quesadilla with sliced sandwich meat on it?! I complained to my server who has been there for years and is super nice like most of the other servers there. She seemed shocked and got the manager, who was also very nice and explained to me that that was how they served the quesasilla now. Really!!? I’ve never had a quesadilla served with sandwich meat before. I mean how hard is it to grill, and blacken and cut up a chicken breast? The manager did the right thing and politely took it off the bill as he should have and offered to blacken the chicken for me personally next time… should he have to do that? I’ll still go back to Ale house from time to time to eat. Kids eat free on Tuesday nights and mine enjoy the kid’s meals there. And there are still some good things on the menu. Although most dishes have smaller portions than they used to. Sorry to say that I’m going from a 2 – 4 times a week customer to maybe once every couple of weeks. And if they continue to cut back, there are lots of other good restaurants in the area. I still give them 3 stars in hopes that they get their acts together.

Delicious, piping-hot garlic wings are what brings us to Ale House nowadays. And, they did not disappoint! Yum! I also decided to try something new, the ribs and fries. They were also absolutely fantastic! New fave! But, what really set apart this Ale House from most businesses I’ve frequented is their commitment to integrity and customer service. There was an advertisement throughout the store that had expired the day before. When we brought it to our server’s attention, without even being asked, she went to bat for us with the manager, who ultimately decided to honor the advertisement. It’s so rare and refreshing to see a company honor their word these days! Bravo, Ale House!

We used to come here only for the prime rib, lobster or ribs specials. But since we tried the garlic wings we have a reason to come here anytime! I am not exaggerating when I say the garlic wings are some of the best I’ve ever had. They lack salt, but that’s what salt shakers are for. Also, the coleslaw is some of the best you’ll find in a restaurant. And you can’t go wrong with the ribs on Monday night. You’ll have to ask my wife about the prime rib. That’s her thing ;) PROTIP: If you order the lobster, ask for a side of Old Bay. Sprinkle that into the melted butter, or directly onto the lobster meat, and you’re in for a treat!

I love going to Ale’s house especially after 10 cuz of $ 5 appetizers. I love the captain jack ice cream cake. It is heaven. If you sign up their emails and updates, you get to get a free captain jack ice cream cake slice. I also love getting their zingers, artichoke spinach dip, and Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta. The pasta is soo good and big. Big enough for two people to share to eat. I missed having the choice to pick fish and chips on their daily dinner specials. Now, its daily special price only for lunch. The service is good if you’re not in a group. Servers don’t come by much when you’re in a group. The atmosphere is nice and staff people are nice.

Food isn’t good. Too many fried items. More like a bar with food and tables trying to look like a restaurant If you want to meet interesting people go there. You might like it. I just like fine dining.

Ale House is always a solid choice for late night food. they serve the whole menu till 130 which is nice. They have quite a few drink specials, so there is something for everyone. We always get the fish dip that is served with jalapeños and crackers. It is great! We get the fish tacos a lot. #3 .large white fish tacos with a side. The big red chicken sandwich is a solid fried choice. Its a fried chicken breast sandwich on a nice soft roll with lettuce and tomato. It is spicy and filling. The service is all over the place at the bar, from best ever to they hardly notice you, def depends on who is there.

5 stars for good food and amazing service! We were visiting the Orlando area for possible relocation and was recommended by a friend to visit the Orlando Ale House. It was 5pm on a Friday but we were seated immediately and were greeted by the friendliest waiter. His name was Emilio C. He really went above and beyond to get to know us and answer all of our questions. We aren’t picky eaters, but he knew the menu inside and out, all the options, good recommendations. He had all the answers just in case you do have preferences. The food was very good, we started with the zingers which were crispy and tender. I had the flat iron steak with boom boom shrimp and it was cooked exactly how I wanted(medium rare) and it came with a generous amount of shrimp. I will definitely come back for some brews and steak!

I told you I was going to have the Ossobuco when I went back. I will just give you the highlights… The Ossobuco was friggin PERFECT except for one thing… The gravy tasted like it came from a jar and if I was to take a guess… Heinz brand… The reason I say that is my mother could not make gravy to save her life and she always kept a jar of it in the house when I moved out because I was her gravy maker… The Broccoli and baked potato were spot on… I asked my server to send the manager over and told him what I thought about the gravy and he admitted that it was a decision above his pay grade and agreed with me. MYEXACTWORDS to him were… «Your kitchen can make an Ossobuco that good and corporate can’t trust them to make gravy?» NOTETOCORPORATE: Please empower your kitchen staff to make the gravy from scratch… Not only will it be less expensive but I suspect it will taste better that the gravy you are forcing them to use now… Service — 5 Manager on duty — 5 Ossobuco — 5 Gravy — 2 Baked Potato — 5 Broccoli — 5 The gravy is the ONLY reason you are not getting a perfect score… The ONLY reason!

I am a fan of every Miller’s Ale House I have tried. Great sports bar with better than average sports bar type food. Service is good, prices are reasonable, and TVs are plentiful — what more do you want from such a place? The only downside to this particular location is the location — which is in a very busy shopping plaza. Parking can be a challenge — you can park, but you may be walking a bit!

This place is consistently good at providing the pub grub I crave with a laid back atmosphere. If you are looking for a great place to catch a game on TV, or to have a few drinks with some friends after work, this place is for you. This place has drink specials almost every day of the week and the food is not terribly expensive which are both huge pluses for this place.

I’ve been to a lot of Ale House’s and this is definitely one of the better ones, closer to one of the best from my experiences. Our food and drinks came out extremely fast which is not something I ever expect from an Ale House… especially the food side. The server Brian greeted us fast and in a friendly manner. We put in an order of Chicken Nachos(just for the 2 of us. hehe) and the came out like lightning. There were more plain chips than ones covered with the goods! We could have had an oder of chips & salsa b/c they lacked cheese, chicken, lettuce, etc. But that was the worst part – which it usually goes down hill from the first sign of shittyness… However. It gets wayyyy better. We ordered a build-your-pwn burger with chz, bacon, & mushrooms. It was cooked perfectly – just the way we ordered it and was really delish! We also ordered 2 flat breads, pepperoni & the zinger, which both were loaded with cheese and cooked perfectly too!(I guess u get chz on the flat breads but not on the nachos… no chz 4 u nacho lover) 4.5 stars. only 2 mishaps. the nachos & our server couldn’t be found for a lil’ while to order food after we ordered & received our app. Probably b/c he didn’t think we would order food for a small army since we order the ckn nachos as an app for 2 people. We will be back! Oh and the drink specials are always awesome at Ale! Each day they cater to someone but ypi can always find a good deal any day of the week
