Once Upon a Child

Goodness! We were on the hunt for some ride on toys since I saw them post several online in the photos. Wish we could’ve seen them. The store is such a HoT MESS that we walked in and walked right back out. They should hire an extra person to clear the aisles for customers to be able to shop or they need a bigger space. I’ve been to several OUAC and this one is sadly the most unorganized one of them all. After experiencing what we did today I would rather pay full price.

I love this Once Upon A Child. It is the most organized and cleanest store that I have been in. I can run in and find exactly what I want and need and be out the door in 15 minutes. I have both bought and sold at this location. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t go to any other location.

Not the most friendly people work here. Very hard to even get a smile from them, but the store itself is pleasant. They also way too fussy on buying items, same stuff they didn’t want, the other branches took.

I just did the annual back to school closet clean-​out and set aside a basket of the better-​quality stuff to try to trade in to Once Upon a Child. Since it’s a busy time of year I decided to try the new Alafaya store, hoping they would have a shorter wait.
I arrived around 1:00, dropped off my basket and was told about an hour and a half for them to evaluate my stuff. They gave me a call when my things were ready and I returned.
They only took about half the items in my basket (3 Disney princess dresses, some books, and a few items of clothing). They offered me just over $ 20 for it. Meh. I probably could have sold the dresses alone on Craigslist and made more money, but I’m all about convenience. I took the cash.
I ended up spending nearly all of my earnings immediately, I bought my daughter a school uniform skirt, a cute top, and three pairs of shoes (all good brands) for $ 20.
So, that worked out well. What they didn’t buy will go to Goodwill, and I saved myself a bit of money on back to school shopping. Win-​win.

This is a clean and beautifully stocked store with great prices. I bought all my daughters camp clothes and many other great finds there. It is one of my favorite places to buy!

I have both bought and sold at this location and I am definitely impressed. I got about $ 140 for 1 ikea bag full of clothes. I was thrilled! Also, I shopped and bought so much great stuff. The store was huge and the employees were super friendly.
I will definitely be returning!
