Fantastic job righting a mistake. We ordered a burger with no cheese(due to allergies) and double checked that it would be cheese-free. Once we got home, we realized it had cheese, the allergy food.(So if you have allergies, double check your food) That was a bummer… we called them, and they gave us a free burger & free delivery though, so we didn’t have to drive back out. That was fabulous because one of us was sick and we really didn’t want to go back on the roads. So while that was quite the error on their part, they were able to fix it properly. Thank you!

Worst pizza I ever had. Leathery crust, poor quality cheese, flavorless, dried out toppings. Never again.

It’s a chain so profits leave the cape. One star down. The pizza changed for the worse when they replaced their oven with a belt style one. 2 stars down. The amount of cheese and toppings they put on… I should not be able to see red sauce threw 2 veggie topping and cheese. 3 stars down. Other then that it is a great chewy thin crust, just add extra cheese to anything you order and you’ll be ok!

6÷10÷15 — Taking this place down to one star. Someone at PG’s front office made the vacuous decision to RUIN the crust. It’s now indistinguishable from sad Domino’s. What is this, Corporate Suicide? Are you people out your freaking minds? I will NEVER return. I’m now sorry that I posted the original favorable review.
**** Original Review 11⁄14 **** Above-average for a chain; being based in the Northeast as opposed to Indiana(or some other place where people don’t know pizza from Shinola) does help. The crust is well thought out, obviously cold-cured they way it’s supposed to be. The sauce is less-than-traditional, but it has actual chunks of tomato so it’s never far from its roots. I like the Orleans location because during the off-season, there are few dining options in the area, and Papa Gino’s is always consistent. People don’t come to the Cape to eat pizza, and the general quality of the pizza in the area is proof of that. So when I’ve had my fill of seafood, I call Papa.

We visited this place for dinner during one of the nights we were at Cape Cod. We were hungry and tired after a long day of visiting sites so we wanted something quick. We had a small cheese pizza which met my good expectations of Papa Gino’s pizza. The other item we had was the lobster roll and that was great. We liked that the bread was toasted and buttered. We also liked that the lobster meat contained part of the tail in addition to the claws.

We came here after shopping at Stop & Shop next door — so we don’t have to deal with the lines at all the shacks and shanties in Capecod. I guess we were hungry and we all enjoyed the paste dishes we got there. This place has the fast food feel and good prices — but you should not expect to have a romantic candle light atmosphere.

I’m from Brooklyn, NY. I know pizza. Not only was delivery late, pizza cold, but I received lip from the delivery guy stating I’m out of delivery range while standing in the same town as this shitty pizza slinger. Margarita pizza has real mozzarella and basil. This pizza did not. Enough said.

good food, fast service. Lots of options. sobs are on a crusty sub vs. the soft bread of D’Angelos. Half Star removed for odd men’s room. Looks like it should be a multi person bathroom, but it’s not.

When I was a kid I absolutely loved Papa Ginos. I’ve lived on the Cape now for about 5 years and while I want to relive those memories, it never has ended well. For the last several times that I’ve eaten at Papa Ginos(delivery or take out) each time I’ve had really bad stomach pains within an hour of eating their pizza. I always want businesses to improve and like leaving less than positive feedback, but I really think they need to up their game.

I love Papa Ginos pizza. Chain or not, it’s pizza just the way I like it. Why only three stars? The manager here is a jerk. He hates his job, hates his life and hates his customers. I’ll still go to Papa Ginos, just not this one.

Went here last night after a long day of traveling, sight seeing, and not feeling like cooking! We ordered the cheese breadsticks to start– typical cheesy breadsticks, not very inspiring. But I guess what you would expect from a chain pizza place… NY style pie, we ordered a large half pepperoni/half mushroom. I was not a fan. However, everyone else in my party seemed to at least like it… Overall, it was a chain piazza joint and we were hungry…

We were hungry after a long day at the beach so we were looking for a place that delivered. The lady took our order(chicken and garlic pizza, and chicken tenders buffalo style) and about 40 minutes later the guy came to our hotel. He told us that they usually don’t deliver to Eastham(which is where we were) so if we ordered from there again they won’t come. That’s fine, since we were flying out the next morning but it’s weird that the lady who took the order didn’t know that. In any case, an extra star to them for fulfilling our order anyway. The pizza was good — juicy tomatoes, tasty chicken and lots of garlic — but it was also really salty too. I woke up in the middle of the night wishing I had a gallon of water by my bed. The chicken was surprisingly good — the pieces were all different sizes which concerns me when it comes to cooking times, but none of the pieces were dry. I’m sad that there aren’t many places that deliver(and even here they only deliver till 10PM) but we lucked out with Papa Gino’s last night.
