We come to applebees once a week. We have 2 favorite servers. Jamie & Emily. They always make us feel welcome & are very efficient. Both are very friendly. Emily doesn’t even write down the orders & has not made a mistake yet! I don’t know how she does it! Jamie can do so many things at once. She brings drinks out for a couple tables at a time & can remember which drinks are which. They are amazing! We ask to sit in their sections & are bummed out if they aren’t working. Not that the other servers are bad, it’s just these 2 ladies are our favorites!

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Butte Valley, CA
Just another reminder of why I haven’t been to Applebee’s in over 2 years! I really do not like the food here and in my opinion, it is not worth the value, prices! One of the main reasons I stopped coming in was because of bad customer service and poor quality of the food. Needless to say, I have had a few awful dinner experiences here in the past. I came in recently because I had a $ 25 giftcard to use, so first visit dine in to try their lunch combos, second visit Carside To Go to compare with dine in lunch! For $ 9.99 you can get a soup and salad combo. The french onion soup was OK, and I thought the Fiesta Chicken chopped salad was great!!! My server was friendly and it was during afternoon time, she was very attentive. On my second visit, I had to spend a certain amount to get $ 5 off coupon/from previous receipt. Tried the Nachos appetizer, and they were TERRIBLE. Yuck, I was shocked to see they came with lettuce/cabbage!?! very strange and it had minimal amounts of meat, few toppings hardly any cheese, thin chips that tasted gross. Definitely not worth $ 11.99 and I wouldn’t recommend unless you are drunk at the bar and want bar food/HH. I can get better nachos at Taco Bell. Again, I tried the soup and salad lunch combo! This time my server was nice, but she seemed crazy busy back and forth for 1130am. The Oriental Chicken salad was alright, I was disappointed that it had only a few tiny pieces of chicken. I did not like the salad dressing either. The Fiesta Chicken salad was waaay better. The Broccoli cheddar soup was ok, probably microwaved, nothing special. In dine in they gave me a little breadstick, which kind of reminds me of Olive Garden style breadsticks, but in Carside To Go, they did not give me any bread.(so either they forgot or you can only get it in dine in?). When I saw how many one star reviews they have on Unilocal,I found them very Useful and I believe the other Unilocaler’s. I know from my own personal experiences I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon! This might be a great place for HH, drinking alcohol, and socializing with friends, family, groups etc. But not that great for the quality of the food or worth the prices. They do have plenty of seating, tables or booths, or bar area, and there is a lot of parking.
