Staff at this location are very helpful. I’ve come in several times for different reasons and each time received great service. I have come in for routine cleanings, purchases and to drop off for repairs. Each time I am treated like a princess, especially now with all of the Disney charms and pieces available. Although there are many locations of the store in the area, I make it a point to come to this one each time as I know I will be served with more than just kindness.

I heart Pandora and this is an excellent shop! I’ve purchase A LOT of Pandora bracelets and beads and I’ve purchased many of then from this particular store. The ladies who work in this store are all extremely nice and helpful. The manager is wonderful. Even though this store is located in The Millenia, there’s not one single pretentious employee working here. When I lived in Orlando, I frequented this particular store often and I was very impressed with the fact the ladies remembered me each time I walked in. They also remembered my likes and dislikes and were very helpful with suggestions. They’re always more than happy to clean my bracelets for me and they always ask me if I’d like to have them cleaned before I even have time to ask. They also never failed to offer me cold bottled water. As if I wasn’t impressed enough already, listen to this story! About two months before we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville, I had one of the stones come out of one of my beads(Pandora bracelets and beads have a lifetime guarantee). I brought the bead to this store and they shipped it off to the«fixing place» somewhere in Europe. Approximate 4 weeks went by and they called to tell me I could come pick up my bead. Well, I got extremely busy, forgot all about the bead, and we moved back to Jacksonville. Because we changed our cell phone numbers when we moved, Pandora had no way to contact me. 15 months pass before I remember this bead. I no longer have the receipt they gave me from when I turned it in to be repaired and I’m thinking I’m never going to get it back. I’m thinking they probably don’t even have it any longer(and this was one of the more expensive beads at $ 85). I called and asked to speak with the manager and explained the situation. She put me on hold for no more than 60 seconds and came back saying, «Mrs, Scott, I have your bead right here in my hand. Would you like me to overnight it to you?» What!!! Seriously!!! I was so shocked! And overnight it she did. I had my bead back in my hands the very next day! Now is that some wicked good customer service or what, people?! Love, Love, Love this store!

The only reason this isnt a one star is because I absolutely love my ring(and my boyfriend for buying it). That being said, I really hope management will see this and make changes. My boyfriend ordered a ring weeks in advance, to arrive at the orlando store where we would be staying for my birthday, so he could easily pick it up and surprise me with it. Nothing went according to plan, it was the wrong ring AND the wrong size. Instead of being professional, that lady he dealt with started pointing fingers childishly like«oh well, I wasnt that one that ordered it» etc. so their«refund» consisted of a giftcard in the amount he spent. Which honestly would have been fine… if it could have been spent ANYWHERE but this store. It literally was limited to this orlando store(two hours from where we live) and couldn’t even be used online. And of course they didnt normally carry the ring he ordered. What the hell? He called corporate and was sent to a voicemail… days later and still no response to the voicemail he left. He ended up taking me back and I picked out a ring from the selection they had. Dont get me wrong, I love it! But the absolute horrid customer service is inexcusable, and they completely ruined his plan to surprise me.
