The store was clean and organized. I didn’t ask for much as I only needed an exacto knife but would have felt apt to ask for help if necessary. Kenny was the very best part of my experience. He welcomed me, he offered a coupon and he even paid me a compliment. GREATJOBKENNY and thank you.

Really, never service your computer in this place!!! So disappointed!!! after spend $ 360.00 in this place!!!

My wife took her laptop to Staples to be looked at and they wanted to charge her $ 665.00 to fix it. More than she paid for it. I was able to get it going again after a couple of hours, for free. No more shopping at Staples for us.

Lets see again for strike out with the store…10 minutes of being on hold and transfered multiple times, and then disconnected, called back another 10 minutes to see if they had a common item in stock. NOPE… Off to Chico! What a wasteoid store!

If you ever try to place something on hold at this location be prepared to get there within one hour after calling. I had a recent experiance with this place and was suprised they would not hold an item that I wanted until closing time, but only for an hour. I have never been told such a thing beofre in my life. Usually the retail store holds an item until closing time or they put it on a 24 hour hold. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t you know it the person I talked to was not a manager but the Easy Tech associate. I guess since you know how to put anti-virus onto a PC you are a computer guru? First of all if you were you would not be working at Staples just above minimum wage. Second get you attitude adjusted and stop being the Staples technology police making rules that satisfy your need for authority.
