Orlando Alive is an event known for being creative, diverse, and cultured. Once a month you should get off the couch on a Monday night and drive to Downtown to experience local talents in art, music, poetry. On any Orlando Alive night you never know what you might experience next so take a slice of life and come through.

The baby of Event Junkies and Culture Climax that brings Orlando together through Music, Performing Arts and Community. This is a once a month event held at the Social. Once a month on a Monday night. Orlando comes aLive with live music, art, fashion, street wear and a cultured crowd of Orlando. If you have not checked this event out yet, you are missing out! I love getting together with an awesome community and celebrating local art in all forms. My favorite find at an Orlando aLive event was Liza Hartline, a FANTASTIC free verse poet. Her energy and passion behind her performance are inspirational. You much check her out and hear her spit some Poetry in motion! Spoken word flow like no other; she makes me sad I never express myself in this way! Check out local bands, local artists, network with people who have a passion behind their community in Orlando and enjoy a drink! A great recipe for a Monday evening. Cover is only $ 5 so you have no excuse not to check out this fabulous local event!

The Next Orlando aLive is April 30 at The Social & it will be eclectic, loud, & fun. Every month our goal is to share a variety of musical genres, local fashion makers & visual artists. The cool part about Orlando aLive is that it open to all — jump on the mic, set up a vendor table, dance to the back ground sound of DJ Young Smitchell or just grab a drink… Its up to you. We’ve also added a «Care-Give-Share» Table; so if you have a non-profit, petition, organization of a positive nature… Set Up shop & Spread the Word! The $ 5 Cover Never changes, so come out & have a good time. Also S/O to the friends of the night — The Music Lab, Prote-J, Bobbi Ruffin
