My girlfriend and I share the same birthday(not year) and chose the Tap Room for our celebratory feast based on favorable reviews for steak and prime rib. Though I’ve paid more than twice the price at «C.‘s, K.‘s, F’s., R C’s.etc», I’ve never had better, more attentive and friendly service than we had from our waitress, Allie(Amelia?). She gets my praise and recommend a raise! Food was fantastic albeit a touch more fatty than I’d of liked or this would be 5 stars. Couldn’t be happier my first choice reservations were booked out to make this discovery happen!!! Thanks Ally!!!

Sunday night is meatloaf night and the Taproom has the best in town. But that isn’t the best thing about this place. Aldo, at the bar, is terrific! We watched him greet regulars by name, take care of a busy bar, made great recommendations and even heated the brandy snifter for our Grand Marnier. Love this place

The Tap room is my kind of place. Quiet, classy and consistently good. Burgers are the best! Don’t forget to try their crabcakes, my favorite. They make great cocktails too.

Ahi tuna appetizer it was just ok! Shared a Delmonico steak with spinach and asparagus. Meat was yummy! Veggies were very greasy. Service was excellent great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Dubsdread has done catering at a few events I’ve been to lately. Truly the best heavy appetizers I’ve ever had at a function recently hosted at the Orlando museum of art. I had the chance to go to a breakfast banquet this week at the actually brick and mortar location. What an awesome location and they put on a great breakfast buffet complete with coffee and tea service.(Pastries, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, fruit) The tables were laid out nicely and people weren’t too scrunched. Also, waiters were attentive with clearing the tables so we could get out with our presentation. Very Tavern-y vibe. I would not hesitate to go here again.

I’ve lived down the street from this place for 4 years and never tried it until the other day! I came for lunch by myself and got seated right away. The server was extremely friendly and attentive. She had an awesome attitude and made sure I had everything I needed. I ordered the French Onion Soup as an appetizer, which was pretty good. Nothing too exciting. I also had the Steakhouse Burger, which features jack cheese, bacon, crispy onion strings, and an A1 horseradish sauce. It was pretty good, and the server said that was her favorite one! It was definitely one of the more unique burgers I’ve had. Overall, I wasn’t hugely excited by my experience here, but I would like to try it again, perhaps for dinner next time. It seems to be a really popular place and people love it, so I want to find my new favorite thing!

Tap Room @ Dubsdread on an Sunday is not just about tee-times and burgers. Their brunch is not to be taken for granted. The Cinnamon Roll French Toast with crème butter served with your protein of choice was delicious. The locally made cinnamon roll seemed very fresh and had great flavor; the finished toasting was nice and crisp. It hit the spot. My meal arrived extremely quickly and my server was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for Lauren’s Berry Sangria! 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Would you return: Yes Would you recommend: Yes Satisfaction Level: 1 – 5 Host Experience: 3 1 – 5 Server Experience:5 1 – 5 Food Quality:5 1 – 5 Kitchen Time: 4 1 – 5 Atmosphere:5 Me and some friends went to the TapRoom at Dubsdread. We were told about what an amazing happy hour and food they have. We walked in around 12:45pm Saturday. The restaurant was hopping busy. At first we where excited and then a little bit worried that we would not be taken care of. We had to wait a little bit for a table but let me tell you it was definitely worth it. The décor was warm and inviting. We where sat by a booth along the wall, host could’ve had a conversation with us but seemed very busy. Table, silverware, and booth where clean and well taken care of. I know that it was very busy, what the server did, I was impressed with. She was bringing a large tray of food to a table, but stop by, put a napkin on the table said hello and let us know she’ll be right back. We immediately felt taken care of. The server was a short, skinny, long blonde hair. She greeted us with a smile and immediately told us about happy hour. We jumped on that bandwagon. The drink where well made. The Gray Goose dirty martini was definitely the favorite. One of our friends is very picky must’ve asked 1 hundred questions, the server was not rattled and seem to know an extensive amount about the menu. By the way all of their fish is fresh and cut in the morning– Impressive. The food came out of the kitchen in about 20 minutes, not bad considering they were busy. We saw the server running around and had a party right beside us. But we never felt neglected, in fact she joked about it, which put us at eases. I personally had the grouper blackened with yellow rice and asparagus. It was delicious, definitely tasted fresh. The price of our whole tab was surprisingly low considering how much we got. Definitely coming back, as well as recommending it to family and friends. Thank you and Your staff.

My wife and I postponed our Valentine’s Day dinner until our vacation to Orlando. I noted on the reservation that we were celebrating V-day and everyone from the server to the manager made sure to stop by to wish us a happy V-day. The food was terrific, the bill was great(they comped our first round of drinks for V-day), and the view of the golf course was gorgeous. Highly recommended.

This place is not what it used to be. Service has gone down the drain. Food timing was terrible and to cap it off the server dropped half my food on the ground when I asked for it to be boxed. I guess in hoping I wouldn’t notice she then boxed the part she didn’t drop and brought it out. There was never an apology or offer to replace my food. Won’t be coming back for a while.

Their southwestern salad is fantastic. It’s good enough that I usually choose it as my birthday meal when my family offers to take me for a celebratory dinner. Definitely grab a seat outside if the weather is cooperating.

The service was fantastic and the waitress was very friendly. Got there at 6 on a Sunday evening and ordered the special meatloaf. It was already sold out. Got told that people get there starting at 330 for the meatloaf. I understand about fresh ingredients but if that is normal then it is obvious you need to make more. Had the other special, the seafood pasta and it was okay. Nothing to write home about but okay. The hot crab dip was surprisingly not hot, either with fire or spice, not sure which it was supposed to be. My friend had the grouper and said it was pretty good. Overall, wasn’t too impressed.

Stopped in for a bite to eat after the driving range and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the ahi tuna salad and it was AMAZING. I am usually a fan of ahi tuna salads but this one had an awesome combination of vegetables(asparagus, roasted peppers, olives) with a great dressing. I can’t wait to go back and order the exact same thing again :)

Went here for lunch on a Sunday. Sat at the bar because the rest of the place was full and we were hoping for faster service. Unfortunately the bartenders were pretty busy with the packed out crowd. My western omelette was delicious, though, and the potatoes were incredible!

My family ate here for dinner and I will say that the service was great. Catered to our every need and very attentive. Which was good because almost every item I initially ordered was 86’ed for the night. I thought this a bit odd since it was a Saturday night and we arrive around 7pm. Grouper? none. Mashed Potatoes? 86ed. Founders IPA? All out. So I was getting a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I settled for the ribs which were okay, but I felt they were the same quality of that which you get from a Friday’s(chili’s?) restaurant. Baked, and slathered with a standard BBQ sauce. Fries it came with were standard as well. My parents got the prime rib special which was actually really good. Wish I would have gotten that to begin with, but the server sold me on how delicious the ribs were. I’ve heard amazing things about the burgers here and will be back to try, just not my cup of tea for a quality dinner place especially at the prices they were charging.

First time eating here for lunch an will most definitely be back. The food is excellent and with big portions. Most importantly the best server I’ve had in a long time. Besides being friendly and helpful… It was nice to have the server box up my leftovers(majority of places throw a box at you), she noticed that I liked the chipotle ketchup(put some to go for me) and even wrapped up a my leftover pickle… Small things that add up. You could tell that customer service was very important here.

A+++ for the waitress and service. She was absolutely phenomenal and catered to the entire table’s needs perfectly. The only downside I have is that they were out of so many items. There was a special on the menu(Parmesan Grouper?) and after ordering we were told that there wasn’t any left(about 7:30PM?). No worries, my boyfriend ordered something else but had to order twice on beer(the one he wanted was also out). I ordered the fresh market vegetable platter that came with 2 vegetable sides + a potato dish. It stated on the menu that it did come with that but apparently just came with 3 vegetable sides, which was different to the menu. I wouldn’t normally mind but I was a bit hungry after only eating greens :) I asked if I could order a mashed potato side to go with it and just be charged extra but they then ran out of mashed potatoes for the night as well. The waitress did inform us that they order all of their food very fresh and it was unexpectedly busy so I will definitely return. It was just a bit of a bummer. The manager came by and was very graceful so I appreciate all of their efforts for the night. I’ll definitely come earlier next time. The food was worth it!

I had brunch here for a friend’s birthday and really enjoyed it. It’s really a beautiful location and the wait staff is quite pleasant. Menu was good and had a nice variety. I got a salad and the grilled cheese. My husband got the burger.(Typical) but later are half of my grilled cheese because it looked absolutely delicious! I feel their menu needs more vegetarian options. Even the grilled cheese had bacon on it. Grr! Also, with a large party they have this enormous booth to sit in… And with 5 people in it… If you’re at the end and need to go to the bathroom you’re a bit screwed. Not good for the pregnant lady. Lol I would fix that set up!

A great place for Sunday brunch! My wife and I ate here for a friends birthday brunch and we could not have been happier! My wife had the grill cheese with apple in it and I had their award winning burger. Hands down, I’ve never had a better cheeseburger or grill cheese in my entire life. The bread on each was toasted to perfection and the cheese was delectable! With a reasonably priced menu and a friendly and helpful staff, I know my wife and I will be returning for another Sunday brunch.

I don’t know why it took me so long to give this place a try but we’ve been here for the past two Saturday’s and have had an amazing experience. Let me begin with their French onion soup /it’s better than Sam sneads(which was #1 prior and is now #2). Exit their crab & cheese dip has chunks of real crab with a fresh baguette that’s incredible. We’ve had their infamous burgers which are great and surprisingly their ahi tuna salad is great. The dressing is tasty and the fish is fresh! We’ve had amazing service and weather and with it being under two miles from home — it’s our new fave spot!

A Sunday on the back porch is just what the Dr. ordered. We recently ventured to the Tap Room for a late Sunday lunch. We arrived toward the end of brunch and waited until 2:30 for the full menu! But we didn’t wait on beverages! All Day IPA and the new Russian Standard Moscow Mule they added to the menu! Great addition. And the happy hour prices are amazing! The food is always top notch and fresh. My wife and I split a Buffalo Chicken sandwich with ranch, oh yea, it’s amazing, and a portobello sandwich. The buffalo chicken is my go-to. Always amazingly good. It was the first time we had the mushroom sandwich. It was also very good, but the shroom was a little small so ended up being more goat cheese. But that’s OK by us! I wish I knew where they got their tomatoes too! Huge! Bar none this place is always on point. Old reliable! Definitely need to try this college park staple. And sit on the porch to watch the golfers. Good, bad and ugly… pants and all.

This is definitely a little gem in College Park. Located right adjacent to the historic golf course is this amazing restaurant and bar. They were once awarded the best burger in town award and it definitely is deserving. I was sold the entire golf round on how delectable the burgers were by my buddies and it was an understatement how good it was. Perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Definitely will come back for the food.

The Taproom at Dubsdread hosted the Taste of College Park sponsored by The Rotary Club. The event was held in order to raise money for some worthy charities and allow everybody to share some good food and drinks and partake in a silent auction. I met several of the staff from that were working the event and must say that ALL of them were polite, professional and went the extra mile for myself and the others around me. I have dined here several times and have ALWAYS received the best service you can expect. I made my way around to ALL of the people offering a delicious nibble and you always fine one or two things that just stand out. Here are the things that I will admit took me by surprise… Jade Bistro — The ceviche was simply amazing! The Hammered Lamb — Your dessert just caught me off guard in a good way! The Citrus — That pocket sandwich was a pleasant surprise. Sugarbuzz — Your Key lime pie and cookies were heavenly. Infusion Tea — Mushrooms done right is all I have to say! Credo — Those mini cupcakes were sinfully delicious… EVERYBODY had some great offerings but keep in mind those were just the ones that caught MY attention the most. A special message to The Taproom at Dubsdread: My son-in-law dines at your restaurant on a very regular basis. He works within walking distance from you and ALWAYS raves about the food and service. I have dined here many times and have ALWAYS enjoyed your food, the service provided by your staff and the wonderful things your chef offers on the menu. My favorites from YOUR menu so far are the Eggs Sardou, Seared Ahi Salad, Steakhouse Burger and Crab Cake dinner. To all of my fellow Unilocalers: If you have not dined here yet, what are you waiting for is MY question… SMILE

I came here with a large group for a lunch. We had a reservation for the patio and it was gorgeous. Since almost every single review on here recommended the crab dip appetizer, we ordered it and it did not let anyone down. So delicious I could have licked the bowl. Everyone also raved about the burgers, which I wanted to get but didn’t because I didn’t want a heavy lunch. Instead I got the Apple Almond Chicken Salad and not only was it a HUGE salad, but it was awesome. Citrus vinaigrette, diced tomatoes, cheddar and jack cheese, chicken, apple, and almonds. Even though we had a large group, we didn’t wait long for our food and the staff was very attentive and nice. I didn’t get a chance to check out the inside since we ate on the patio but I definitely would come back for some grub! Especially that burger next time.

This was my first time eating in the restaurant. I’ve been here before, but it was for catered banquets. I opted for the fillet mignon, crab cake, loaded mashed potatoes, and fresh asparagus. The food was amazing. The portions were perfect. The servers were well knowledges, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a Local gem that deserves more attention! Definitely will be back!
