When I think about hotel spas I envision being in a relaxed and serene place. This place made me feel the opposite. First, it’s a very odd set up and think what was strange was they give you no spa robes! Your sitting in a relaxation room but don’t feel comfortable because your in your street clothes. Then the treatment rooms look like a regular hotel room and they just put two massage beds in the room instead lol. There’s no place to put your stuff which was also odd. Lastly they say pool access comes with the stay but you have to change in the pool bathrooms which were really gross. I visit many spas all the time and maybe my expectations are high, but I feel the basics are not met here. So not worth the money. I would dish out more and go to the Ritz sooooo worth every penny!

Came in for a 3-​day girls weekend with my sister. We booked spa and nail appointments as part of out getaway.
First, the gentleman who made our reservations at the spa was awesome. Very helpful and patient with explaining all the available services to us and accommodating our schedule.
Second — the Island Bliss massage with Melissa was incredible! She made the experience so relaxing — almost like she wasn’t there and I felt great after!
Lastly — Angelica who did my mani /​pedi was great. She took such attention to detail that my nails and piggies look amazing!
I will definitely come back here again when in the Orlando area. Thanks for a relaxing getaway!

Great little spa in Tower III of the Caribe Royale All-​Suite Hotel. Make your appointments a few days prior to arrival at the hotel for the best time option availability. The Island Bliss Mani/​Pedi and Massage are great!
