Over promised and undelivered. Purchased a couch from Stanley. We didn’t want the protection, he called his manager Carmen and they promised us a $ 60 credit(half the cost of the protection) — took 3 weeks to get the credit and they only gave us $ 50. We had to call multiple times to get the credit even though Stanley said he would call us when the couch was coming in(he didn’t) and call us after the couch comes in so we could get the credit(he didn’t). I have never been thrown around so much for something we were promised by the seller. You can’t get a hold of anyone when you call — they are either out or with a customer and they’ll call you back — which they don’t. I would recommend buying from the website or going elsewhere. The people working here — Danny from the back office and Stanley do not have very nice attitudes and you can never get a hold of Carmen.

Just bought our bedroom set there and it is amazing. We had excellent service and no one insisting or pressuring us to buy. Roy helped us out and he knows what he is doing and talking about. Next time you go ask for Roy to help you out, he’s the England man, you wont be disappointed!!!

My boyfriend and I bought a bed we had no issues with the delivery. They also have a great finance plan where you can buy furniture interest free for several years. We ended up having some issues with our bed — it was actually softer than my boyfriend preferred — he called back and they let us exchange the bed a couple months down the road with no issues. They can be a little pricy but I’m happy with the service we have received from them.

After browsing through numerous show rooms, I decided to purchase my new LR set from here. I was greeted by a salesperson, who introduced himself and let me know where to find him if I needed assistance. I was able to browse the entire showroom without being bothered. Finally, when I went to find him, he was right where he said he’d be. I explained that I found some pieces that I was interested in but I wanted to wait until I had finished looking around other stores before making my final decision. He took note of what I wanted and gave me the number to reach him when I was ready to make my purchase. About a week later I returned to make the purchase. Everything went smoothly. I took one item home that day, the love seat and tables were delivered 2 – 3 days later and the sofa, which was on back order, arrived about 2 weeks later(still about 3 weeks earlier than anticipated). The deliveries were on time. The guys were professional, assembled everything quickly and placed it where I wanted it. Each time I received a call before they arrived and after they left. I’d say that overall my experience was very good.

Short and to the point: 1÷7÷14 Ordered furniture 2⁄1 first delivery: three pieces damaged, couch wrong color and no call ahead as promised. 2⁄7 second delivery: coffee table still damaged, never called ahead as promised. 2⁄12 third delivery: coffee table damaged again, correct couch never got delivered. Each time we were told they would check the merchandise before it was sent. They obviously didn’t. We want to return everything but can’t because they only give you 48 hours. If you are compensated you have to forfeit the warranty. Read all the reviews you can! Go somewhere else!

If I could give them a 0 star I would. They don’t stand behind their product and blame corporate for everything. We went in today to speak with the manager and she was useless. She compared herself to a manager at mcdonalds, really? Is that proper business ettiquette and practice? I wish I had spent my 4k somewhere else, luckily I love the furniture but it’s not worth it…

Do not buy the extended warranty. If 813−703−0290 calls you, ask that you be taken off of their calling list. It will save you money and aggravation. Totally my fault, I said yes to this«covers anything» sales call a few days after I received my furniture, and as soon as I need it the warranty expires. I should have known something was up when I didn’t receive any correspondence in the mail detailing what the hell I just bought. The only thing I can do to make me feel better is to let you guys know DON’T DOWHAT I DID!
