Food was great. If you don’t like Whiting ask for flounder or basa fish. The guy who is talking trash he probably it’s just a guy who doesn’t know about seafood.

OMG! The seafood is utterly amazing! The large fish is delicately fried fresh in flour, large portions the shrimp is mouth watering all the way through, prices are exceptional it was my birthday and the guy gave me a complimentary slice of lemon cake. always satisfied with this place

This place is awesome! The fish and chips and red beans a rice with pico de gallo are my fav. Being from the mid-west, it seems to be the NY way to be a little less friendly(pertaining to previous posts about the friendliness of staff) BUT surprisingly the guys working were very friendly after getting to know them. I’m now a regular at this place. I suggest calling in your order because there is usually a long wait with or without a line.

4 stars because the fish is fresh not salty and consistent Take one away because the jumbo shrimps are never jumbo they are medium Also because although you are here to get food to go this young man who works here has Zero personality. He has worked here for years. I give him personal credit for still being here and probably at shit pay. Also for always having the same attitude never better never worse. I love the fried whiting here and the home made tarter sauce. They do not use frozen fish nor shrimps. Yes Lonnie was busier and mad friendly. The new owners added a few items to the menu. You can not get fresh fried whiting from tarrytown on up. Unless your neighbors are having a fish fry. I don’t get here as often as I like but when I do it’s always the same, fresh and hot. Made to order. Don’t come here looking to bullshit with the staff or be sociable Get it and go.

Huge mistake! Was feeling fishy ‘n’ chippy while driving by and thought ‘How bad could it be?’ Service: As close to non-existent as possible with a disinterested cook handling orders in haphazard fashion. Food: Fish still had skin on it and was definitely NOT what we were expecting. Other items such as cole slaw were sour and inedible and sent back. The cook didn’t seem to GAF. Prices: No posted menu so you either beg for a price sheet or cross your fingers. So the answer to the question posed is: Pretty darn bad.
