I’m not sure why people are so harsh on this outback location. It is always busy, but the servers hustle and the food is always great. We love Toby and have had her as a server several times. I really like the new upgraded side salad options that outback introduced a few years ago and the small plates section.

I ordered a ribeye medium it was just tough as shoe leather and so over cooked I could barely cut it. So disappointed in this restaurant.

3 outback specials ordered, all the same size and medium rare– all came out different sizes and shapes, one was super thick one was super thin, one was way overdone. We waited way too long too. Alot of choices of places to go, this won’t be one of them anymore.

Service was good and quick, but most of our food was too salty. We ordered half an onion blossom, a small Aussie cheese fry, potato soup, and a steak. The steak was overcooked; everything else was too salty for me to do more than nibble at.

Visited this location tonight during a weekend tournament with my daughter. Our server(Katherine) was pleasant enough but largely unavailable and seemingly stealth. Everything we ordered took far longer to receive than at any other Outback location I have visited. It should be noted that there were several empty tables and not a wait at the time of our dinner. My daughter didn’t receive her soup until her steak was served and only then after I mentioned that we were still waiting for it. Specialty drinks(blood orange margarita and mint chocolate/Oreo milkshakes) looked nothing like they were pictured on the menu… And tasted underwhelming, at best. About 3 minutes after leaving my daughter realized she had forgotten her ear buds at the table; I promptly called while turning around and heading back to the restaurant. I spoke with Chase when I called; asking him to check out table(even providing him the #)…he placed me on hold and when he returned, said the ear buds were not there… I arrived moments later and decided to check for myself. The earbuds were there, exactly where I asked him to look!

The food is the same as the others in the chain. The difference is the atmosphere and the staff. They just remodeled and it looks great. Much more open that it was before. The staff have all been great. Seth has been our favorite. Great attitude and a wiliness to make sure your stay is perfect.

The service and food was terrible! What’s up with the Outbacks? They used to be good!

We all very much enjoyed our meals. To be honest we haven’t been to an outback in a year or more. I was very pleased with the service and the food. We ordered the blooming onion and Caesar salads. I ordered the prime rib and had them finish it on the grill. It was perfect! Rare but warm in the middle with grilled surface. I tend to avoid chains but I will make another exception for this outback.

Do not get the lobster baked, u will not get it out of the half shell that they offer. It sticks to the shell for some reason.

Newly renovated, friendly staff and terrific food quality. The music playing was way too loud in the dining room but other than that, no complaints. Will visit again

We were visiting Daytona Beach and although this wasnt the best Outback weve been to. It was pretty good. One thing I do like. Which seems to happen infrequent is he manager coming to table to see how the service is. I like to be honest and let them know. They are renovating outside. So the appeal originally was not all there. But we were In the mood for Outback. We tried the artichoke flatbreads and shredded beef with chips nachos(dont remember the name) but it was Awesome and addicting. A must try. The bathroom was clean which is one area I like to rate restaurants. It seems petty but it gives me an idea of whats important to management. The little things which is huge! A contradiction in itself bit I digress. The food was great and the waitress was excellent. The manager did stop by and ask about the service which is a plus because you rarely get that anymore these days. I gave it 4 stars mainly because our appetizer and salad arrived before our drinks. I know petty but timing is everything. Its the little things and I do grade harshly. I admit it. We will stop by again after renovations and come back again.

That was a disappointing two hours of my life I will never get back. Service was slow, food was over cooked, they ran out of some of what we ordered, one out of three stalls in the ladies room were functional, and the soap dispenser was off the wall and laying on the counter! How is this acceptable for a major chain during a huge seasonal tourist weekend?!(4th of July race in Daytona) Mind you, they weren’t that busy. Only a 20 minute wait. I have waited an hour before and received much better service and conditions. Rated a two only because my second steak was very good. What a shame…

the food here is average, usually. I ordered my steak salad medium well, but it was almost raw, so I sent it back. It also had no seasoning on it(in stark contrast to Longhorn steakhouse 7 pepper steak salad). It took so long to get my steak back, that I had finished my salad and everyone else had finished their meal too. It was quiet when we went, so I am confused as to why it took so long. The flavor wasn’t nearly as good as the sirloin steak, which we ordered grilled on a wood fire. It was the best entrée of all of them. The mashed potatoes were not bad.

I so rarely write a review for chain restaurants because I doubt they make much difference but based on the experiences I have had here in the past few months, I have to say something. My family lives nearby and we have ordered take out from here a lot but more recently I ordered the mahi mahi, picked it up and brought it home only to discover that it was STILLFROZEN. That’s right, still frozen. How does someone toss that on your plate and think that is ok? Then comes tonight, I ordered a house salad and a baked potato with cheese and butter on the side and my Mom got the Victoria’s filet with a baked sweet potato and a house salad. Our salads were inedible with the lettuce tasting like chlorine and actually being brown in a lot of spots. That is, what little lettuce was in the salad– it was mostly stalks. Now, you think a baked potato is easy peasy– not for outback! It was cooked so badly(or was so old) that is was actually chunky and hard and unable to be mixed with my toppings. The steak they claimed to be a filet was so thin and small that it surely must have been a crappy piece or sirloin or something worse. So tough and terrible. For the record, my baked potato was shoved into the container with my Mom’s steak and sweet potato… which just seems weird. Why shove them all in one container? I also don’t eat meat so I didn’t appreciate having my baked potato needing to be washed free of steak juice before I could eat it. No joke, one of our dogs took the leftover steak out of the trash bag, ran with it for a second, and then spit it back out! If a dog won’t eat the food there, why is anyone else?! This place either needs new management or to get some decent ingredients. The only redeeming quality was the super nice girl who worked in the takeout line. Katie maybe? Super nice and very professional. I will probably never eat at an Outback again.

As a vegetarian, I come for the sides. Sweet potato, salads, fresh veggies. Service is excellent. One of the only places still open till 10pm on a week night, this place saved us.
