Chick-fil-A

Went through the drive thru for breakfast for the 1^st time today. The restaurant picked up my meal. All other restaurants, pay attention, this is how you earn customer loyalty. Chik Fil A rocks !!!

I don’t know why my review from August got shot down and has not been shown. But here it is:
Been there to eat 4 times, and each time you have the employees asking you if you need anything. They will refill your water or soda, take your tray from you. They are friendly and professional. For fast food, this place is my favorite due to the costumer service and food.

I just ate a Chik-​fil-​a for the first time in my life. I had recently moved into an apartment complex in the area there was a gallon of ice tea and a tray of chicken nuggets in my unit waiting for us. I decided to give this place a try and to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! It has nothing to do with the food although it was above average for fast food. The workers were very friendly and the food came out extremely fast. I had mentioned that it was my first time there and the employee comped our meal. An extremely friendly employee named Trent came around and asked id we needed more ketchup or napkins, refilled our drinks and took our tray. I will definitely be back to this location.

I love this location! Every time I come to this specific location and the staff is always over accommodating. They are very kid friendly and you also get a great meal. They also support the teachers in the Oswego School District. Keep up the good work!

GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS!!! They have weekly guests & crafts for the kids. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and they come around to refill drinks & to see if we need anything. The play place is well-​kept, but try to stay away during lunch (too many kids in there). Oh and pretty fast wifi :)

I’ve been to other Chick-fil-A’s before but wasn’t impressed with this one. Garbage was overflowing from the cans. I guess I’m used to the other restaurants that I’ve been to where they have employees walking around asking how things are going, if you want a drink refilled, etc. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this one any time soon.

I love Chick-​fil-​A! The first time I had these sandwiches was in Atlanta. I am not sure what is about the North, but my sandwich is never consistent. I know they are trying, but in the south the breading seemed to be done more, as well as the chicken. I Never had any fat on my chicken, example: I could eat the whole sandwich in the south and never have to worry about fat. Here, i have had several fatty sandwiches :(I will never give up, but please strive for the best!

I went to this location and just ordered a large order of fries, normally waffle fries are delicious, but this time was kinda disappointing. I asked for them to be crispy so they’re cooked a little more then eating a half cooked potato. They said they were but really it’s like they were done already and they just dropped them back in the grease for another minute. Which resulted in greasy fries rather then crispy, needless to say it was a waste of money and they went to the birds, literally.

Every time I go here I get great service from super friendly staff. My kids love the chicken nuggets and the shakes are delicious. I especially appreciate that they are so generous to the community. They donate to so many of the schools and clubs that my kids are involved in, and that is appreciated!

This location is quick, efficient and the food is delicious. We’ve never had a problem with the food. They’ve always left us satisfied and smiling. We will return if in the area. There’s a closer chick-​fil-​a nearby in Batavia.

This is a great addition for Oswego. This place has pretty good food, the service is excellent, and the restaurant is always clean! The play area for kids and toddlers is always a blast for my kids as well as the special events they have throughout the month which are free!

They have a super friendly staff that even comes out to your table and makes sure you are not in need for anything. I’ve had them come to my table and refill my beverage. One of my favs for a quick bite to eat.

Love their chicken and sauces… yum yum… The best fast food choice ever.
Playroom area are clean. Kids love it. Restroom very clean.

This is my one year old’s favorite place to eat out!
Grilled nuggets, applesauce in those containers you can drink from, milk. He even gets a board book with his meal.
He loves the play area and how seriously nice everyone always is to him.
It’s spotless, including the play area!

The chicken here is top notch for a fast food joint, but its not like I would go out of my way to come here. If in a mood for chicken, would choose this over McD, but Wendy’s does a pretty decent job with their chx sandwiches as well.
The shakes are decent and their fries are a nice change from all other chains.
There are plenty of condiments to help yourself and unlike in McD’s no one will give you the evil eye if you ask for some bbq sauce, etc. Having wet naps available is a nice touch as well.
As far as overall Corp policies, like closing on Sun and supporting questionable causes, I am not a big fan, but its a free country.

Food is fresh, service is very good. Store is very clean and well managed. Drive thru service is very good.
This location is highly recommended.

It’s All about the chicken!!!
I am a True Lover of Chick Fil A, ESPECIALLY because this is a Stand-​Up Company that sticks to their Morals and Values No matter what anyone says.
I was Pleasantly greeted over at the drive-​thru, nice gentleman answered making sure my whole order was taken correctly. Chicken nuggets were Fresh, Hot and Crispy! The waffle fries were lightly salted and cooked to perfection. Not ONLY was the food amazing, It is So hard to find a Great Lemonade, well Chick Fil A Has it!!!
To be honest, I’ve never had a Bad experience at a Chick Fil A, they hire great-​friendly people who do like to serve us ‘With Pleasure’.
