I was here for a friend’s wedding. The Space out back, on right on the water is beautiful and you can walk out around the water, just be careful of the seagull and bird poop. The building itself has a nice bar on the first floor and a great open dining on the second floor with a balcony off of it. The larger are downstairs was great for the dance floor later in the evening. With all these beautiful areas on the property, the couple got so many amazing photographs and had a great time on their big day.

I imagine this house alongside Lake Winnebago to be popular for weddings, banquets, and other special events. Must do — go out the back porch and check out the view! It’s scenic to say the least, and you can see Appleton from there! The Waters doesn’t have a kitchen. Our training group booked the venue for a dinner and catered in our meal, supposedly from the best restaurant in town. You may or may not care to know that it is equipped with a fully stocked bar though. The upstairs has a large room with chandeliers adorning the ceilings, and there’s even a stage with a baby grand piano there too.

Oshkosh may not be the most glamorous place to have a wedding, but the Waters is definitely the most glamorous place to have a wedding in Oshkosh. Beautiful venue, nice views of the lake, and a really well stocked bar(sometimes when you get this far north is Wisconsin, your choices are limited to brandy and Miller Lite). If I were planning an event in Oshkosh, I’d definitely check this place out!
