This Starbucks is HUGE and they had sufficient stock of the«You Are Here» mugs for both Florida and Orlando when we visited. There’s a lot of seating, so much there were enough free to choose from when we were there. The wifi is basically only on Universal’s and close enough to see Bubba Gump’s which is also the ATTWIFI so it’s as if they don’t have their own wifi which would be the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that didn’t seem to have wifi that was theirs.

Let me just say that this was one of the trendiest Starbucks that I have been to. A much larger size than your typical local shops which I would presume would have to be because of the amount of traffic that the area gets. Once you walk In through he automatic doors the hipster trendy vibe with the cool chalkboard style wall and the vintage light bulbs. There was not much of a line when we arrived which probably was due to the fact that it was very early and mug of the traffic of people were going to the parks. The baristas were somewhat friendly but wish that many of them would have a by more personality rather than just a hi and bye feel. I ordered a unsweetened lemonade green te which was on point and typically is. But I will tell you this, when you order and type of cold/ice beverage… Tell them to make it with little ice! As I’ve noticed that they will flow the hell out of it with ice and makes your drink watered down or have much less that the desired amount. I did that for the large size and totally dug it. As regular Starbucks fashion, the barista days your name and your off to enjoy he remainder of your day.

Two stars earned by the convenient location and good tasting drinks. Where do they fail? Everything else. Every time we come here, the staff is a little less than enthusiast, which, I understand to an extent due to the volume of people and dealing with tourists all day. Another thing that gets under my skin is the fact that every time I have been here, the self service station with the sugar and creamer is ALWAYS filthy and sticky. Gross. The tables always seem dirty and unwiped, but we never stay inside to drink. Today we went in and ordered our usual. My sister, her friend and I drink the same thing. My sister ordered, I paid and we waited. They called her name but our drinks were tall. We ordered grande. We told them and we received an attitude, as if we were inconveniencing them for expecting what we ordered. The woman told us to hand over our receipt and we did. The cashier had rang up talls on the order. She told us we ordered tall and we told her we ordered grande and the cashier must have messed up. She had some other girls make the drinks, who just poured the talls into grande cups and made a small batch to top off the new ones(smart cookies, those two). She said the difference was only like 50¢ or something and it was no big deal. The woman who had called us out(name said Gina) had gone over to the cashier and said something and came back. She handed us our drinks and said that we owed $ 1.62. I handed her $ 2 cash and she disappeared for a minute. We decided we had waited long enough over this whole miniscule ordeal that should have just been corrected without a fuss on their part so we left. Just as we hit the door, we finally heard her call out my sister’s name for the change. Nope. We were done. We kept walking. Had we turned gone back, we were ready to tell her where she could put that change. We don’t usually experience attitude to this extent, but I guess they were extra irritable today.

Pretty efficient and not a long wait. Go to this one and not the one in the park near the transformers unless you want to wait forever and regret ever wanting to get your coffee.

Service to order was very fast but took over 10 minutes to collect the drinks, this is at 730 pm after the parks have already closed for 30 minutes.

Amazing customer service. Drinks are made to perfection! :-) Great location! As soon as you walk into Citywalk it’s on the left. Grab and go!

As a Starbucks employee, it pains me to speak so poorly of this experience, but when you’re licensed to use the Starbucks label, you better deliver at our standards even if you aren’t an actual Starbucks. Both of my drinks were made wrong, ordered a Venti hot caramel macchiato with an add shot and a Grande peppermint white hot chocolate. The macchiato had no caramel drizzle, and I was given a white mocha instead of a hot chocolate. Things happen and when you work at a busy store, I understand slipping up… but there was no line and we were one of 3 families in the store. Completely unacceptable, especially when paying full price. I hope they operate at better standards when they’re busy.

This starbucks is huge, the staff was great. They were friendly, lively and provided great service. Once we told the staff we were just got engaged they really are our trip feel special. We went in for coffee and left with smiles. Thank you so much!

This is a regular and familiar coffee staple inside Universal. You can even earn stars and pay using the Starbuck’s App. I rated it 4 stars not because Starbuck’s is all that fantastic, but because it’s a regular Starbuck’s inside a place filled with disappointing food. The consistency was appreciated. Yes, it’s super busy but so is everything else in here.

Just a Starbucks at Universal. They work fast and the location is clean and neath. You can’t find an espresso at the signs, but of course they have it for you. Take a coffee at Starbucks and then go to their neighbours for a Cinnamon Roll!

Quite possibly one of the biggest Starbucks I’ve seen! The counter is so long with plenty of machines to help when the rush hits. Located right at the edge of City Walk prior to hitting the parking garage they offer much needed pick me ups after a long day at the park. Service was just ok, the employees were not overly friendly. The floor looked and felt dirty and the tables had scattered trash on them. It was not busy at all so surely someone could have been tidying up? I could see this as being a regular stop before heading home!

One of the prettiest Starbucks i visited so far. To the right after you enter is a resemblance of the snaking queue you see in the theme parks. Thankfully for the three visits(morning, afternoon and evening) over three separate days, the queue were short and moved really quickly. You can sense the size/volume of coffee this store churns when you see staff wearing headsets giving and taking instructions on your orders. While we were making our payment, they were busying churning out our drinks. A couple of seconds later, we were called! It was that quick! Instead of having our names doddled on the cups, instead they have sticker labels which states our order and name. I guess buying from this store lose a touch of friendliness and warmth but well, doesn’t quite matter cause I just need that caffeine boost before our rides. The atmosphere, décor and lightening is perfect. The air conditioning too, to cool you down from the blazing sun and heat. They have plenty of sockets underneath the chair/sofa, great for us to recharge our phone batteries and rest our feet. Really like this store look and feel. Hope it gets spread to all other branches soon!

Love this Starbucks! They are perfectly located at CityWalk, and they are opened very late, which is a major bonus. Location has great seating both indoor and outdoor. They seem to be one of the more efficient locations despite the pretty long queues the location set up for. Baristas are friendly and drinks are on point. I used my phone to pay via Starbucks app — they politely asked me if it was OK for them to hold your phone as they have to enter the numbers into a different pay machine. So courteous!

This is probably one of the more stunning Starbucks locations that I have been to in Orlando… and yes, of course it’s at Universal Citywalk. Based on older reviews and photos, it looks like it has had a major modern makeover to keep up with the times. No more neon colors and dated furniture. There are several registers to take orders and seating is plentiful, not only inside but outside as well. I love the Starbucks decorative«props» on the display shelving behind the counters. And the darker mahogany wood gives this location a more elevated and upscale feel. You will have to deal with lines of tourists, some longer than others based on the time of day. I was impressed by how quickly the employees and baristas hustled by taking orders and getting drinks out. Just bring an extreme dose of patience in case.

Unbelievable lines at this location. Getting a coffee can take an hour. Do yourself a favor and find coffee elsewhere. Saturday nights at this Starbucks seem to be the hangout spot for all the teeny boppers that can’t get into the bars. The only reason they get the two stars is because the décor is nice and the please is huge. But good luck finding indoor seating!

This Starbucks is a few months old at City Walk. It was located upstairs in a smaller venue. Now the venue size has increased with a very much nicer interior. As mentioned in other posts, this Starbucks has 4 barista stations & can still be busy at times. I gave it 3 Stars because of it doesn’t have working Wifi for my laptop, is dirty at times, long lines sometimes, & you can’t use your Starbucks rewards here. Overall, it’s ok. This Starbucks won’t honor Starbucks rewards, however, if you use your Starbucks card, you still earn a star. It’s own by Universal, that is why you can’t use your rewards here or any Starbucks at Universal. I’ve been a few times & I haven’t experienced any problems. Yeah the line is a little long(About 5 minute wait for my past experiences), but the line does move quickly. The beverages taste great like always. They have a lot of seating inside with outlets on the seats at the bottom with tables in front. This is nice place to recharge your phone or work on your laptop. There is outside seating as well with a large number of tables. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here before or after park closings because this is when it gets busy. Come inside this place to look at all the beautiful décor.

Wow this place is busier than Times Square! This Starbucks at Universal I think has 4 barista stations so they are definitely high capacity. Food service is good but all coming from the back so it might be a little slow. Ordered coffee at about 10:30pm and they had none brewed, which sounds kind of odd. They had to do a pour-over, but it was fine. I think on a hot summer day people are looking for cold drinks, and they do a great job getting those out. Lots of space inside and out for relaxing, and the place was pretty spotless. A great place for both an evening treat or breakfast.

Such a long wait for a cup of coffee. I blame it on all the tourists(I being one of them, and the Spring Breakers). But, why does it take them 15 minutes to make an iced latte? I’ll never know…

Perfect spot for a Starbucks right smack dab in the middle of CityWalk. Head up to the second floor as you’re entering CityWalk and you’ll find it. It does get crowded, but it’s nice that it’s upstairs and out of the way of the majority of the traffic. Even though you may have had some coffee at breakfast or at your hotel/resort before heading to Universal Studios, most of us(me included), need another little boost to get us going in the AM. Service is pretty darn good here. I’m amazed the baristas can keep up with the insane number of tourists they encounter on a daily basis. It may take a little longer to get your latte than at your usual Starbucks, but you’ll get it fast enough and it will be made correctly. 2 thumbs up for this Starbucks and the baristas who keep it running smoothly!
