I don’t preference taking my car into the shop and it gives me a bit of anxiety. Travis at the front desk was S U P E R friendly. I feel better about the process. Thank you, Travis.

Saul replaced all of my tires in the time he said it would take. Super friendly and took the time to look at what I had on my car with me.
Afterwards had the car cleaned and parked out front. Even later called me personally to ask how the tires were!
I drove an extra 3 miles to come here and am glad I did.
I live right by Tire Kingdom on Turkey Lake Rd. and the Unilocal reviews tell me nothing has changed since I was last there 3 years ago!

Super friendly. I’m told it will take up to an hour for my car to be seen. Since I would be waiting, I walk back to my car to grab a book to read and out of nowhere a tech greats me. In under 30 minutes I see my car up and naked getting looked at. Of course the longer the wait, the less money that will be in your pockets. After some time I decide to just walk across the very busy street and burn out some sweet because I just know I’m gonna be crying later.
I make it back to the now crowded waiting room. Seated maybe another 15 minutes before I fear this crazy list of high items. Since nothing was a high safety hazard I take that list and price check elsewhere. They do a pretty throughout check and good for oil changes. But anytime they hand out over long complicated list it’s good to get a second opinion. Their highest marks would be customer service. Great informative staff both front and back end. But they are just okay for services outside of tires and oil changes.

Came in for an oil change everything was done in a timely matter the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend TirePlus for all your automotive needs

The alternator on my 1999 nissan maxima went to wack. It decided to stop working randomly have no idea why wish i did. My car is in front of my house i try jumping my car to turn it on thinking maybe its just my battery my rpms r dropping its not getting enough power its my alternator. I tow my car to tires plus to get my alternator changed well get a dianostics. They tell me that it is my alternator they quoted me 400 dollars to change my alternator! Thats about a 2 hour job with a part that cost 100 bucks 300 for labor 150 a hour ! I would never pay for that normally but since i just moved down here from nyc i dont know any other place but i highly dont recommend this spot there con artist in the blind!

The staff at Tires Plus are cordial, respectful and very attentive. Their work ethics and repair knowledge is unparalleled. They offer solutions and long term maintenance plans. Nothing gets done on your vehicle that is not necessary.

I just had a perfect experience here! Steve answered the phone when I first called and confirmed they had my tires in stock at a discounted price even! I arrived and talked to Steve at the desk who walked out to my truck to confirm details with me then quoted me an hour wait. I left everything in the truck (purse, iPhone) and went for a run. I came back 10 min before my quoted time and Todd took care of me from there. He noticed my Disney Visa card and chatted with me while ringing me up. A technician came up during that time and added to the conversation. So friendly! So prompt! Items safely left in the car! Tires cheaper than walmart!

Convenience is one thing, but after work not getting done like you thought it was, I’d rather go a little further to get future maintenance on my car.
My last visit was in August to have my oil changed. When asked if I’d like anything else done, I said well all the stuff you include with the oil change, like tire rotation and all those check points. Good thing I mentioned this because looking back at all my service records from them; they DO NOT automatically rotate your tires like they say they will. Nice.
My 1^st issue was that the listed price for the oil change I get is 29.99. I had a coupon for $ 5 off. So with tax, etc my bill was $ 26 and change. My boyfriend had the SAME service with the SAME coupon a few weeks prior and he only paid $ 21 and change. WTH?!
2^nd issue is that they proceed to tell me that 2 of the 4 tires I had just bought 16 months prior were already bald. Then of course they tried to pressure sell me into new ones. I declined.
Going back to the place were I bought the tires, it was discovered that the tires were NOT bald, in fact all 4 had even wear. I only needed to have a 4 tire alignment. Which they did in 30 minutes at a discounted price.

You know, I keep trying to like this place because it’s so close to my apartment that I can walk home while repairs are being made. But I just can’t do it!
My previous experience was nothing but a pain. I had a sports car for years. I needed a pulley replaced and had it towed in. That car was very difficult to work on and I always ask every mechanic before they worked on it if they had worked on this kind of car before because it is so difficult. They of course told me it would be no problem! Yeah, right. The price they quoted me was more than the dealership! They ended up matching the price. I also had the alignment done. The alignment wouldn’t stay. I had to keep taking it back and they finally told me something was bent. More repairs! But as for the pulley… They put it on, but the belts kept coming loose. So I took it back almost daily. The mechanic started to think I was making it up. It never got tightened correctly before I sold it.
I got a newer car a year ago. Took it to Tires Plus just for an oil change and tire rotation. If it wasn’t for the tire rotation, I would have had the oil changed at a quick place. I got there right when they opened and had 4 people ahead of me. They said it would be a couple of hours! Wow. Why I like being able to walk home.
I waited about 2 hours and 45 minutes and still no call. I called them and they said it was just finished. So I walked back and picked it up. $ 32 for the oil change.
Got home and something looked funny to me. The tires didn’t look rotated. Read the invoice and it said my tires were ‘chopped’ and couldn’t be rotated. I called them back to find out what that meant. But why was I not told this while I was there?
I just can’t bring myself to go back there again. I’ve given them too many chances as it is.

Definitely recommend! I had my car towed there and they realized there was a recall on the parts being worked on and took the time to call the dealership and arrange for my car to be fixed there. They saved me over a thousand dollars and i would have never known about it otherwise.

I love living across the street from auto repair. Whenever I need an oil change, or like today, a driver side mirror replaced, I just drive across, drop off, walk home, and pick up when done.
I have been very pleased with their work. They are really comprehensive and call me back when they need to update me on something or price something.
What keeps me coming back is the convenience and the coupons. I got a $ 25 coupon in the mail recently, so my oil change was only $ 10!
