I love love love this place! If I can if come there everyday for my prego sushi fix lol! The party planner with cream cheese is my husband and I regular order and their shrimp tempura is goodness in your mouth! The freshness that come out of that kitchen I haven’t had anywhere else and I’ve ate at plenty of sushi spots in Orlando but hands down no one beats Tokyo sushi!!!

This is my absolute favorite sushi place in Orlando. The atmosphere is nice and the servers are very attentive. The lunch specials are very affordable and you get a lot of bang for your buck. The chicken tempura and Las Vegas rolls are my favorite!

Looks kinda sketchy from the outside, however, their is fresh! Lots of choices and the staff is very friendly! They make a great spicy tuna and salmon roll! If what you want isn’t on the menu just ask and they will make it for you! Come here and eat

Heads up: This isn’t Japanese food; it’s Chinese! We were super disappointed and puzzled when all our dishes arrived and were unrecognizable as Japanese food. The okayo donburi didn’t have any egg. The beef curry didn’t have curry roux in it and had red peppers and snap peas(?!). The sushi we ordered, however, was fine and tasty. If this was a Chinese restaurant I’d be rating the food pretty good(4 stars), but it’s advertised as a Japanese place, and the menu misleads you into thinking you’re going to get Japanese food. In fact, for some people(like me), having Chinese food plus sushi is something I’d be into sometimes!

I just love sushi — so this will perhaps be a simple 3.5 star review from me. Food 3⁄5: The sushi here was not the best I have had, nor was it the worst… but I love sushi so unless it is rotten — to me it’s either good or great! Here was good. Price 3⁄5: Correctly priced or even cheap. Portion 2⁄5: The rolls aren’t very big. I would need to order more 2 – 2.5 rolls for myself to fill up here, thus making the prices average for simple quick sushi. Customer Service 5⁄5: They deliver. This is the saving grace for me and I would give 5 stars on customer service because we called ten minutes prior to the closing and asked if they would still be willing to accept an order and deliver. The location is just half a mile away at a resort nearby them, but that’s a long walk when it is raining at night! Overall, not the best sushi & small rolls, but the late night delivery service & correct order for sushi delivery late night was very kind of them. I was very thankful. The product is better than carry out from a grocery store sushi — AND they delivered at closing time. They are fast. It’s no gourmet, but certainly works and serves convenience and customer service to make me very appreciative for affordable late night food on vacation. Certainly not grocery store sushi. Also, not my favorite blow-me-away sushi. I eat it all. This to me was exactly what I expected and paid for. I have nothing to complain about. I got decent late night sushi DELIVERED. Those gourmet places do NOT deliver anywhere, and are more costly. I just needed some late night food and wanted REAL food(like sushi) rather than junk food, fast food, burgers, or expensive resort food. Also, I wanted delivery and NOT pizza. I see some complaints in quality and grocery store carry out comparison… I disagree. It’s a little better than that. Also, it is indeed not those«light on fire rolls» served dining in at your table only for obvious reasons. It’s dine in, carry out, or delivery. I doubt I would choose here to dine in knowing there are many places to eat around here if dining out, but this perfectly met exactly what I needed and wanted. You KNOW it’s not 5 star sushi when delivery or carry-out, but Publix is right near if that is people’s selection. Totally average sushi and exactly as expected.(This is indeed sounding like my perfectly average perfectly 3 star«nothing great/nothing bad, just so-so» reviews. Lol.) What blew me away to raise them to above average for me personally was that there was the added love touch here. It was perfect customer service. Delivery to my resort 5th floor door after their close. They were probably on their way home or out, and I am very thankful it was Tokyo Sushi and not pizza delivery. If not dining out, I would absolutely recommend them for delivery or carry out around here for much more affordable food and excellent customer service in a ridiculously overpriced tourist area and resort location. Very happy for real food and kind prices. Honestly, for the area, the prices are CHEAP. I would not remove this place from your list comparing to the others. If you want delivery I would absolutely order from here again myself actually. Overall 3.5! Thank you Tokyo Sushi for exceeding customer service expectations of most anywhere I know of!

First thing my family and I noticed was a foul odor. The place was packed. I’m wondering, don’t they smell it too? We are on vacation and called first to be sure that they had the sushi we wanted to eat. When we arrived they saved our 8 pm appointment, but didn’t have the sushi that we confirmed. The bar itself was small and the fish displayed in it looked disappointing. This is the worst sushi bar I have ever entered. Of course we didn’t eat there.

I’m sure dine in is ok since it’s made in front of u. Try to stay away from ordering deliveries, it’s the 3rd time they would forget something in order or just skip the protein in a meal.

So I’m not sure eating sushi in a dive during the off season is a good idea. Average sushi in a worse than average environment. I really hoped to love it…

This was a great sushi joint. Lovely Miso soup and the Hawaiian roll was amazing. Our son loved his panko crusted chicken. The tempura banana was great, too.
