Based on my experience on Oct. 19, 2015(today) is not to visit this place again. I sent a $ 11US Post 2 days express mail in early September this year and the recipient ended up for over $ 14 additional fee because the package«was placed in a different box«. I visited the recipient in California and brought back the fee receipt and the original large envelope, and asked this store why and asked for fee refund. The store owner insisted that he is not responsible for this matter as US Post Office mistakenly sent by overnight. Although he refunded the original cost but refused to take any responsibility for the difference, and said it is between the Post Office and me. In my view, this is totally not called for and his attitude is he can careless of what his customer is suffering. I voiced my decision and I would leave viewers with own judgement and decision makings. There is UPS store 2 minutes away and Post Office less than 10 minutes away. Options are plenty. Jim C

This guys just saved our trip to Florida. We came to the IT conference, but forgot our business cards in the office in LA. I just sent them e-mail and in 4 hours we had new business cards ready for pick up. Wow! Thank you for Derrick and all the team members who helped us today!

Good service but I find their fees overpriced. I went to send a package to Spain and they wanted to charge me $ 120 to send via UPS. I left as I thought that was way to expensive and went to the local UPS store where they charged me $ 85.00 to send the same package.
