This is a very well run outlet, with friendly staff and a nice seating area with a roll-up glass door that lets in a bit of the outdoors. The menu offers a good variety of different noodle-based cuisines, plus salads and soups. The noodle dishes have the same issue as at Pei Wei where the calorie counts look attractive until you realize there are two servings in each bowl. However Noodles and Company has come up with a great solution. Their«Buff» bowls leave out the noodles, and substitute spinach, while doubling the other ingredients. I tried the Buff version of the Japanese Pan Noodles. It seemed funny to remove the Japanese Pan part from the dish, but it more than halved the calories, to just 320 in the whole bowl. And it was extremely tasty. I feel like I got all the flavor, without the carbs. And since the veggies(other than the spinach and cilantro) were hot, it didn’t seem like a salad. As with the other bowls, you can get a side dish. I had a Caesar salad(side salad with a salad, ha!) and it was also tasty, and added only another 90 calories. They also have the Coke Freestyle machines that can make a hundred or so different combos, including many with no calories. In all, quite a satisfying low-cal lunch.

We love going to Noodles. I always get the beef stroganoff. It is so creamy and well seasoned. The mushrooms in it taste so good(I normally never eat mushrooms, but these I can tolerate). The kids meals are very hearty and my son especially loves the huge piece of rice crispy treat that comes with it. We definitely recommend it to anyone! We will be going back often.

Rename the place«Soy Sauce & Company» I will call it that from now on. First off, here’s some background information: — I’m Chinese. — I lived in Asia for 3 – 4 years and traveled immensely throughout Asia. My first and last time ever eating here(happened just merely 2 hours ago, the experience was that AWFUL that I had to type up a review immediately). The staff was really nice and attentive but it’s a restaurant and you’re not there for the staff but for the food… wait… was it even edible? I wasn’t expecting much but how is this place still open? Why are there so many people raving about this place on Unilocal? When I stepped in, I would like to make note that the first red flag was that I was the only patron that was a minority. Hmmmmm… Anyway, you approach the menu on the far side of the room to the right and order from the register to the left of it. Easy peasy. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles with Tofu(with drink) $ 10 + tax There was a long line at the soda machine and drink station because: 1. The soda machine doesn’t work except for the flavoured, carbonated water. 2. Set up on a 1×1 countertop(exaggerating but the area is TINY). You had to literally fist fight someone’s grandpa to get to the napkins, utensils, lids and teas. I found a seat in the second room and my food arrived like 5 minutes later — surprisingly. I looked down at the presentation, the udon noodles looked a big stiff and dry looking. I was really unimpressed and then I tried it and I regretted stepping into«Soy Sauce and Company» immediately. My tofu looked like it was dragged to hell and then decided to come back on my plate. I could only find 2 pieces that weren’t covered in carbon and more importantly didn’t TASTE like carbon. Since it crawled through hell, I was hoping for it to be slightly hot or mildly warm… WRONG. It was cold, in fact, the noodles were lukewarm as well. The udon had a rubbery, dry texture to them — best description would be eating some rubber bands. I’ve never done it before but I imagine this is how it would be. So, at this point: they f – ked up on my tofu, the texture of the udon noodles and you’re wondering«Did it taste good at least?» NO. I felt like the staff was going to approach me at my table and ask me «Ma’am, do you want a side of noodles with your soy sauce?» The udon noodles were drowned into soy sauce and left out to dry in the hot Floridan heat. I felt like I was guzzling bottles and bottles of soy sauce, the roof of my mouth became numb because of all the sodium in this«dish.» The best part was that I was sitting next to a large family — the father was going on about the same dish I had and a staff member finally approached him to ask how everything was. «Sir, is everything okay? Did you need anything else?» «Yes, it’s okay. Except, could you bring me more soy sauce?» Honestly, my mouth dropped right then and there because this guy was going to drown his soy sauce noodles with more soy sauce. I was at a loss for words. Speechless. I want my $ 10 back. My entire appetite was gone for the rest of the day. If you want to have decent asian-style food, I recommend not going to this place. Seriously, you’ve been warned.

Lunch date with my friends. I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai. The meal arrived quickly m, so it was still warm. My dish was a bit sweeter than I liked. Good thing they had fish sauce and hot sauce! A dash of fish sauce and a few pumps of hot sauce, it was much better! The staff were very attentive and polite! The atmosphere is casual. Overall a pretty good lunch.

I have been here twice with friends and since I feel in love with my meal the first time, I got the exact same thing the second time! I know, so adventurous! Potstickers– They are made with chicken and were packed with flavor and the sauce was perfection. These come as 3 or 6 which is perfect because when I see Potstickers on a menu I always wish I could just order a half order for myself! Japanese Pan Noodles– These udon noodles are very thick and at first I wasn’t sure I liked them, but after bite two I was hooked. The veggies(I got no mushrooms with my meal) were fresh and crisp and the chicken was nice plump pieces of good chicken, none of the small, questionable, pieces of meat elsewhere. The best part of this meal was there was some left over for my lunch the next day! I want to go again soon to try something new, but lets be honest… I will probably order this again because I know I enjoy it so much but I will bring my fiancé this time and steal some of whatever he orders!

My first trip to Noodles & Company turned out to be a very good choice. I was looking for a quick meal option and they certainly provided a delicious alternative to conventional fast food. They are a chain but approach food differently. They use food you can feel good about. They have 14 fresh vegetables prepped daily; organic tofu, milk and tea; cage-free eggs and antibiotic-free, hormone-free pork and bacon They cook to order with many options to vary your choices, with many low calorie options. But the best part is they serve it to you in a Real Bowl with Real flatware(not plastic)! My order of Japanese Pan Noodles was relatively low in calories, was piping hot and incredibly tasty. It is a little more expensive than typical fast food, but the small difference in price is certainly worth it. I’m surprised I’ve never tried this restaurant before and I’m excited to see they’re opening another close by.

I dined at this location for the first time today. The food was tasty, but what blew me away was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and patient and intent on getting my(vegan) order just right. Grace went out of her way to help me, even giving me tips on how to replicate an element of the meal that I enjoyed at home. I’ll be calling corporate to tell them how impressed I was with her, and how much I appreciated her going above and beyond in every way. I’ll definitely be returning when I next find myself in the area.

Walked in and was immediately greater by staff. Ordered the Thai curry hot pot. It was delicious! Peppers that were in it were very hot. No big deal just didn’t eat them. The curry flavor was subtle and good. Prices were reasonable. Will go back.

One star for a bug in my food and my mother getting the wrong order My mother ordered pad Thai she got the pan noodles first mistake I wanted a cup of water soda machine out of service I had to pay 2.00 for a bottle of water I notice as I was eating my food a bug in my plate. I thought it was a fly it was not it moved just didn’t have wings to fly. I told an employee that barely spoke English she said it was a fly I said no it’s not flying she said I can make you another one Why would I want another one when there are bugs in the food?! I wanted a refund which they refused. let’s see what corporate has to say

Great lunch spot in Dr. Phillips and incredibly price-friendly. Several options from ethnic noodle bowls, to soups, to salads, sandwiches and more. Great place for when you’re not sure what you’re in the mood for and are just looking for a quick bite. My must tries: Tomato soup Pad Thai Mediterranean flatbread sandwich

Food was great and the service was even better. I plan to frequent this place every month. You order at register but they bring the food to your table. The portions are generous and are full of flavor. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My first visit with Noodles was good in general but with one exception. Their fast casual style setup is a similar combination of Chipotle+SmashBurger. Walk in, wait, pick your choice of bowl and top with either chicken, beef, tofu, etc. Then, u get a number and they bring you your order. Service: The service was okay with the exception of one person that brought out the food. He gave me the bowl and then just toss me the utensil on the table. Very rude IMO. Although, the person that placed my order was nice enough to ask us how the food was at the end after we finish. Food: My Pad Thai tasted surprising good. For the price and quality, this will be my next go to spot if I’m not feeling for Chipotle. The ingredients were rich making the sauce on the noodles a perfect blend. The chicken was a little stale but good enough with the Pad Thai. I also tried the Mac & Cheese Bowl that tasted good and it’s the go to selection for kids. Although, I highly suggest getting the small size instead of the regular. The regular can feed up to 3 – 4 people. In all, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience at Noodles. I would go back and try a different dish like the original Spaghetti with Meatballs or the Steak Stroganoff. The Buff Bowls is also a nice addition for those who are on a low carbs diet.

I came here in search of a lunch that would be fast, fresh and inexpensive. I certainly found what I was looking for. The counter style order system allows you to put your order in without waiting on a server, then take a seat and somebody will bring it out to you shortly. I like the wide variety of items offered here — everything from Italian to Asian and even good old American mac n cheese and salads. I went with the Indonesian peanut sate dish(although it was a struggle to choose between that and pad thai) with chicken on top. The dish was tasty and had just the right amount of spice. However it was seriously lacking in chicken. I paid extra to add it yet they barely gave 3 small pieces. All good besides that. I also like that they offer a great drink selection here. From local beers and wines to iced tea and one of the newer coke machines that has 500 different soda choices, they really do have it all! Overall my experience here was good and I’d go back. Heck, if they’d open up one in my area that’d be even better!

«Want to go to Noodles?» «What’s that? What do they have there?» «Noodles.» “Just noodles? Really?” «Trust me.» Man, am I glad I did. This place is awesome. I would have never thought you could have a place with so many different kinds of noodles. And not just noodles, but delicious, tasty noodles. Amazing. Your options are crazy, different noodles, different sauces, different meats. They have soups and salads and sandwiches. Incredible. The location is always clean and organized, with decent seating. The employees are nice and helpful, always doing something. It’s also located on a major street and close to the I-4 exit so it’s easy to get to. Overall a fantastic place with excellent food. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

If it was because of their name«Noodles» I would never visited but so far, I was satisfied with my two choices: Japanese Pan Noodles with Shrimp and Pad Thai were delicious. Also, salads, sadwiches, desserts and wine are offered on the menu. This is an upscale fast food restaurant type. The décor and cleanliness are sleek. One distinct advantage over Pei Wei(very similar) or Panera Bread is that Noodles is cheaper and also has a light approaching service style which is made for convenience of the customers, quite interesting approach… Their service procedure: A) You order at the counter and get a number to take at your table you choose. B) Server quietly and quick deliver food at your table. C) Server quietly pick up your dishes and drop a little dessert and wine menu(non pressure upsale). D) You order again at the counter. F) You finished and don’t have to clean the table(No trash containers in the restaurant) E) Customers leave(No tipping pressure) Honestly, I left tip at the table but most tables around me didn’t. I guess the intention of this trendy franchise is offering more service, nice, clean, modern establishments(without hurting the customers pockets) to compite with other same type of «upscale fast food chains»…an innovative business idea…

There is nothing harder for someone who is a Vegetarian AND with food allergies to find something to eat. No, I am not on the gluten free bandwagon, I actually can’t eat it. for real. It sucks and I hate the fact that this is my reality now, however, I usually can find something delicious to eat anywhere. I figured a place that has noodles MUST have rice noodles and some good options for me. So I ordered a rice noodle dish and then thought. wait. let me ask if the sauce has gluten. The cashier asked the manager and they pull an allergen list out. Guess what? EVERYTHING except one dish had gluten in it. Even the salad dressings. The staff was not knowledgeable at all about what ingredients are in their food, I asked about the sauces also and they had no. clue. Plus they were getting outwardly irritated and muttering in Spanish, which I UNDERSTAND. They have a sign that says something to the effect of «If you want to reduce your gluten we have gluten free pasta». Here is the deal, if you are like me you can’t «reduce». You have to eliminate completely. So you, Noodles & Company are the ones on the bandwagon pandering to people who don’t understand the issue and want to ride that pony. So, I ordered the Pad Thai, a dish I don’t really care for because it was my only option. The second star is because it was tasty enough and filling.

Right off a full day at Animal Kingdom, we were starving. For a while we were considering checking out the Irish restaurant at Downtown Disney, but usually they are far pricier than the value of what they offer(except for Earl of Sandwich). So, I activated my Unilocal app and voila, new place! LOCATION At the Crossroads, a plaza full of restaurants such as Uno, Sweet Tomatoes and others. There’s also a weird supermarket there, that’s quite possibly a tourist trap. Anyway, Noodles & Company is a safe haven or rather, a hidden gem. AMBIANCE Casual, like Five Guys or Chipotle or Moe’s. There’s a huge menu on the wall with descriptions of everything noodley, then you go to the counter and order. Simple. SERVICE Very helpful crew. A gentleman left the counter to help us narrow down our choices and even happily volunteered to customize a dish to match a Unilocal pic(more on this on the following section). APPETIZERS Tomato bisque soup and pot stickers. They were both good enough. Nothing outstanding but not bad either. ENTREES Hers: The photo that clinched the decision to come here was a pic on Unilocal of mac n cheese with barbecue on top. It’s a modified version of the Wisconsin Mac’N’Cheese. Just show them the pic and they’ll do it for ya(hopefully). It was perfectly matched to my girlfriend’s tastes. It was a combo of BBQ, mac noodles and crunchy chips. She loved it. Mine: I had the Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak. I didn’t care for the white stuff on the plate(crunchy but bland), but everything else was tasty. DESSERTS Chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies. They are big and two bucks each. They were pretty good. CONCLUSION We totally dig the concept, style and execution. Pretty cheap too, so there’s really no reason to go to any fast food place around, when for less than 15 bucks you can score some sweet noodles here. We are eager to frequent this place in the future(before or after going to AMC Theatre at Downtown Disney for example) and try out the other noodle-icious choices on the menu. Check out their site or drop by!
