Mountain Mike’s Pizza

We went to Mountain Mikes last weekend and when we got our pizza box a cockroach came crawling out of it

I hate to do this as it was one my favorite pizza places in town. Here is my story from last night. My Wife and I’s aniversery was last night so strapped for cash, as we have bills that we pay, we decided on Mnt Mikes for dinner. We walk in at around 6:30 order a small pineapple chicken luau, two salads and two drinks. As my wife and were getting our salad from the salad bar, she turned around to find a homeless looking individual at our table drinking from my glass. My wife tells the guy ”That’s our glass.“‘ He says ” sorry his table is right next to ours”. Thats fine accidents happen. But then the guy proceeds to a table across the room with half drinken glasses and food on plates takes a couple bread sticks and pizza then leaves. Right? So I have my wife go and get new glassses for us. Then it happened, half way through my salad there was a thick two inch pube like hair in my mouth, No joke. At this point I ask the lady as she delivered our pizza to our table to speak with a manager as my experience at this point is very, very disspleasing and now my wife and I are disgusted and no longer Hungry. A rude red headed Kid with no name tag then says ”He is the Manager ” I asked for a refund after telling him our experience. long story short he is only willing to refund the pizza as these issues are not his problem and he is only refunding the pizza because it is our aniversery he said. So we paid $ 15 for two salads with pubes in it and two drinks that we were lucky to catch a guy drinking out of? What if that guy had Hepititus or somthing? After last nights experience I will never step foot in those doors again. If I could I would give this review a negative 5 stars just over the additude of the «Manager.» I also plan on sending a copy of this review to corporate.

What a shame how this has changed. Don’t order online there are issues with it you can’t see your order before finalizing and it took 90+ minutes to get a cold mediocre pizza with not all the items we ordered and one superfluous item. Delivery driver argued to the point i said leave the property. apparently it was a bad day in general after talking to some people on social media others waited 2 hours and 53 minutes for their pizzas. I am now banned from ordering there per the manager who had every excuse imaginable. They were paid for the pizza we didnt eat since our credit card was billed we even tipped prior. A simple yes there might have been a screw up imsteaf 0f putting 100% of the blame on me would have sufficed. I am not sure how i control the toppings the temperature or the long wait Good thing there are other places to go. They did me a favor by banning me

Seriously the worst. The store itself is filthy! The staff are dirty. Long hair not put up and they tuck it behind their ears, then make a pizza. The salad bar used to be great. It’s kind of a mess now. The complex they are in is filthy. I won’t even begin to go into the rude employees. It’s just not worth it.

This place is ridiculous and the staff is rude. Went in with my family for salad bar. Was bare and picked thru. Had to ask them to refill lettuce and thats after we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back area. The bread sticks that come with it were so hard you almost couldnt bite thru them. And there was 1 fork left in the silverware container. that was another 10 minute wait… place was empty, It was lunch time on a saturday, that should have been or first clue!

Came in and sat at a booth after ordering hoping to watch the game. Beer was flat and not cold. Table was dirty and sticky. We lifted up the napkin holder and found two dead cockroaches. We got up immediately and left. Never went back.

The pizza is okay *if* you dine in –or– pick-​up. The delivery option is ridiculous. Their website says «Please allow 45 minutes for delivery».okay… and what should I do for the following hour after that? Ordered a pizza on Tuesday at 4:15… pizza arrived at 6:00 (at least it was still Tuesday). Have NEVER received a delivery anywhere close to 45 minutes from Mt Mikes. The pizza will be warmish at best, the crust soggy & frequently the meat tastes rancid after spending an hour or more in a car… speaking of which; shouldn’t there be a minimum standard for delivery vehicles? Bicycles would be more expedient.
So, either dine in or pick up, delivery needs to be stricken from the menu.

You walk in to filthy tables and floors. The carpet smells really bad. My husband and I sat there waiting for our pizza and 5 different people came in from off the street to use the rest room. 2 came to change clothes.
You have to walk past all the customers to go to there rest room. I’m really don’t want to smell these dirty filthy people walking by.
They need to make there restrooms for customers only.

Ordered online and was told to expect delivery in 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I tried to call them, but their phone was busy. Eventually gave up and went to bed. Three hours after placing the order, the delivery boy shows up. Told him we didn’t want a pizza that was hours late. His only response was «we charged your credit card.»
Called the store again and managed to talk to the manager who agreed to reverse the charge. She said they were very busy. And she didn’t have an answer for why they didn’t call to let us know they couldn’t fill the order.

The pizza is good but sometimes the wait is long. I took 45 minutes to get our pizza last night and the table next to us was complaining that they had been waiting for 2 hours!

I ordered a pizza for delivery. They said an hour. They showed up two hours later. The pizza was subpar. The original price was $ 27. They discounted us $ 5 for being so late. I wouldn’t have paid $ 22 for it if I knew how crappy the pizza was going to be, never mind wait TWO hours. This place sucks.

Very disappointed… I ordered online which was convenient. Online orders are supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. Over an hour later no pizza. When I called to check the status I was put on hold. Another worker picked up the line & I had to repeat all of my order info. After she looked up my order I was told my order was overlooked in their online ordering system & if I wanted to be refunded I had to contact the website hosting company… Seriously? Then she had the nerve to tell me I could come pick up my order in 15 minutes… Ummm… I PAID extra for the delivery service. They offered to give me a free pizza next time I come in to make it right which I appreciate. I am a bit frustrated & as I write this review I am still waiting for my pizza… 1hr & 45min later & still no pizza. I should have taken my family to Shakey’s.

Worst Mountain Mikes EVER! I love Mountain Mikes but this location definitely screwed that up. Went in an ordered a pizza and two medium drinks. Go over to the iced tea and pour myself a cup and thought hmm this looks a little funny so thank God I smelt it before tasting it at all because it literally, and I’m not exaggerating, smelt like crap. They obviously haven’t cleaned out the holding tank in a LONG time. Then while waiting for our pizza almost every worker went on break. One customer walked in and stood at the counter for ten minutes and never once did anyone help her not even the employees who were sitting in the dining room on break so she walked out. Another customer had to take his pitcher of beer back since it was flat. The pizza tasted horrible as well. I will NEVER be back to this location again.

Placed my order online which was very easy to do. The confirmation said it would be approximately 45 minutes until delivery. It said you may or may not receive an email confirmation. An hour and 10 minutes later still no pizza. I call to check on my order. The person who answered the phone was confused and asked if I placed it online. She told me it would be another 30 minutes. I asked her if she just now got the order and she said no but was very hesitant with her answer.
The pizza finally arrives 1 hour 45 minutes later. It is cold and is sticking to the cardboard box. The garlic bread with cheese that was ordered is hard and stale. The pizza sauce that came with the order fell out of the container and was also stuck together and hard.
This was not at all worth $ 30 and I will never be back. What a disappointment. I should have waited for Round Table to start delivery again.

It was delivered with bell peppers called the store asked for the manager spoke to Austin whom said he was was the manager. He said they could remake it so I was like can you get it here in 20 mins. He said your being rude to me here talk to my manager rudely. I was going to pick it up the web site says 20 mins. So then a even ruder best friend of Austin Anthony got on the phone when I told him that I was treated rude he said no your rude why your getting a free pizza which I can’t eat
So I drive down cause its quicker to pick up.
Ask for there names and was told it’s not going to do you any good cause I will write it in my report. Which I’m sure will not be the facts .
And as I waited for my pizza I look at the dinning room what a mess it’s not like this during the day.

Their pizza is about average for me. That’s all I have to say about that.

Restaurant was clean, food was fresh and prompt. Initial service to take our orders could have been quicker.

Have you ever walked into a restaurant that every table was dirty? I have not until yesterday. Literally, EVERY table had some dirty plates on it! There were maybe 3 tables with people at them.
I walked up to the counter, turned around and walked out. I was pretty disgusted. If this is the cleanliness for customers, I certainly did not want any pizza they would make.
