I went in looking for square jade earrings accented with gold that I saw on someone else and could not find them, nobody spoke English so I kind of caused a scene when I kept needing help, the staff was very friendly and the sales woman she tried very hard but could not understand me to help.

My mother recently bought me a pendant and chain while on a trip to Spain from Tous. Unfortunately the chain was too small in length. When I called the store here in Orlando, they said that I had two choices 1) I could have them lengthen the chain, or 2) I could exchange it as long as I had the receipt and certificate of authenticity. I chose to exchange the chain because having them repair the chain meant having to send it back to Spain and then wait for its arrival (I would also have had to pay for this). I was able to exchange the chain quickly and just had to pay for the price difference. The women that worked there were very nice and straight forward which was very much appreciated.

This very unique jewelry store comes to the US from Spain. Beautiful gold, silver, stainless steel and crystal pieces for both men and women.

I recently went into their store asking about a particular ring I saw in one of their ads (magazine). They didn’t have it in store but they took my phone number and called me when it came in.
Cristina called me and was so helpful. She knew that I wouldn’t be able to come in right away and offered to email me a picture of the rings that just came in stock. Within the hour I received the image. Now this is what I call customer service!
I made it to the store within the next couple of days and saw the rings from the picture. Gorgeous! I ended up falling in love with another ring I saw from the tray they pulled out but none the less appreciated the extra step Cristina took in helping me out.
I have no hesitation doing business with this store and although Tous may be new to some people, they have been around for quite a bit.
They have pieces that can suit different budgets and their primary theme are Teddy Bears. They aren’t screaming loud at you with their teddy bear designs. Some are very subtle. Check out their website for more designs or a quick search of ‘Tous’ will return quite a few hits.
If you’re looking for a gift for a female, you should check this place out. You really can’t go wrong. And I’m picky. ;o)

Tous is small boutique jewelry chain that’s been family owned in Spain since the early 1900’s. And wow– is it really cool.
Located in the Mall at Millenia, this store offers price ranges for every budget from under $ 50 to several thousand dollars. The designs are nothing like you would normally find in the US and so you feel as if you are wearing pieces that not everyone else has. All gold is european and thus 18K and there’s also an amazing array of silver, stainless steel, gem stones, diamonds, leather accents and more.
I’ve amassed quite a collection of different pieces and I literally receive a compliment every day (as I’m usually wearing at least one piece or several).
The owners of this store are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you with what you’re looking for. One of the coolest things is that if you dont see quite what you want in one of the many cases, they will sit you down at a «desk» and take out all these cool trays filled with whatever metal, stone or design you’re into at the moment.
As an added bonus, all pieces come with a certifcate of authenticity and they’re very accomodating if an item should ever need cleaning or some work.
This is, by far, my fave jewelry store.
