I stopped in to get something I needed. What a pleasant surprise. Great people. Helped with all my needs with good info and customer service. Highly recommended !!
Nice clean and organized shop. Easy in and out location.

I went there bc they were the only Unilocal reviewed shop. I lived 20 min away but made the trek anyway. The shop was clean and professional staff was friendly. But, wow, expensive. Or I. Not use to bike repair prices. $ 160 for a tune up and pads. Yep. But the owner is genuine and held the door for me and was appreciative. So that’s why I recommend him. The shop in nsb I interviewed wasn’t really in it for the long haul and was closed on a sat.

We rented a couple of Trek bikes from this store to ride the Ormond Loop Trail. The store owner took a lot of time to prepare the bikes for us and fit the bikes and helmets correctly. The price is right for a WHOLE day rental and the bikes were in good condition and comfortable. We even met a local biker there who filled us in on where to go on in our travels. Definitely recommend this place.

I highly recommend this bike shop. My family and I just vacationed in the area and we rented four beach cruisers for the week (paid for 5 days, get 2 more free). The bikes were delivered directly to our condo, along with helmets and locks. All items including the bikes were of high quality (clean & new). This is the second year in a row we have used their services and I plan on doing so again next year. Norm, the owner, is very personable and is customer service minded. He realizes it is all about you enjoying yourself and having fun with the rentals. Also, our youngest son had a difficult time given the size of his cruiser so I contacted the shop and they immediately scheduled a pick-​up switch to a smaller bike. In addition, Norm reduced the rental price for this bike by one day. At the end of our trip, scheduling the pick-​up was easy. Overall, we had a great time biking as a family all week, on the beach and sidewalks. Thanks, Norm and the rest of the crew at the Bicycle Center!

The customer service of this store is excellent. On a recent trip to Daytona Beach I rented a bike from the store. From the point I contacted the store over the phone to inquire about their rental service and actual experience picking the bicycle up, I was extremely impressed by the customer service. They were very helpful suggesting where to ride. I definitely will be renting here when ever I am in the area without my bicycle.

The Daytona Bicycle Center is a breath of fresh air for the Ormond bike scene. From the first day I visited the shop I have been treated as a valued customer. The owner, Norm, is often at the shop and made a point to remember my name by the second visit. His employees are quick to help out, answer any questions I might have, and offer needed advice.
My wife’s bike was serviced there and they had it ready for us a day earlier than expected. Her bike came back to us clean and operated better than I ever remember it riding before.
The store has a close relationship with Trek, a great brand. Subsequently most of the apparel and accessories are from Trek or Trek’s in-​house label, Bontraeger. Which leads to the only reason that kept me from giving the Daytona Bicycle Center 5 stars: limited inventory. While Norm has every style of bike you may want or any kind of accessory you could be looking for, there is not much variety in brand.
But don’t let that keep you from stopping in. You’ll be warmly welcomed and happily satisfied by the level of service you receive at DBC.

This place is awesome. I took my bicycle there for a little tune up and they returned it like a brand new bike! If I didn’t know my bike so well I would have thought they switched it out for a newer better version for me. The store is very nice and clean. They seem to have a nice selection of bicycles and accessories. I believe they also rent bikes. I could not be happier with the service that I received.
