We order the 18″ Monster pizza thin crust. It could use stand more sauce, but the amount and combination of ingredients make this the best pizza in Oswego (since Genoa closed down over a year ago). We prefer it over Malnati’s

Opened my pizza box to find it burned, called and they offered to replace then or give a $ 10 credit. Since the pizza was $ 23 and I didn’t feel like going back that didn’t work! After a small argument she asked if she could call back to speak with owner. He politely decided to give me a $ 20 credit. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just replace my original pizza at a later date or deliver a new one then, but whatever I guess.
2 weeks later I order again to use up my credit and leave with a bag. Kid you not, I get a call telling me they forgot some of my order. Surprisingly they did deliver the rest. This use to be one of the best Rosati’s around, sadly it’s now one of the worst! I’ll never return!

Flavorless crust. Still doughy at the edges. Sauce overly sweet.
Breadsticks are commercially made (Gordon Food Service?), were dry and overbaked. At least brush with olive oil and spinkle some salt on them.
Just 2 more reasons I don’t frequent this establishment often. Once or twice a year is enough.

I have a food allergy and Rosati’s Pizza is the only pizza place that prepares the pizza properly and is more than happy to help. Their service is phenominal and their gluten free pizza is fantastic. They have my pizza business for life. Great Job Rosati Family

I order here all the time and live their pizza, prior to tonight.
I ordered a large pizza with ½ jalapeño. When the pizza was served for dinner, I took a bite, and mind you, I eat jalapeños on everything, I was surprised at the heat. I took another bite and knew something was not right. I pulled back the cheese and every square inch of the slice had jalapeños covering it. I pulled the cheese on a few more pieces, and found the same.
There is no doubt in my mind that the person making the pizza thought they’re we’re being funny, when in reality all they did was ruin dinner for our family.
There were so many jalapeños that the flavor and heat bled through to the other half ghat wasn’t supposed to have any peppers, the kids side. The entire pizza was ruined.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I called to complain and I was given a $ 12 discount ON MY NEXT ORDER.
I won’t be ordering again, but I appreciated the woman’s gesture.

Called to order a pizza at 10:45 at night, they close at 11… the girl who answered the phone said that the chef had left already and they’re closed then she hung up. She was very rude… I guess we’re not ordering from here again.

Good food, fair prices. You can get coupons almost anywhere for this restaurant. Or if you request, you can get a discount or one of the daily specials. I like that the menu is very extensive,. from sandwiches to pasta, to burgers n dogs. Not just a pizza place anymore.

No no no no! Do not waste your money. Pizza was way undercooked and when I called to complain the manager was snotty and unapologetic.
