Went here with a couple of friends to get some drinks. The drinks were very cheap! They have happy hour too but the mixed drinks are cheap enough. We got some nachos which were a really good amount. The best part of this place? They give you a jar of pickles to munch on. They also have a bunch of board games and trivial pursuit on the tables. Perfect place for getting drinks with some friends and catching up.

I was searching for a spot to have lunch last Sunday with my husband and we decided to check out Ollie’s. They have a large front patio area and the weather was actually cool so we decided to sit outside. Everyone else that was there for lunch seemed to be there to check out their favorite football team play. I kept hearing people complain that the tvs had too much glare but I suppose the nice weather was the selling point on the outdoor seats. We decided to split the legend sandwich: Genoa salami, cappicola, shaved ham, prosciutto, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo & Ollie’s special dressing served on a hero roll. We asked for the sandwich to be toasted and it was delicious. The sandwich came with a side of crinkle chips. I also had a mason jar margarita. One of the strangest margaritas I have ever had. It tasted strangely sweet as if it had vanilla vodka added to it. I was drawn to the margarita since the menu said they use fresh squeezed juice but I would not recommend this drink. Service was okay. I think the server was a little overwhelmed with all of the tables that she was attending to. Overall I’d say it was A-Ok. I’m not in a rush to go back.

Great food. Cheap drinks. Free pickles. Live music a couple nights a week and a great outdoor patio to eat as well. Also is great for for watchimg football with tons of tvs indoor and outdoors.

Food wasn’t bad, but for a place that is famous for the bottomless pickles, my friend and I weren’t even offered or told about it. We kept wondering why every table had a bottle except us. The service was okay but we were out-of-towners and it would have been a great experience to be able to share in the store’s tradition of being given a bottle on our table to eat with our meal!

Third time here. Great bar service. 50cl Stella. 2 golden tee golf. I haven’t had any food here yet but it seems to be a busy kitchen and the food looks good. Watch out for the BIG dip in the road when driving in from Par across Edgewater. If your sports car has a low front end like mine, go slow.

Was in the mood to sit outside, watch some games, and eat/drink. Came here because I heard it was a fun atmosphere. The drinks were good, lots of tvs to watch, the atmosphere was good. The food was not good. Very low quality food. I wouldn’t mind coming back here just for a drink. But, I don’t think I’d order any food.

We LOVE Ollie’s! The staff is awesome, the food is awesome, especially the free pickles. Just a great neighborhood spot with the friendliest people(staff and patrons). Plus it’s a great place to watch football too.

We will drive out of the way to come to this spot. We always feel like it is a warm and cozy spot. Sometimes you’ll get live music and a loud scene, or maybe a quite scene and some familiar faces. Lots of tvs for all the sports. You’ll always want to come back. Everything on this small kitchen menu is yummy! Pickles are on the house. The best thing they have going is nippers: $ 31oz shots of whatever you like! We always end up here on a rainy day. The service and bartenders are so sweet everytime. Some favorite bites are: the house pizza, and the turkey ham«cool» cucumber sandwhich(I get as a wrap). Speciality drinks don’t break the bank either – I like the drunken Arnold with crystal light.

We came on a Friday night and had such a wonderful time that we came back on Saturday! This spot is definitely a relaxed, inexpensive place to have some cocktails. Both nights we had a WONDERFUL server by the name of Jackie. She was friendly, accurate, and prompt. She even remembered all of the drinks we had on Friday and delivered the same on Saturday! Customer service like that is unheard of nowadays. If you want a relaxed night out, I highly recommend Ollie’s. I will definitely be returning when I’m back in Orlando visiting.

This was my first time at Ollie’s. I stopped by after work with some friends for a beer and an appetizer. I ordered a bottle beer for $ 2.50 so the happy hour pricing on alcohol is about average. I had the spinach artichoke dip and didn’t like it. I shared with a friend and she didn’t care for it either but not bad enough to send back. The chips were stale and the dip was watery. My other friend ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza and that was great. Lots of flavor and enough for us to share.

Any place where they hand me a jar of pickles to snack on at the table gets an A+ in my book! I have frequented Ollie’s and it’s former Jax many times and always had a great time. The prices are good, food delicious and beer selection on point!

Nothing wrong with Ollie’s, it’s the go-to spot for all types of people of all ages and lots of them bring dogs! They have an inside and an outside, a pretty decent beer selection, pretty good food, and a real ‘neighborhood bar’ feel(where everybody knows your name…). It can get loud and busy and crowded but that just makes it good. The live music is great and they have some good annual events that are fun to attend. It’s the sister bar of Finnhenry’s downtown and Vanberry’s on the other side of downtown Orlando and while there are similarities, they all definitely have their own vibe.

Always dependable! Serving staff is great and you can’t beat the outdoor porch. That’s rare in college park. Decent drink menu/specials. And you can’t beat the pickles. Only downside is parking as it gets tight.

Great drinks and excellent food. Note: They don’t sell wings(which is weird for a bar). The staff(mainly the ladies are pleasant). The male staff have a little to be desired. They often have live music that is superb. Parking can be complicated if the place is packed. They have an awesome outdoor seating area with heated lamps. Ollie’s is open pretty late too.

Before Ollies, this was JAX! Anyone remember that?! Don’t worry, name changed, and that’s the only thing about it. They have a decent list of cocktail drinks and beers, but I can’t resist from my Gin & Tonic. Be careful drinking here, some of the drinks might sneak up on you ;) I can’t write much about the food since I’ve only had their dessert and a pita pizza that I don’t remember which one I got, but I do remember it being good! :P Service here hasn’t disappointed me, they’re pretty good coming by to check on me and before my drink is finished they usually already ask if I want another. This is a cool, chill spot to grab a drink, watch some games, and listen to live music depending on the night. It can get pretty busy here, but that just shows how much this spot is loved.

Ollie’s is one of my favorite casual grub spots in College Park. They have amazing Pita Pizzas, and great sandwiches. One of my favorites is the Legend. In a perfect world they would have more side options to accompany your sandwich, since plain chips is about it, but their jar of pickles quickly makes you forget about the lack of side item varieties. They have a decent selection of beers and a small cocktail menu. Service is sometimes lacking, but overall pretty decent. I did have a waitress make fun of me for taking a picture of my food, but perhaps she doesn’t realize the power of visual marketing to her prospective guests through social media. If you order something to pick up check it before you leave, as we’ve has many errors. It is a sports bar at heart, and definitely can attract an annoying, loud, smokey crowd; so if that’s not your scene stay away from this place on big game days. If you are into that, there are plenty of tv’s to watch your event on. Overall, for the price, the food quality hardly ever disappoints.

Stopped here after spending a couple hours hanging out in a bohemia garden( ) and needed a bit more sustenance to calm down the coffee/beer hurricane I had going on in my tummy. Grabbed myself another brewski(fight fire with fire!) and decided on the Shrimp Po’Boy. The poboy wasn’t what I was expecting. Maybe I didn’t read the menu well enough, but I always think of po boys being fried. Oh well. It was good, a little heavy on the mayo for me, but I was hungry and it filled a need. Attentive staff, rowdy crowd. Not like the pub(lic house) s we encountered in London, but it will have to do.
