Absolutely horrible service. They are unorganized and pass you along to the next«customer representative» until you grow tired of the games and time and leave with frustration. Save yourself money and time… Call the corporate number, tell them exactly what you want/need, ask that they put those notes«in your file» and then request a reference number for the call. Take that reference number into the sprint store, give it to the representative along with exactly what you want/need. After realizing this method, we have never had to waste our valuable time«arguing» with the people at this horribly ran location. Good luck!

Today was my second time going to this store and had a much better experience. I reopened up my sprint line and left T-Mobile. They had a great deal and the person helping me was very sweet, and helpful. The only down side was that they didn’t have a lot of cases/screen protectors for the iPhone 6.

Sprint in general is the WORST phone company I have ever had, will be switching to Tmobile! But the Sprint store at Waterford Lakes is JOKE! Every time I have gone to that location it has never been a pleasant experience. Customer service is HORRIBLE, rude employees, I’m always misinformed on everything, and I seemed to be a bother to the so called«MANAGER» when asked to speak to him! He had no desire in trying to resolve my phone issue.

Well I finally had enough of being disrespected and after 10 years I switched to Verizon Wireless and the customer service is beyond the roof!!!

I’ve been here twice, the first time they told me I had to go to apple because I had an iPhone and this time I just needed to get some information about adding my sister to my plan, apparently that will be a 45 minute wait for information. They need more help at this location

Man alive, my empathy for customers of Sprint. My contract ends in 30 days and I look forward to never setting foot in the ‘olé Sprint store again. Battery issues, billing challenges are some of the necessitated visits… only to be told we don’t deal with batteries and you’ll have to call on the phone for billing issues — so many dead ends and frustrating conversations to list them all. Avoid the scam if you can.

This store has the worse staff ever. Rude with nasty attitudes. They do not want to help people. Filed a corporate complaint with Sprint in the store and staff at this location!

The place was bigger than I expected. But I waited for several hours to get a new contract during these holidays. Almost all counters were stand up only. Come on the least thing they could do is splurge on a few bar stools. But all personnel were extremely friendly and professional.

As my almost 3 yr. old phone comes to the end of its life, I go to sprint to upgrade. We were lucky to get Carlos, he right away pulls up our account on the computer and tells me I have 3 offers. We go around the store as he explains every phone and the pros and cons of each. My upgrade was for a Nextel, Blackberry or a Samsung… all for 0.99!!! I am very impressed with the Samsung and decide to get it. Of course the store doesn’t have it in stock so they order it from the Florida Mall. He write in his business card the name of both phones and the 0.99 upgrade for mine. Jack is so excited that since he has an upgrade too he will get the iPhone, which they also didn’t have in store. Both phones we were told were going to be picked up by a manager and they will be in store by 2pm the next day. We get to the store at 2:30pm ready for new phones. Steven is there to help us, he pulls up my account and tells me that there is no 0.99 upgrade available. We were in that store for over an hour trying to figure out the mix up and in the end, they said sorry it was a mistake, the Samsung is $ 99.99. We walked out without phones. It wasn’t a money issue, we just felt like we just got lied to. If they would of had our phones that night we would of had phones, mine for 0.99.

Very well organized. As soon as you walk in your immediately greeted. While I was waiting for support, I was able to look over a variety of nice phones they had on display. As soon as I was called, the customer service was awesome. The staff really know their contracts and had no problems explaining how things were going to work. In fact the nice women even made sure she asked all the right questions to avoid charges on my account: member of credit union — yes — discount, work at ucf — discount, transferring phone from another company — $ 150 credit… Very impressed with the store. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait 10 minutes to be helped(their busy).

Service sometimes suck. Employees are all nice, but the amount of wait time for the number of employees should be a quicker service time. If you are dropping your phone off for repair, expect to wait at LEAST an hour and MAKESURE you give them your password or else you are going to be waiting for an hour FORNOTHING.
