Very disappointing. Walked in and was greeted with a half hearted attempt of friendliness. Gave our name and was told someone would be with us in a minute. 20 minutes later and countless number of standing around employees and we walked out with nothing more than a glare from the supposed security guard. I guess the three Apple iPhones I wanted you purchase were just not worth their time. On to the next store.

Overall unhelpful Unless you want to sign a new 2 year contract the employees completely disregard you. I went in trying to see what could be done to reduce my monthly bill and the rep there gave me a higher monthly estimate than what I’m currently paying. On another occasion I had a technical issue with my phone and went into this store, there were 7 reps standing around doing nothing 3 were txting only 1 person asked me how they could help. I let him know I was having phone issues, and he said they couldn’t do anything and told me to call Verizon tech support instead.

I visited this store today. My son was looking to price a phone. We were greeted and helped when we entered the store. The customer service was great. My son ended up purchasing a phone there. I was helped to select a Bluetooth headset for my phone. Crystal helped us and the other employees allowed us to work with the same person. The only negative was we got the phone home and the iphone would not charge pass 6%. I am confident the issue will be resolved in the morning.
