This is a go to place for my family when it comes to special occasions. We enjoy being here with large groups since it’s all family style dishes that can be shared among several people. This location in particular has been a frequent stop for us when it comes to birthdays, showers for various life milestones, anniversaries, etc. Normally we call ahead and book a table — note that you can specifically request a certain table if you are interested in that. The Pope table and the small booth in the kitchen are both fun options to consider. You’ll want to call at least a week ahead if you are looking for a specific table — this location books up pretty frequently! We headed here this past weekend to celebrate my parents 52nd anniversary. It’s nice to go on a Sunday night since the mall closes at 6 p.m., but the restaurant itself is still open. Parking close by is much easier after mall hours. We were seated right away and our server was over in minutes. He checked back in on us regularly and was very attentive. The food was delicious and we always leave with leftovers no matter how carefully we try to order the right amount! Overall: A Great place for a special occasion large group.

I have no idea what all the terrible reviews are going on about!!! This place is here to stay! The decorations are nostalgic and there are definitely many different conversation starters just looking around your table. Italian celebrities and architecture is displayed all over. The food comes in massive amounts. Though it might not be 5 star service, it’s all really about the people you come with. I was greeted promptly at the door and was asked how my meal was going not only by my waitress, but the manager would come around as well. Their LASAGNA and BAKEDZITI are TODIEFOR. The meat balls are impressive as well, not only in size but in texture and taste. Food always comes out hot and fresh. Large plates are perfect for parties or just a few VERYHUNGRY people! Buca is sure to satisfy and you’ll never leave hungry!

Horrible service. Aman, the busser, was more attentive to our table than the servers(we tipped him quite nicely). Had a party of 22 — assigned two servers and never saw them. Got annoyed when we asked for alcohol at the start. Even argued with us that something wasn’t on the menu when it clearly was. Spoke to the manager and he told me that because a «corporate table» came in right before us, that more attention had to be paid to them. Thanks for charging y group full price for 10% service and then blaming it on someone other than your leadership and the severs. Food was bland. Like tomato sauce from can with no spices or herbs. Lasagna was overcooked. Really disappointed in the the entire experience.

Food was excellent. Loved the thick warm homemade bread with dipping oil. Portions are large. Pasta was delicious. The only issue was a slight stale odor throughout the restaurant. Instead of smelling the delicious food cooking, it was slightly overpowered by the stale smell of perhaps a moldy mop.

First off let me say I love Buca di Beppo… This location, not so much. Since the mall is under construction we entered through the mall entrance where we were greeted by the host on his cell phone at the podium. He seemed quite bothered that we didn’t have a reservation which we quickly asked if we needed one and if they were busy, to which he responded with a laugh and said no only to walk away from us. He must have called to the front entrance because next thing we are being escorted to our table which was patched in many spots with duct tape. We sat at our table about 5 minutes in an empty bar area while the bartender I will call man bun was loudly complaining about not being tipped out well enough by a server who he continued to rip apart from serving style to her appearance to follow up with«but I’m not trying to cause any waves». Then another table was sat next to us and they were immediately greeted by man bun. In comes our waiter who was the other bartender on staff, he greeted us, poured the bread oil and took our drink order then came back and we ordered our food with the mozzarella garlic bread. We never received our complimentary bread basket to go with the oil. Then our garlic bread was dropped off by a food runner. Still no bread basket, we thought it may come with our dinner. Our entrée arrives and our waiter drops off entrée dishes then walks off. He never once asked how our drinks or meal was. The dish had undercooked pasta, I know what al dente is and this was not it. While we are still visibly eating he comes over to the table with a to go bin and our check. He asked if we were still eating which we replied yes and he sulked off visibly irritated. A table was sat next to us that he was very enthusiastic about serving, offered them a restaurant tour and came out with a bread basket immediately. When we were done he came over and filled the to go container only to leave the mozzarella garlic bread on the table which we wrapped up ourselves in a napkin and put in the to go bag. For the way he was pushing us out of the door we sat with the card in the check folder for quite some time before he came back to gather it. We didn’t receive a «thank you for dining with us» or «have a good night» at all. We will be driving all the way to the Maitland location the next time we want dinner with Buca.

Food, drinks and service on point tonight. Prices still seem a little steep for the experience, though. $ 82 for 2 adults and 1 child. Yikes!

Wow, they really give you a lot of food and it is pretty darned good. I had a hard time finding it. It is not where the other restaurants are but in the older part of the Mall, near some childs crayon store. This mall is vast and has mirror image stores. The old part is on one side and the new part is on the other side so it looks like many stores are duplicated. Look for the big colored crayons. The lady who takes your reservations up front is efficient but not too friendly. Still a lot of people go to this place.

We came here to celebrate my sister Summer’s birthday after a long day at Islands of Adventure. It was outstanding. We were a party of eight and started with red wine, pizza, and cheesy garlic bread. For our entrees we had a large baked ziti, small chicken parm and small fettuccini Alfredo. All the food was great but our favorite part of the night was our service. From the hostess who put my sisters cake in the fridge to our awesome charming and attentive waiter Kendrick. We loved Kendrick! Thanks for an awesome way to end our day Buca!

We decided to get purchase a deal on Groupon to use while in Orlando. We have been to the one in NYC and liked it so we thought we would give this one a try. The food was really good. We got the small lasagna, and a small I forget the name but it’s got four different pastas. Also, the sampler app calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks. As far as service it was ok. We were able to get seated quickly which was good because we were tired and hungry after being at Universal Studios all day. It took about 25 minutes to get there from the park. My only real complaint is that the place felt dirty. Especially the bathroom. Otherwise I would recommend this place. You get decent portions. The prices seem high but remember your getting enough for everyone to get a serving.

Service was terrible. Ignored from time the food came until we were done for about 20 minutes. Had to hunt down a manager to get our check and never got drink refills. Bathrooms are absolutely gross and seemed to not have been cleaned in at least a month! I would avoid this place at all costs. Food was not that great for the price either.

I would never have chosen to eat here on my own, but a group of friends were in town and wanted to go. I am not a fan of not being able to order for just myself. I went by myself but you can only order for 2+ people since it’s served family style. A) Not everyone is there with a partner, and B) Not everyone wants to eat the same thing. I was not about to pay $ 40 for a mediocre pasta dinner for 1 person(after tax and tip) so my friends just ordered 3 large entrees for everyone to share. We had the lasagna, baked ziti, and a spicy shrimp dish. Both the lasagna and ziti tasted identical — pasta with red sauce and ricotta. The shrimp dish was okay. Again it was with red sauce, but at least it was a different flavor profile. They weren’t skimpy on the shrimp, which was nice, but they were definitely not fresh(or local). The service was good and the food was so-so. I don’t foresee myself going back again unless it’s a group consensus and I’m outnumbered.

Heard a lot of positive stuff about this place, my local radio station always says favorable things about it. We were disappointed. The waiter forgotten what we ordered, twice while standing before us, then actually placed the wrong item on order. Our entrees were delivered warm, our $ 10 broccoli with romano cheese was even less warm. My wife’s veal marsala was very sweet. I tasted it and I thought the cooks put honey in it! I learned there are two types of marsala wine. My wife loves veal and chicken marsala, never had it sweet. Tone it down though, too sweet! I had the chicken and sausage rigatoni, it was alright… the sauce was a little runny. $ 21 for two glasses of Canyon Road White Zinfandel? That is excessive. We’ve been trying other Italian restaurant alternatives since our favorite Macaroni Grill in Altamonte seems to have gone down and can’t get up. So far, we’re very happy with Carrabba’s. We never really had any problem with them and they seemed to have gotten better. Bucca di Beppo… overpriced and the quality of the food and service… just not worth the money.

First time here! We ordered a small Chicken Saltemboca and a side of Alfredo. Portions were great for just a party of two *enough for leftovers. I was a bit disappointed with the bread. Not a fan of the balsamic dip. Would definitely go back to try out the rest of the menu!

We’ve been here multiple times & the food was much better then today. The spaghetti was watered down. I will not revisit this location for a while.

My wife and I had the Chicken Saltimbocca with spaghetti and marinara sauce, and salad with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola cheese which tasted great. It was a bit dark inside and a brighter atmosphere would have given 5-star, but the food was excellent.

A rainy Saturday evening and I was craving pasta. We decided to venture out into the rain and go to Buca. We hadn’t been to one in years and didn’t really know what to expect. We were seated immediately. Our server Rick was excellent! It was really refreshing having such great service. He was very personable. We ordered 2 pastas and a bottle of wine. The portions were even bigger than I remembered. We had enough left over for another whole meal. The food was delicious– try the meatballs, you won’t regret it!

I have been searching for a traditional Italian meal since moving to Florida. It took a visit to Orlando to finally find it. My daughter and I had the Penne ala Vodka it was amazing. My daughter and my wife had the ravioli also amazing. At least the little piece I got was. They didn’t want to share. Want a great Italian meal when in Orlando. Well you can find it here.

Buca di Beppo is amazing. My two friends and I went there with our three children and we ordered the family size Alfredo and stuffed chicken and it fed all six of us and we still took tons of food home. The waiting service is amazing. Our waiter was on top of his game. Never once did I have an empty glass of water, he kept the bread and oil full on the table; and I did not even have to ask for a refill once. The restaurant is very nice and upbeat. We heard their birthday song at least three times well we were there. They make ones birthday very important. Overall I loved this restaurant, an they are pricey but worth it with the amount of food they serve. Oh! Did I mention he serving sizes were huge…

Came to eat a late lunch and ordered spaghetti with meat sauce but was given the option to change my pasta. All the staff members were VERY nice. The bruschetta was different and lacked balsamic vinegar but all was very yummy. Will return with more people next time. Dinner for two still left me with plenty leftovers. My daughter ordered a non-alcoholic drink and got a boxed souvenir cup with it. We all left happy.
