Excellent fast and friendly service! The line was long so I was sort of skeptical about the wait. But the staff was able to get everyone through the line quickly. Great caramel macchiatos!

The wifi sucks in this place so when your starbucks auto reload card falls below $ 10 it won’t automatically reload because the wifi doesn’t connect in time. One machine was down, the employees chat chat chat and don’t take care of the customers. I said my name was Jesus… As in the mexican name. and they yelled out Jesus as in H. Christ. Idiots abound. I wonder if my parents talked this way about the youth years ago?

This is probably one of the worst locations I have ever been too. First of all the staff itself is dry and unemotional! They are not friendly and almost seem awkward… They move with absolutely no sense of urgency. Their products are not stocked appropriately and they all just kinda looked lost and dazed… I wanted the smoked butterscotch frap. Mainly because of all the advertising they had in front of me. I also have never had this flavor before and I thought what better time then now to try it. So I hyped myself up for it and when I got to the counter I was told they were sold out… The two people in front of me had easy orders! They wanted regular black coffee… The coffee wasn’t even Brewed and they were told they had to wait 5 – 10 min to wait for it to brew… The other thing that just irritated me was when they asked for my name I told him it… Clearly I am a male so why on gods green earth would he wrote«Kate» on my Starbucks cup??? I mean common sense would tell you my name is not Kate??? So even if you thought hats what you heard, why didn’t you take the extra 5 seconds to say«I’m sorry I didn’t catch that? Did you say let?» I would have politely corrected you and all would have been rectified… But no, obviously he must hear a lot of men with the name Kate? It was embarrassing when they called my drink out loud and I went and picked it up… I’m glad this is not my home airport because honestly even if I ever pass through here again I will not stop by and give this location any business at all :(terrible isn’t even the word! Even my drink was extremely sweeter then other locations and the ice was not blended appropriately! There were large chunks of ice at the bottom and the drink was not easy to consume at all… I expect more from Starbucks!

Awesome service! They looked like they were getting ready to close as I walked up. When I arrived I asked if I could just buy some milk as my toddler would be coming off the plane soon and I forgot to stop. The lady grabbed a medium cup asked what kind I would like then filled to the top. As she was doing this I have my card ready to pay but she said no worries. This was so unexpected but awesome! Thank you for helping to make my night. I will remember this next time I come back to MCO.

Your standard airport Starbucks — line for days, but thank god it goes quickly. On my way in from Atlanta, I was in a rush to get to baggage claim and meet my ride, so I was hoping to grab a latte, before I noticed the massive line. Denied. While on my flight back to Atlanta, I had an hour delay(thanks, Frontier) so I had a little time to kill. The line wasn’t too bad, either, at 11am, so I figured it wouldn’t kill me to stand in line. Overall, the usual Starbucks experience. A friendly but disinterested(dichotomy?) barista who was just there to take my order. I was in and out in 3 – 5 minutes. Perfect experience in my book. The espresso was a bit over roasted(slightly burnt) but that tends to happen at Starbucks when they’re in a rush. I’ve read on Unilocal that this is 24⁄7 but I have also seen otherwise. True or false, I’ll never know. Shrug.

Waits in line 15 mins, orders sparkling fizzio drink. Barista: «oh um, that machine thing doesn’t like work» waste of my time.

It’s an airport Starbucks. They are the Death Star of coffee houses. Open 24⁄7 assured me of getting an iced coffee at midnight to take up to my room at the Hyatt in the Orlando airport. It’s pretty much right across from it. Basic menu, they accept payment by phone ap, and there is also some seating. Pretty standard and ok service. I forgot I wasn’t at home and walked over there in my Hello Kitty pj’s. No wonder I got some weird stares and giggles.

Pretty long line. The staff did their best to keep the line moving. I had like three people in front of me who acted like it was their first time there. I honestly don’t know how Starbucks workers deal with people who come up to the register having zero clue what they want or what the items are. Good job, Starbucks. You have way more patience than I.

There was a really long line middle of a Monday morning. But the staff did a pretty good job keeping things moving. I was sad they could not toast a bagel. Otherwise everything was OK. My drink was made properly.

Average Starbucks experience, though the staff is always a little more harried than any non-airport location. Also a reliable choice for grabbing some packaged snacks you can munch during your flight(today my choice was black truffle almonds — yum).

Great place to get cappuccino(Obvi) and oatmeal. Ask them not to cook the oatmeal. This will be a healthy option for later.

Pretty average Starbucks airport location. They serve coffee, they’re extremely busy(you can probably see their line from space) and most of the barristas look like they question their life choices as they watch the line snake closer to the tram. As such, I’d simply say that it lacks in the personal touch department. Let’s be honest though, by the time you get to the counter, all you really want is your coffee, not a chatty barrista.

Long lines, and if you just want a coffee with no extras they will not just pour you one right away. With 20 people waiting on the coffees with extras I walked away. The coffees shop by the gates, ZaZa’s, had great coffee and no lines.

So I was rushing to Starbucks is 845 and I assumed they closed at 9. When I walked up they had just begun closing the gates. I asked if I could quickly buy a mug. They said they couldn’t because they close at 8:50. WHAT? ??? Horrible customer service the girl talked to me like I should know better. Believe me when I say I will be escalating this. This happened on March 31st850 pm.

The AS1 Starbucks is extremely slow at times. I must say that I haven’t had a bad drink in awhile. Had a chai tea latte with coconut milk the other day. The coconut milk cut some of the chai spices and gave the drink a smooth taste.

This has got to be seriously, the slowest Starbucks in the known universe. 20 minutes to get a coffee with just 5 people ahead of me. Ridiculous.

Glad to see that the airport Starbucks has improved its quality and service. I was disappointed a while ago but today had the regular and good experience that I come to expect at Starbucks. I’ll keep coming back.

This is the first Starbucks that has messed up my order so badly! I wanted a grande decaf peppermint mocha frappucino with soy and light whip. My fiancé wanted the same, but with caffeine and without whip. The nice guy at the register messed up a cup but finally wrote it correctly. Okay, I forgive him; that was a lot to keep track of! 1) Our drinks take significantly longer than everyone else in line. Okay, whatever, I can deal with a few people after me getting their drinks first. 2) Our drinks come out as peppermint mochas(not blended) and mine is missing the whip. I’m not thrilled with this because I really wanted the refreshing ice bits blended into my drink… I politely notified them that we had in fact ordered frappucinos and asked if it was easy to fix. The lady said a frappucino should be blended(duh). I asked twice if that was the only difference — were all the ingredients the same? It’s just blended instead of on the rocks? She said yes. I said that I would like our drinks blended. 3) So I’m assuming they’ll quickly pour our drinks into blenders and return them to us as a yummy slush. NO. She throws them in the trash and starts over. Oh my god!!! What a waste!!! I felt so terrible. 4) As she starts over, halfway through the first drink, she realizes she forgot to use soy milk. Sigh, let’s try again. 5) Next round. She makes both fraps decaf. Argh! 6) Finally, we get acceptable drinks. Mine is missing the whip but I don’t give a crap at this point. I just want to satisfy my craving and get on my plane. These people are obviously really busy but I wish they would take more time to be careful about making sure orders are correct. All she had to do was look at the cups to see what was written. Instead, I think she just heard me say that they should have been fraps and neglected to read the rest. Sigh!

After getting off of a red eye flight from California to Florida, this Starbucks was a welcomed sight at the Orlando Airport. My sister and I were ambitious and planned a full day around Orlando once we landed so I needed fuel for the day and lots of it. Despite it being 5:30 local time(2:30 back home — yuck), the crew working here was super cheery and sweet. I would usually get annoyed by this so early in the morning but the excitement of vacation with one of my sisters had me in a cheery mood as well. The line was surprising long at this ungodly hour but the staff got us through very quickly and my extra hot latte was made perfectly. So much, it got me to 9pm and then I was down for the count. =)
