I really could sum this review up with one word… WOW! The food was amazing and the friendly staff was even better. The guy making the pies was top notch. He even allowed my mother in law to create her own pizza, a BLT inspired pie. My wife ordered a calzone that looked and tasted amazing. I ordered an all meat and pineapple pizza that was off the charts good. Don’t judge this quaint pizzeria because it’s in a strip mall. From a small building comes huge flavor and even bigger smiles and service. We felt like family not customers. This joint has great NY style pie with an even bigger slice of southern hospitality.

Great Pizza & GF Pizza! We are traveling & decided to order pizza delivery. I’m gluten free, so I Unilocaled hoping to find one. Bruno’s Ad popped up at the top, so I called to see if they offered one — success! I ordered a sausage & spinach GF pizza & it was one of the best GF pizzas I’ve ever had… The crust tasted great & was nice & crispy. My husband ordered a regular pep & cheese, and said on a scale of 1 – 10 it was a 10! Their pizza sauce is great with just the right amount, the toppings went to the edge & were very fresh tasting. We give them very high marks & hope to be back soon! Thanks, Bruno’s.

Let me first say we waited for 2 hours because of a mix up on the Unilocal app!
Let me say our pizza n chicken wings were the bomb absolutely loved them they threw in garlic Knotts n a cannoli they were ok pretty standard but the pizza n wings I will order a million times !!! Seriously loved the pizza thank you

The new owner of Bruno’s Pizza is professional, courteous and clearly knows how to make great pizza! When I go out for pizza, I typically order veggie combos, and am too frequently disappointed by lack of fresh or (worse) canned ingredients. Bruno’s veggie pizza was amazing, and reminded me of the great pizzas I enjoyed in northern Italy. Every topping was fresh and the crust was perfect. Prices are reasonable, service is outstanding, and the staff professional and friendly. In my experience, the best pizza on the peninsula.

Reminds me of the small family pizzerias back home in Staten Island.
The owner, Maria is very nice and makes a great pie.
If you’re looking for NYC style pizza in Ormond this is the place.

We were running late and calling around to find a local pizza delivery place and happened upon Bruno’s. Overall very disappointed. Overpriced and poor selection. Couldn’t make an antipasto salad. Since we didn’t have a menu, we asked if we could get some type of chicken pizza, perhaps chicken Alfredo. What we ended up receiving was a pizza with ziti on it and red sauce?! Nothing was worth the price we paid (over $ 50 for two pizzas and a salad) and how long we waited (almost an hour).

I ordered a slice of meat lovers while I waited for my stromboli (to go order) It was perfect NYC style. Thin and tasty crust with a slight crunch. Perfect amounts of meat and cheese. I just folded it and proceeded to inhale it. I can hardly wait to try the stromboli!
They serve by the slice at lunch and have a great selection of pies. The slices are big (like 2 slices in one). The lunch special is a jumbo slice of cheese and a drink for less than $ 5. I highly recommend Bruno’s.

Wow — can’t imagine what the previous eaters experienced to have such glowing reviews. First 90 degrees in the restaurant makes it hard to enjoy a meal or want to dine in.
2 slices, one plain one white pizza, didn’t even grade to average. They weren’t offensive by any means but for $ 7 (including a soda) it should be good. It wasn’t.
I’m admittedly a pizza snob so it is no easy task to get a raving review from me on this item. That said I’m not beyond giving an «ok» 3 stars when warranted.
I can give the establishment credit for being polite. Sadly that’s all I can give.

Awesome pizza at a great price! Had enough leftovers for a second meal. The kids loved the plain cheese pizza and I loved all the fresh toppings on mine. Very friendly staff and clean open kitchen. We will definitely go back!

We love NY style pizza and since we can’t get it at home we always look for some while traveling. We decided to grab a pie here while in town visiting my mom and we’re not disappointed — great crust and sauce. Very tasty! And it wasn’t greasy at all — we tried a few others in the area that were good, but really greasy.

I wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised! Best pizza I had! The work area was very clean, the guy making the pizza dough was very good a t his craft! I was there last month and really felt I should compliment this place! Veggie stuffed pizza! The best!

Best pizza in Ormond at good prices. Get a slice or a whole pie. New York style slices you gotta fold to eat. The Greek salad is really good too. I go here a few times a month and it’s always good.

This is our favorite pizza place in the area. They specialize in thin crust New York style pizza which is tasty. They are great for delivery or eating in.
Our favorite here is the crusting pizza, but it is all good. Our 1 year old liked it. The 4 year old was partial to the plain cheese. He is from New York City so he knows good pizza.

Great pizza and great wings!!! When u say extra cheese they give u extra cheese! Just don’t make any sharp turns while the pizza is still hot! Great place to eat
