Where else can you customize your pasta sauce with your choice of ingredients, sauces, & types of pasta. All for around $ 8 – 9 in mall with real plates & silverware.

Delish! With the renovation of the Florida Malls food court brought in new dining establishments. Spoleto is a «dine in» type restaurant with fantastic food & great customer service. I ordered the Burrata Proscuitto Caprese flatbread & it was delicious! And as an added bonus they serve wine!!!

I’ve been here twice and both times the food has been fantastic! You can custom make any dish you want and the service is fast and the staff is very nice and helpful. They explain all the different items. They have the best meatballs and sun dried tomatoes I’ve ever had! Will definitely come back.

I have visited this Spoleto twice. Food is great. On par with cheaper«Italian» restaurants in flavor but easier on the wallet. The first time I visited I ordered a flatbread. Their flatbreads are awesome and you can pack them with toppings. I got sun dried tomatoes, banana peppers, bacon, fresh tomatoes, and Gorgonzola. Yum. They have a nice variety from which to choose. I also ordered a side Caesar salad. That’s the only thing that disappointed me. It didn’t have a lot of flavor and I thought I was more expensive that it was worth. The second time I visited I ordered pasta. It works the same way with the toppings. I mixed basil pesto with Alfredo for my sauce and added chicken, bacon, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and Gorgonzola. My pasta choice was cheese filled ravioli. It was delicious!!! I was pleasantly surprised. The employees are nice and patient. The line moves pretty quickly. Definitely worth a stop if you want«fast food» Italian.

The food is very good. It is a lot of people and the line service for the food is very quick but the cashier is very slow. She always holds the line.

My friend and I went here because we were in the mall and hungry and walking around the food court and this looked new and a bit more impressive than your standard food court fare. While you order at the counter, they have seating inside their restaurant and the interior is charming and new, in good shape and clean and removed from the noise of the food court itself. That in itself was nice enough, but what was really impressive was the quality of the food: you can either create your own pasta from a variety of ingredients they have or select one of the chef’s pasta dishes from the menu. Either way, they prepare the pasta right there, right then, before your eyes so you know all ingredients are fresh and cooked at the point of order. Both my pasta dish and my friend’s were very, very, good, very fresh and of robust but not excessive portions. The dining area isn’t fancy but is clean and attractive and the location can’t be beat in the mall’s food court. I would highly recommend it over probably anywhere else to eat in Florida Mall, and the food in general seems pretty healthy, too, plus while we didn’t get side salads, their salads looked very fresh, too.

I tried the«Tres Carne» and it was fantastic. All of the ingredients were cooked to perfection and tasted fresh. I love concept of the place and it’s all made to order right in front of you. It does take a little longer than similar concept restaurants(like Italio) but not by too much. I’d hate to see what the line is like during lunch hour. Definitely a great lunching spot and I’ll definitely be back.

Being from Chicago I am a born Italian cuisine fanatic and moving to Orlando has not left me wit a lot of delicious restaurants I am willing to spend money on, but this perfectly themed new quick service restaurant is exactly what the mall needed. It’s easy to order,(like a Chipoltle or Moe’s) but for pasta and flatbread lovers. Give it a try!

I travel for a living so I eat out a lot. I don’t expect much when eating at the mall but this place made me forget that I was eating at the mall. The greeter Bobby was so friendly and attentive and truly made my dining experience a great one. All the staff were great and took care to smile and make sure I was happy with my choice of make your own pasta. Everything was great. I will definitely frequent this establishment!

Do you like Italian food? Do you like a wide variety of flavors, spices, and ingredients to choose from? Do you like reasonable prices, friendly service, and food that taste great? Well, I can go on and on and ask you some more questions that I’m pretty sure I know the answer to or I can jump right into this review and tell you all the great reasons to visit Spoleto! Shall we?! I’ve been wanting to check out the new food court inside the Florida Mall for some time now. I heard it turned out to be lovely, with more room, and different places to eat, so I couldn’t wait. I was not disappointed at all by what I saw and one of the new places to eat is Spoleto. Fast food, the Italian way. The flavors and variety to choose from seems endless and I could see why some would say overwhelming. Before you order I recommend grabbing a menu and choosing everything you want before you get to the counter. It’ll be much easier to order if you know what you want. In the meantime, check out the goods modeling so nicely on the shelves to your left. Some are so enticing you just might take it home with you. The line can be long, and there might be a bit of a wait. It is located in one of Orlando’s busiest malls and they have so much to choose from. So, be prepared to wait in those cases and spend that time getting ready for your order. Once you get to the counter, fire away. You’ll be like a kid in a candy store, I guarantee. After choosing your ingredients sit back and watch the chefs go to work cooking your food right in front of you. It’s really cool to watch. Then you pay, choose your bread, herbs, cheese, or oregano to sprinkle on top, grab a seat and dive in. You might just see me diving in with you one of these days.

My friend and I thought we would try this new quick service Italian restaurant at the Florida mall. The restaurant was fairly busy as we were greeted by a host who presented us with a menu and told us that we could build our own pastas or salads or choose from the selections on the special board. The line was moving at a snails pace as it came to the point where one lone team member was asking guests what they would like to have and then putting the ingredients in a bowl or a pan. I chose the mozzarella caprese salad. It featured a baby lettuce mix, cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, Burrata mozzarella cheese, and chicken. This was tossed in a bowl in front of me and placed in a large bowl and passed down the line inching towards the cashier. My friend had cheese ravioli with bolognese sauce and an Italian sausage link. The same team member who made my salad grabbed a stainless steel sauté pan and told him to pick six items to go in the pan from the selection of meats vegetables and condiments in the case. After putting these items in the pan along with a rubber spatula he put the sauté pan on top of a magnetic induction burner where a different team member asked again what kind of pasta he was having. He told him ravioli and the person cooking begin looking about through drawers until he found it. He took four pitifully small raviolis out of a plastic bag and put them in a plastic container to heat in the pasta cooking machine. He then asked what kind of sauce he would like and added a ladle of the sauce to the sauté pan. The Italian sausage link was placed on a sizzle plate and put in the oven. Things got confusing as we neared the cashier, trays from different guests were intermingled with other guests making it difficult for the cashier to determine which trays went with which party. The cashier was asking another guest if she should put parmesan cheese on my salad. Another young lady behind the counter told the cashier that I had a build your own salad with the Burrata cheese and chicken. I told the cashier that I had the Caprese salad special that was on the board. She curtly told me that was technically a build your own salad with an up charge for the cheese and chicken. Excuse me for being technically unaware. My salad was truly excellent. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing was tossed in the perfect proportion. All of the ingredients were cold and fresh. The serving size was perfect for an entrée salad. The only issue I had was the half slice of bread given with the salad would’ve been better if butter was available. When I went to the cashier and asked if they had butter she told me they did not, she came back to my table moments later and offered to get me some of the olivre oil blend that they use for cooking for my bread if I would like. My friend was not at all impressed with his cheese ravioli. The portion size was ridiculously small and he did not enjoy the sauce. He said the sauce tasted as if it had come straight out of a big can. He did enjoy the Italian sausage. My friend said he likely will not come back again. As for me I enjoyed my salad and likely will give them another try the next time I am at the mall. I appreciated the restaurant having its own seating area separate and apart from the food court seating. I also appreciated the restaurant has their own spotless restrooms. I am guessing that the restaurant was overstaffed since it has just recently opened. I think there were so many staff members behind the counter they were getting in their own way and slowing down service. There also needs to be a second person behind the line putting items into salad bowls or sauté pans at the initial point of ordering otherwise service will remain regrettably slow.

This place was absolutely amazing! I went about a week ago. I waited maybe 5 minutes, and in another good 5 – 10 minutes I was served the most delicious pasta I’ve had in a while. Honestly, for 10 dollars? The customization is insane, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. As soon as you sit down, someone will approach you and take away your tray. Compared to all of the other mall food, this takes the cake for deliciousness, and the price point. I’ll actually be going back today, and I’m very excited.

Spoleto was a refreshing change from the usual mall food selection at Florida Mall. I had a make your own pasta dish, and it was delicious. You can pick from several different types of pastas, veggies, meats, sauces, and toppings. It was delicious and affordable, only $ 8! Can’t wait to go back!

The staff here seem to mess around and not take things seriously which is a huge turn off. It takes forever for them to prepare your food. Spoleto aims for quick service with great food, and I do not seem to get that at this location. It probably took me 20 minutes to get my food at one point. Overall, very disappointed. I prefer the UCF location.

I don’t often head out to the Florida Mall area but had the itch to get in some shopping. Walking around the new Dining Pavilion area was pulled in by the smells and clean look of Spoleto. Tried the build your own pasta with fettuccine and 6 toppings from their fresh items bar(truffle oil mushrooms, kale & sausage to name a few). Very tasty and certainly looked and tasted fresh. My only complaint is it does seem to be a bit loud back in the kitchen area, so asking for an item three times because the employee became distracted by another employee was a little annoying(I am soft-spoken so that didn’t help). However every other employee I interacted with was very helpful and more then willing to go out of their way to assist. I will certainly be back, that Nutella Flatbread calls my name!

It doesn’t have the consistency of taste as the UCF one does. The flavors are much less strong, saying something as Italian food is generally not to begin with. It’s new, so the staff is still getting to know each other. There are more ingredients to add in the customizable pasta than at the other one, but service is slower. Still, it was faster than some of the fast food chain with regular lines. The seating is really nice, and I hope it stays here at the new mall dining.

Great food. High Prices. Stressful Ordering Process. We waited in a long line(which at Florida Mall, is expected.) and ultimately still ended up being cut while we were ordering, and the prep cook went ahead and helped the person even though we were clearly ordering. The staff doesn’t seem to have an effective way of communicating with each other down the line besides scream out, an example of this was my girlfriend ordering a meatball and them making a whole extra plate of pasta even though that wasn’t necessary and ended up going to waste. I would have ranked this place 1 star, but the food was honestly quite good after all the hassle.
