Every time I go here the staff is always extremely pleasant. I’ve had my order wrong only once. But even with that being said, they were very apologetic and remade my order. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I’d like but you can’t fault Starbucks for being popular.

In October of 2014 I moved to Montgomery from Chicago. I seriously can’t count the number of Starbucks I have been to. I come to this Starbucks daily. They know me by name. They know what I drink. This morning as I walked in the door I was greeted by two baristas! My order was rung up at the register before I got there. Someone complained about the“older” people working here and that was why the service was slow! The experience I just shared was from two of the«older» baristas! Those that are younger are also very friendly. I LOVETHISPLACE!!! it does not matter what shift I am here for. I get treated the same by whomever serves me from the manager on down. I see many of the same customers all the time. Everyone looks happy and smiling. This morning, it is a Saturday, there are 7 or 8 workers. All diligently performing their duties!!! The drive thru is backed up! The counter has a line. There are 6 – 7 people waiting patiently for their orders. Everyone is chatting and happy. The parking lot is full. From what I see and from my own experiences this Starbucks deserves 10 stars!!! My thanks to the staff for giving of themselves and making my coffee experience the best I can hope for. Six months later. Still the best.

This is one of the worst starbucks. My favorite is Montgomery :). Nicest people there. They are all so friendly and will talk to you. Same with the one in Yorkville. I buy ton of drinks daily from them, more than a person should spend. Asked for a stamp for my card and the girl was rude to me. Ok spent 14.00 $ but can’t get a sticker for a future free drink. Screw you oswego Starbucks

Friendly staff. However both of the breakfast sandwiches we ordered were hotter than hell around the edges and totally cold towards the middle

Always a friendly Starbucks whether you go inside or the drive through. Met with a friendly«Good Morning» from Rachel. Thx! I will be back!

It was really hard to hear the woman who took our order. She stood at the register and spoke in a regular volume voice while we were at the bakery case while all the machines whirled behind her. This shop has a bad case of the flies. They were everywhere. On our table and on us. I get that the drive thru window is always open, but there has to be a way to mange this. We have eaten outside this week quite nearby and didn’t see or feel nary a one. The floor was filthy. Garbage was overflowing. Perhaps they are understaffed? Also, why doesn’t Starbuck’s offer recycling? Drinks were good. Calorie count on menu is helpful. However the next time I go for a beverage, I will hit another store.

This is the worst Starbucks location that I’ve ever gone to. They always take a long time and aren’t the friendliest. For some reason their coffee just doesn’t taste good. Watered down coffee. Their frapps are always super watery. When you ask to remake it it’s never right. So this morning, I went to the location off of Eola and 34. They replaced my two drinks and they were delicious! I will never return to the Oswego Location. It’ll be a waste of time and money.

Have been to both the inside and drive through of this location. I have never had a problem with my drink. They provide exactly the quality of product you expect from a Starbucks. My only complaint is the crater sized pot hole in the drive through. Because of its location you absolutely can’t miss it! Now it has been a hot minute since I slid through here for a frap. If they have fixed the pot hole I will definitely edit this review. Thinking about it now I could really go for a smore’s frap…

I am a regular here because I work in the area and I have had the same experience time after time. I have to wait forever to get my coffee, the staff is not friendly or welcoming, and twice they haven’t had drink carriers-I had 3 drinks to take back to work! I’ve been disappointed everytime I go in there. The coffee always tastes good though.

Listen, I love starbucks. This is the only one that’s within a few miles from me, so I’m there pretty often. I understand that being a barista can really sometimes suck, but as a former barista myself, I always made sure to go the extra mile for the pleasant customers. Having been in the service industry, I always say hello before I order, and thank you afterwards and always leave a tip. It’s just polite. But I really hate saying it to these baristas, since anytime my plain old vanilla latte normally comes out scalding hot. I’ve gotten in the habit of asking for it to be made kids temperature, so that I can take a sip right away, but anytime I DO ask for it to be made this way, I end up with kids temp decaf sugar free vanilla latte, or if I ask for decaf at night, I end up getting regular and cursing the barista that made it all night long, since I’m awake. So it’s 4pm, I still have a million things to do, but I’m sitting here unable to stay awake since I’m drinking decaf, and breaking out in hives because I’m allergic to aspartame(which is in sugar free products) all because I asked for kids temp.

The staff never acknowledges that you have walked in so you have to wait at the counter for awhile until someone comes to the register. Yet there are always employees stocking something in the back. It’s not the cleanest store I’ve seen. It’s just disappointing here so I avoid it and use other locations.

I’m a daily Starbucks customer, moved to the area a few months ago. This specific Starbucks forced me to sign up for Unilocal to write this review. The baristas are, well, on the older side… which is okay, but makes for slow service. I am someone who likes to pay it forward(pay for the person behind me’s drink) and for SOME reason this Starbucks is the ONLY place apparently that says they«can’t do that». What??? All Starbucks do that! It’s a common practice among Starbucks customers. Really disappointed.

Service is always very quick and the staff is always very personable. Although whenever I go inside to order the tables and floor are a mess. Other than that great Starbucks location!

I use this Starbucks mostly due to the location. A few barista’s have been there for a while and are still very friendly. Some of the newer younger staff could work on their customer service skills. The weekday morning barista’s are the best. I have to say i have been using this Starbucks since it opened and have been bought coffee by the car in front of me at least 4 times for letting cars go ahead of me. Keep this in mind as you maneuver through the goofy parking lot.

I love this Starbucks! Everytime I go there the staff is always so friendly and make you feel like you work there with them. One barista there, Rachel is so friendly and super helpful answering any and all questions you have regarding general coffee questions right down to drink recommendations. She’s fantastic. The only downfall to this location is it’s parking lot. It’s a weird setup and can be difficult to get in and out of during peak hours.

Great place overall. All of the barista’s are rockin’ and nice. I’m there maybe once a week and always drive through. I don’t mind the weird parking lot. Their drive through is almost always quick so sitting in a weird pattern isn’t that bad. For those that whine and cry about it, you probably would b*tch about the sun being too hot or the snow being too frozen if you had the time. You can’t please all of the people in the world. Anyways, run of the mill Starbucks beverages. –1 star because Starbucks overall refuses to carry 100% Kona coffee. Once you’ve had it you’ll want it again and again. They tried a Kona blend in the past — what a joke. 100% Kona, please. Support domestic coffee plantations, Starbucks!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Getting in is a challenge, due to location within a strip mall, but seems to be the closest shop to Montgomery.

In my ten-minute trip to Starbucks, I passed through three counties, and I doubt I could find a better Starbucks in any one of them. It was the architecture of the building which first drew me in(picture a greater-than sign, or an isosceles triangle on its side). There’s a drive-thru, if you’re in a hurry, but you owe it to yourself to at least check out the storefront. In a world of cookie-cutter strip malls, a store like this does a great deal to liven up the landscape. Not two steps in the door and I was greeted with a friendly, «How are ya, dearie?» The manager was patient as I pondered the menu, even going so far as to offer me samples of anything. And when I asked to add a tip to my credit card bill, he said I couldn’t, but not to worry, as «We know you’ll be back.» So help me, I will!

Located in the new shopping development area in Oswego, this starbucks is a standalone store, with a drive thru. Convenient when heading north east on Ogden(34). Friendly staff
