Office Depot

I went back today to get some supplies and I was impressed with the manager on duty. Even though I did have an issue 20 days ago he remembered me and assisted me like a professional. I was very impressed.

Thid Office Depot /​OfficeMax store is the WORST for service! While they have a floor rep that greets and asks if they can help, they are totally ignorant of what they have or what their products are. They will just let you wander the aisles forever and have what you need in stock. The «tech» dept is also more concerned about pushing the additional product warranties. This store is Awesome on service! I left Office Depot and went up the road to Staples. Not only did Staples have what we needed, the service rep greeted with hello, asked what I needed, called for help and the stock employee was waiting for us at the end of aisle six waving with a smile!!! I may have to convert to Staples!!!

Went here last night on my way to church. Very clean and well organized. Saw employees engaging with customers. I got help from a nice young man with glasses when I needed to find something. He knew exactly where the sheet covers were. Quick and easy checkout. This is the Office Depot I will go to now.

This place is right down the street from where I work so sometimes I need to pick up office supplies for my job. I don’t like to go there because the staff is inconsistent. Sometimes when I ask for help, they have no problem putting forth the minimal effort. but other times, if I ask for help or need a job done, they seem annoyed that I would even have the audacity to ask for help. I have had particularly bad experiences with one staff member named Alissa. Shes doesn’t seem to like her job and she talks to everyone like they are stupid. I don’t care how bad your day is going, if a customer needs your help you’re not supposed to give them a bad attitude. I only give them 2 stars instead of one because they are close by and its not so bad when you don’t have to deal with their crappy staff.

I came in to get something printed quickly and had no issues. Was able to sign into my email to get the item without paying for Internet services like other printing locations.
Service wasn’t memorably friendly, but it got the job done. Will be my new location for quick prints.

3 Stars for their print services for convenience but unpredictable service.
I had a great service experience at the print services counter today. Stephanie was so bubbly and helpful. Most of the times I go to get something printed I stumble upon a scene of an older woman/​man arguing with the print staff. Often the employees are frustrated and short-​staffed and they don’t handle the situation well. Stephanie, on the other hand, went above and beyond to make sure to get our order perfect.
Unfortunately this is not the norm. Recently I was printing signs on card stock paper and I only noticed later that they printed the signs on both sides of the paper. This made them completely irrelevant and useless.
Hopefully this last visit is a step towards a smiling, friendly, and competent future!

Nice store in a good location. I do not use all that many office supplies, so I only shop here once in a while. They usually have everything you want for your office. I come in when I need printer ink and pick up some pens and stuff like that. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

I have tried twice now to print brochures at this location and both times have been unsuccessful. The printing staff has given me useless excuses both times because they don’t know how to do their job and tried to charge me a setup fee for printing from two different files. Awful

this place has it.
And it’s not Staples.

I used to be all about Staples but not anymore. Why close early when people are just getting out of work and getting home? Office depot is at least open an hour later and willing to earn your business. They take matching prices to a whole new level.
Miguel is the manager currently… I have never had a problem and they seem to be able to work with you more. I wanted to buy a 4 card plastic clear business card holder online for $ 7 and the shipping was $ 10… Since I bought more than normal the shipping was reduced. Plus it was sent to my house… not the store.
