Wendy’s

When we arrived the evening of Wednesday March 18^th because the 24 hour Burger King close by closed for 20 minutes. Luckily we went here. We placed a huge order and poor Sam was about a heart attack.
I have to say that the customer service was excellent. I don’t care how long I have to wait as long as the employees are acting proper.
Then again on Wednesday March 20^th we came back because the 24 hour Burger King shut down again. Sam was there to take our order again and we received excellent customer service. I think if I visit Orlando again, I’m just going to Wendy’s they’re in business for real. Not just practicing like Burger King.
Sam’s supervisor was very friendly too and courteous and they really have a great staff to prepare your meals at this Wendy’s location. The food was great and fresh. They have an excellent team. Keep up the good work!

This Wendy’s is an average Wendy’s. Our food is always fresh and made correctly, but they always forget the simple thing like a straw or my BBQ sauce. I see other people complaining of slow service, but I have not had that issue.

Great place for good food, it just seems like everytime I visit there is something I order that they seem to be out of, whether it be sweet tea, chili or even some condiments!

Bubba Gump Shrimp left me hungry so my review of Wendy’s is entirely biased due to the fact that I will eat anything at this point.
It was good, however I suspect it is Opposite Day due to the fact that I asked for Spicy Chiggen Nuggets and got regular. Other than that it was a good experience. Two meals cost ¹⁄₃ the price of my bill at Bubba Gump Shrimp and I left their full.
Here is a tip: Order some fries and a chocolate frosty then dip the fries in the frosty. It’s like really good!

This place is so outdated and is always filthy including the restroom. They always take forever to fill and take orders. They are also the only Wendy’s in the area that does not have a Coke Freestyle machine which sucks.

The service is always slow. If I did not love the Frosties so much I would not go to this one in particular! I only go here out of convince and go as little as possible. I feel that they are declining day by day!

This Wendy’s never fail to disappoint me… It’s either cold fries, stale nuggets that’s been sitting under the heat lamp, or the wrong order… The GM should really change the place up. It’s in a good location, however service and quality is awful…
Today wasn’t that bad though. I actually had COOKED fries and FRESH nuggets. I had to ask the person in the drive thru to make sure my fries were fresh from the fryer. French fries makes it or breaks it, believe it or not…
Make sure you’re EXTRA nice to the servers or else your food will come out terrible.

The food was prepared as expected, but this location isn’t well maintained. The bathrooms were gross, the condiment table was close to empty, and the service was really slow. 10 minutes for one meal? No thanks.

I got my Frosty, but was not at all impressed by the staff. The two that I talked to were rude and exuded the hatred they had for their jobs. I am usually pretty nice, even in bad situations like that, but this one was even starting to bring me down. I think next time, I will go out of my way to hit a different restaurant.

I’m Went late at night and the lazy workers tried to hide. Said open till 3am but at 1am, they were peeking around the fryer to see if I left. Worst guest experience and I will be sure to talk to the manager

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. This location is clean and in a good area. I’ve gone several times during lunch hour and been able to go in and out and get my food quick. I don’t have much to say about Wendy’s as they are all generally the same. The food here seems to be cooked quick and fresh when ordered (again I am going during lunch time so that might have something to do it). If you’ve had a bad experience at Wendy’s, give this one a shot. It’s clean and quick.

Well, it’s a Wendy’s. The food was about what I’d expect from any other Wendy’s in the US, but I felt obliged to mention that this location — right next to the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at when we visited Universal Studios — had outstanding customer service. The women at the registers were really cheerful and fun, and they got our food ready quickly and efficiently.

All I have to say is that the new natural cut, sea salt fries is outstanding! Way to step up your fry game Wendys!
