For being cheaply constructed, the rent is high. BUT we have lived here for 3 years and unless we move to a different city or state, we will continue to stay. Management has changed several times since moving in but David, the most recent has been here the longest and the best one of them all. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors well, but you have to remember that you are in an apartment and good luck finding one where you can’t hear things. We have a horrible problem with our living room patio door leaking water when there is a heavy rain outside. Pool closes at 10 and if you are still there at 10:05, prepare for an ass chewing! Now on to the positive side. It is a fenced in complex and very safe for the kids. There are several families of children and we have never had any serious problems with any of them. It is very convenient having the bus pull up in front, having a pool and hot tub that we don’t have to take care of, grills to cook on and picnic tables. Once a week on Thursdays or Fridays is when the lawn care guys come to mow the grass and trim up the trees and bushes. They keep this place looking very nice. The ponds are nice to watch with the fountain but if you have an apt that faces one of them, you will be paying more. Maintenance is GREAT here. They all know the kids and where they belong and will talk to parents if need be. They ride around all day so there is always a watch out. They are all extremely friendly. They have always come in a timely manner when we needed to have them fix or address something in our apt.
