Bronzed Buff N Bare

I’ve gotten a spray tan here and a few different facials and every time it meets s d exceeds my expectations! The owners are awesome, everyone there treats me with respect as a customer! I literally leave there feeling like a million bucks! They’re helpful, knowledgeable bad I WILL DEFINITELY be going back!

I’m on day 6 of my tan… and while it’s awesome that I still have a good amount of color, after multiple showers and dips in the ocean, today is the first day that I don’t smell the spray tan odor on my skin. It was still very strong when I took a shower yesterday morning. Also, I wore a white bra after three or four days, and it still stained it. I’ve never had either of those happen with a spray tan before. A bit of a bummer.
Overall, I will still give this place another try, but I’ll likely use the clear tan next time to see if that makes a difference.

I hate to leave a bad review, but… I got a spray tan a few days before my wedding and within 24 hours I had a severe reaction all over my legs. It was uncomfortable, red and really itchy. Needless to say this was pretty upsetting as it was right before my wedding. I did call them to share what was going on and although they were apologetic they were quick to say that they wouldn’t reimburse me. My biggest complaint and the reason for the 2 stars is the fact that the woman I spoke with encouraged me NOT to go to my dermatologist. Reasoning? They would put me on meds that wouldn’t allow me to drink at my wedding. That was a pretty dumb suggestion to make considering she is not a dermatologist and should NOT be making any kind of suggestion on whether or not to go see a doctor. I understand these things happen but I would expect some type of reimbursement and definitely could be spared the medical advice.

Cathy barrens is great. She gives a great facial with all the special massages. She is always acommadating. I keep going Back and great ambience.

I’ve never received a spray tan before and was a little nervous. Teresa was WONDERFUL and made me feel incredibly comfortable, despite my state of undress haha. I will absolutely be back here for all my spray tan needs!

Been here a couple of times now and Teresa has been wonderful. The prices are great and you get an actual person spraying you, not a machine! The tan looks natural and last about 5 – 6 days. The Crystal one does not stain clothes which is nice. Teresa was good about focusing on the areas that I wanted to be tan which is a sign of good customer service so thank you for accommodating!!! I definitely recommend this place and who can beat a spray tan for $ 28.

DO NOT trust this place with your eyelashes!!! My sister went in to try temporary mascara and I just got a lash tint (which I have had done before). The process was painful and the results were awful. My sister walked out with two large clumps for eyelashes and mine are all broken off. I have never had such a horrible experience and would never go back here. I will now be spending a ridiculous amount of money to try to return my lashes to their original state. Thanks for nothing Bronzed Buff and Bare.

Best tan of my life! I could not have been more please with the natural color and glow. The salon is clean and comfortable, and the employees are wonderful. I will defintely be coming back!

It’s disappointing to learn that your response to my initial review is misleading. You, the owner did not inform me that your company didn’t accept Spafinder gift cards when I arrived and asked you if you would accept them.

If you’re looking for a fabulous facial, look no more. Just go see Jessica Duprey! You’ll be wondering where she’s been all your life!?! She’s very knowledgable about the products she’s using and what you need to be using at home to stay looking your best. I’ve now had a facial and 3 chemical peels and my skin is looking and feeling better than ever. I’m so excited for my next facial. I will follow her to the moon!

Super friendly, professional, easy, affordable service. I’m 7 months pregnant and in a wedding this weekend, so I dropped in for their original spray tan and was pleasantly surprised as I’ve never had a spray tan before. Highly recommended!

I came to BB&B for a spray tan and wax before a weekend getaway. The customer service was impeccable as well as the quality of service. My spray tan stayed on perfectly throughout my vacation which included walking around on hot days and swimming. The fading was hardly noticeable, too! Sara is such a wonderful esthetician – she is very knowledgable and makes you feel at ease. I will definitely be back!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the services I’ve had at Bronzed Buff N Bare. Their spray tans are applied to perfection and look like a perfect sun kissed tan. The staff are also wonderful and the atmosphere is great.

This was by far the most thorough spray tan I have received. Sara totally knew what she was doing and really took her time — my tan looks great! The Unilocal Certifcate was nice to have too!

This place is great! I went to get a spray tan after searching Unilocal for Spray tanning near Overland Park. I wanted a little bronze for a wedding I was attending in KC. I bought the Unilocal deal and made an appointment for the same day for a spray tan. After a looong time in the chair at the salon, I was running late for my appointment at BB&B. I called to let them know and I was nervous I would be cancelled or they would be frustrated. Totally opposite! They were more than accommodation and appreciated my call. This was my first time getting a spray tan and the woman who helped me (I don’t have her card on me and I am so bad with names — so sorry!)was so helpful and informative. She told me exactly how the process would go beforehand and answered all of my questions in detail. She made me so relaxed and after my spray she let me stay until I felt really dry. The color developed overnight and looked natural. I bought the lotion set they recommended and my color lasted 7+ days. I recommend Bronzed Buff N Bare to anyone looking for a natural looking, long lasting tan! I can’t wait to go try their facials and waxes next time I come home! Thanks BB&B!!!

I came back home to KC for a visit and needed an airbrush tan before a wedding… I looked on Unilocal to find a convenient place, and went in using their $ 10 off Unilocal check in deal. I couldn’t be more happy that I did! I have received countless tans in Chicago, and this was by far the best color and most even application I have ever had. I asked my technician to go SUPER light since I’m fair skinned, and she did two light applications. She and the owner were so nice and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. :)
It didn’t smell funky and was such a pretty color… it’s not fading funny either which is a bonus. Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back!
