Not bad, but there are other clubs and bars that are cheaper and have better drinks. The layout is pretty cool and the music is decent. Also, some of the creepiest guys I have ever encountered was at this club.

Good enviornment. Could be better if the drinks were cheaper and people actually danced.

Very unpleasant, unless your a 21 and want to party like in a frat house. This is the worst place to bring your friends or girlfriend. High entrance fees plus unsavory crowds, very ghetto. Not a tourist destination for sure

Ghetto, smokey, hard to see, dirty, and the people make me want to puke. I prefer just not going to downtown Orlando ever.

This nightclub is overrated, not my kind of crowd either.

Usually a good time when I come here — although more of a younger crowd. They have decently priced drinks but the dance floor could be bigger. I was disappointed last night when trying to come. They said they were closing at 2:15 and I want to say it was 1:45(we were club hopping). They wanted to charge $ 20 pp and I thought that was ridiculous when there wasn’t much time left. We left. I’d recommend getting here early to enjoy. I’ve seen ppl waiting in lines before.

I actually had some great memories here. The first time I walked into this place, i was fascinated by the décor and style of it. Their was huge modern bar in the middle with colorful stools. Their were lots of VIP table that took up the entire center of the club and dance floor. It’s a modern swanky theme. It get’s really crowded on Saturday. There is barely any room to dance or walk around. They allow ciggarettes, but so far from the scene i could smell weed as i pass through. They have another floor upstairs, an entire bar, restrooms, a latin room, and a patio view of the entire city. If you ever step up the second floor make sure you get to that patio. You can only access that patio in the warm seasons, a small mini bar with a DJ. I’ve been here so many times, and it’s mostly hip hop. I like the crowd and the bouncers are very cool too.

It had great music for those of us who grew up in the 90s. They have a back area with Latino music that was nice. I went because a promoter got me and my friends to go. It was okay. I think we’re a bit too old for the club scene though.

This place is terrible. My friend and I came to Orlando for vacation and decided to check out this place because she said a YouTuber recommended it. I don’t even know where to begin. 1) the drinks are awful. I ordered a Tom Collins and it tasted nothing like it. 2) people have terrible attitude issues here. 3) where the F is the dance floor? The layout of this venue is bad 4) people were smoking inside. I got burned by someone’s cig. Wouldn’t that be a safety hazard? Overall, we are very disappointed.

Horrible place! The staff is extremely rude, even in an empty night. The girls there are just looking to drink between their friends and if you get to buy them a drink, they might talk to you for less than a minute. The music and setup is good but the crowd is just too guetto. I was with a friend who is 20 and he bought a redbull(6 $) and got the bartender to put vodka in it for three extra dollars, a couple of minutes later we were trying to go on the roof and they checked him for a «roof wristband» which other people didnt even have, then they snatched the drink from his hand tasted it and the security guard made a face as if it was pure vodka(i had a sip and it was barely pure redbull) after that they grabbed him and kicked him out of the club. Me and my friends went outside, and we went to independent, now that was a nice club; young and nice girls, nice music, admirable space to dance without bumping into people and really cool staff. All of that with a 3 $ cover instead of a 15 $ with line. DONTWASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEY, GOTOINDEPENDENTANDNOTVAIN

Visited this club during the Annual FAMU/BCC Classic. The at the door price was $ 45 per person and initially I didn’t think it was worth it because of the long wait to get into the empty multi-level club(was able to get in around 11:30PM but was in line for an hour). Around 12:30AM/1AM, the club was packed — various stars were in this club on the stage or in a VIP section.

Vain USED to be good. The bouncers alone are killing the club. They let ratchet ugly trash skip the line but not cute classy girls. I mean girls wearing jordans with their thongs hanging out got in but not my friend and I. Vains full of 18 year old kids as it is you’d at least pick classy ones. My friend and I saw this so we spoke to the bouncer who proceeded not to let us in. Mind you we’re not chopped liver. We decided to go to TIER where we were quickly let in and snatched up into VIP. They’re bouncers actually have eyes. Funny because the guys that own TIER used to own VAIN. Since they sold it Vains started its decline into ratchet city. It’ll be a hood club soon enough if they don’t get bouncers with better taste.

I came here to see Paul Oakenfold. Most of the night went well. I enjoyed the music and the crowd was very cool. We were mostly 30 – 40 year olds, because lets face it, Oakenfold is now considered old school. I arrived at about 10:30. The show was supposed to start at 10PM, according to the tickets. There was already a long line outside and the doors weren’t even open yet. My friends were meeting at another place and I went to meet them. We ended back at Vain a little after 11, and the line was still very long, but they were letting people in… albeit slowly. Luckily, my friends know one of the DJ’s opening up and we were able to get in right away, but I felt bad for all the people who already bought tickets and had to wait on the super slow line. The show was sold out BTW, so they should have expected the crowd. I saw in other reviews, complaints about lack of bathrooms on the first floor. There were bathrooms when I was there, on the other side of the bar, so I don’t know if it’s something they recently added in. There was a bouncer near the bathroom entrance, who seemed happy to see me, every time I used them. They were personal, one person bathrooms too. Everything was going well that night. We had bottle service, but at the bar, not the VIP area. The bartenders were cool about giving me water in between the drinks, as I was giving them tips each time. The part that got me, was how we were treated when the night was over. All of a sudden, without warning, the lights turned on and the bouncers lined up and started pushing us out of the club. I wish I knew, cause I could have really used the bathroom one last time. Then when we entered the street, on Magnolia, there were police on horses screaming at us to get off the streets and out on to Central. I felt like they were herding us like cattle. I and the other club goers that night were a nice classy bunch and there was no reason to treat us like a bunch of thugs. I don’t know if Vain’s other nights have an unfavorable crowd, so maybe that’s what the bouncers and cops are used to, but this was really uncalled for. Another big problem with Orlando clubs, is they don’t give you a chance to sober up afterward. Once it’s after 2AM, you’re on your own. Luckily my friend’s friend lived a couple blocks away, so I had somewhere to chill out for a couple hours, while I sobered up. I probably won’t come here again, unless an act like Paul Oakenfold comes by again.

This nightclub gets live! Only failure is it really depends on what night you go because it tends to fill up with a «lesser mature» crowd if that makes sense. I mean I’m only 23 myself, but… dancing with teenagers even under 18… just not my forte. But the music and drinks are good though!

Had a pretty good time on a Saturday night. My clubbing days are long over, but I was invited to meet up with some friends visiting the area and was treated to free VIP tickets and bottle service. How could I say no to that? The VIP area in the main room is quite tiny, and there’s no way to really be separated from the annoying drunks in other areas of the section. I didn’t have a chance to really explore the club during operating hours to see how packed it really was, in the main room it was literally shoulder-to-shoulder in the gen admission area. I guess that’s a good thing for some people. But, it’s not really my cup of tea. I need some space to breathe! Around closing time my coworker who accompanied me to the club really needed to use the restroom and the bouncers were complete jerks about it. Even after getting clearance and directions to the restroom from the owner, it took him actually coming up to each bouncer and personally telling them to allow us to go to the upstairs restroom. Ugh! «[We] don’t want no problems, problems…» in my Lil Scrappy voice! It was quite a ridiculous scenario to say the least.

A great place to check out if you’re out and about downtown, in a dancing mood, and ready to party! Vain boasts itself as being the largest club in downtown Orlando. There are 3 different rooms to party in — main room, guilty room, and rooftop. The club has recently been renovated where changes have been made to the main VIP area, bar, stage, and rooftop. The new additions and lighting add to the atmosphere and experience even more so. The crowd is a good mix of people and the club has always been pretty packed every time I’ve gone. With All-Star Weekend taking place just a few weeks ago, Vain even hosted celebrity parties including Dwight Howard, Dwyane Wade, Fabolous, Carmelo Anthony, and Chris Brown. My only complaint would be about the bathrooms. The only bathrooms are located upstairs and more than likely(for the ladies, at least) you’ll have to wait a few minutes before you actually get to use it.

The only restroom is upstairs. Well, guess what? Upstairs is for VIP only. They don’t care that you have to go to the restroom — if you’re not VIP, you don’t get to use it. I even asked a few bartenders downstairs and they confirmed that the only restroom was upstairs and that it «wasn’t their fault.» How do you NOT let your paying customers use the restroom? HOW?! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go here again.

Got here early for one of my bff’s bday. Get on guestlist for free admission. Guys b411pm and girls b412am. The staff was friendly and upbeat! The décor was awesome! Like an underground art like theme. 3 floors! 2nd floor has hookah! The bathroom was decent and they have cloths to dry your hands. Since it was our friends bday we got a free bottle and js had to pay for gratuity, Which was like $ 35. It was awesome! The top floor was roof top and was beautiful and great music. Overall: great music on all 3 floors. Great atmosphere! Service was great!
