I stopped in here for lunch this past Tuesday before I went to a movie over at Orlando Fashion Square Première Cinema. My first question for this Pizza Hut location: If the lunch buffet is advertised as $ 4.99, why am I being charged $ 5.99? Which price is it? It is not like another dollar is going to break the bank, but I see a employee standing outside holding a sign promoting the lunch buffet for $ 4.99. And when I received my bill, the cost is $ 5.99? For lunch, it is not bad. There is a selection of different pizza available. Both thin crust or thick crust. Pizza topped with either meat or vegetables. Bread sticks with dipping sauce and pasta is also available. If it is brought out from the kitchen. There was a employee at the buffet who brought out hot and fresh garlic bread sticks, so that was nice. But there were two rather small pans of pasta that were nearly empty and needed to be replaced, but never were restocked. The pizza is good and hot, but there is no salad available. I would most likely pay another dollar is there was a garden salad available. But if you want to fill up on pizza and bread sticks for lunch, this is the place. With a drink($ 1.99), my total came up to $ 7.44(tax included). Speaking of drinks, I never did receive a refill of my Diet Pepsi. Although there were two waitresses working, it seemed like there was only one working. When she was not talking to a regular customer. I don’t know where the other one went to. Like I said, if it is pizza you want, then this buffet is for you. And great for children too. Like the three adults at the booth next to me with the two elementary school aged children on a Tuesday afternoon. At 12:51 p.m. Is there a school holiday I don’t know about? When I went to pay my bill, I was left standing at a service counter for several minutes before the waitress called me over to another register and rang me up for my meal. So if you are looking for lunch on the cheap, this Pizza Hut location is ideal for when you are shopping at the nearby mall and department stores. And it only costs $ 4.99. Or is it $ 5.99?

Went there for lunch today with a couple of coworkers– ordered breadsticks only. They forgot to put in my order so guess who gets no lunch today. My fault for agreeing to go there in the first place I suppose. They offered me free breadsticks but my lunch is over so… They also charged me for my drink. Ugh, never again.

The only place open after 9pm on Easter– what a shame. Employees had their kids screaming and running around — pizza was good tho

Called to order a pizza, and after being on hold for a few minutes I gave the clerk my address and he put me on hold again. He stated that the location that delivers to my building is closed, and that I am unable to place an order with him. I live less than 3 miles away and that seems a but ridiculous… If you’re a GM for PH and you’re reading this, your location is sending local business elsewhere. I guess I’ll order from a downtown pizza joint. Their food is much better anyway, not sure what I was thinking in the first place.

Went here with some friends to check out their lunch buffet comeback(weekdays from 11 – 2 for $ 5.99). It’s a little smaller set-up than when they did it years ago and it’s about as good as Pizza Hut pizza sitting under warming lamps can get. Service was less than mediocre and we only found out after we were finished our lunch that they offered a prepared salad, but our waitress never offered us one. All in all, the pizza was ok, but I’m never really picky when it comes to pizza cause I pretty much like it all. I’m only giving them 3 stars because the service really wasn’t that good at all. We basically sat ourselves and had to walk up to the registers to let them know we were leaving and that we wanted to pay. I feel like we could’ve just left after we were done and they wouldn’t have even noticed.

The 2 stars comes from the great customer service. :) But the food exactly what you expect from Pizza Hut. They do have a lunch buffet which is great with kids.

Sometimes you just need a Pizza Hut Pan Pizza, am I right? No? Okay well this was my thinking when I was younger and all I knew were the three top pizza chains. Now that I have been introduced to the actual world of pizza as an adult… As I down this pan pizza, it really doesn’t do the magic it used to do. It’s still awesome on the first slice but then the second, third and yes, event forth slice… tastes like cardboard. Overall, this location has been on my radar in case of emergency and I used it to call and pick up. They were pretty easy to use and my order was ready when I arrived so that is a plus. The customer service… of course it could use some help but it’s Pizza Hut. Don’t expect too much and you might not be left down ;o) My apologies to Anothony’s down the street, my one night stand with Pizza Hut was a huge mistake, I will be crawling back tomorrow!
