HMMM!!! I think there may be two entries for this place… cut and paste… Life saver with a capital LIFE!!! This has got to be the busiest Starbucks I have ever seen — hands down — no questions asked. Even though the line was long it moved quickly(probably more quickly than the lines for actual rides!!). Starbucks was the only place still serving breakfast at 11AM. On Day three, when your kids are crying for eggs, sausage and pancakes, they had breakfast sandwiches a plenty! Love their Bacon, egg and gouda — plus now I’m a fan of the egg and spicy chorizo too! Throw in some Lattes, OJs and a couple chocolate croissants and I probably still paid less than I would have at our resort! Thanks for making a couple of tired and grouchy kids happy again! And thanks for not giving me the hairy eyeball(like some places do) when we asked for some cups of water! Service with an actual smile!

Very long line, it extended midway into the street. The line moved slow… Prices are higher than what you may be used to at a traditional Starbucks. Looks as though they have the same beverage menu but a much smaller food selection.

NOTE: This Starbucks’ rating does not include the prices since this is in a theme park where prices are higher and some usual Starbucks rules may not apply. My boyfriend and I went here all three days we were at Universal Studios. EFFICIENCY: The line extended to the back of the store but moved at a reasonable pace. They had an efficient system going with their head sets and someone expediting the drink orders when it got really crowded. There seemed to be an experienced enough team and/or enough staff members to handle the crowd. Also, without a scanner, they still accepted the Starbucks app gift card with you reading the numbers out to them. One person was in charge of solely handing out drinks so the beverages didn’t sit on the counter for long and customers could have additional questions/requests fulfilled quickly. DRINKS: Right now, temporarily out of Caramel Ribbon Crunch and Mocha Cookie Crumble. Quality of the fraps are occasionally icy(with small chunks of ice), especially when there’s a large frap queue. They’re still satisfying. Not skimpy on the whip cream: D. Iced lattes are also good here(my boyfriend’s usual Starbucks drink); no complaints there.
