Ordered a 4 piece tender meal with two sides for $ 8. Food is not made to order. It took a few minutes to prepare. The chicken was extremely dry! I’m pretty sure they were already cooked and thrown in the fryer to appear«fresh».

Awful customer service — they got our order wrong & wanted to charge us $ 3 to get our order right when all we wanted to do was return the wrong order & get the right one. Not worth the nearly $ 8 charge we had already paid — & they wanted $ 3 more! Plus they were slow. Got the Food Court manager involved & they served our order. Was 1star before that.

So high quality. I love Chickenow. Get the Cajun Chicken Wrap. And the fries. And the special sauce. You will not regret it. Then, come back and get the fish sandwich. And the fries. And the special sauce. You will not regret it. Plus, great service.

I ordered the three piece tender box(which includes two sides) and a drink at the counter for a total of $ 8.83. My order was ready in about five minutes. The chicken was plentiful, with premium white meat, and a crunchy, salty, not very tasty coating. There was a small portion of tasty fries, and a generous serving of average, creamy Cole slaw. Drink refills cost $ 0.50. The service was somewhat friendly.

The chicken is real, not pressed. Fried to perfection. I had the Cajun chicken and it was excellent. It reminds me of Chipotle. A huge burrito filled with chicken, lettuce, corn, with delicious sauce. Best place in food court.

I work at the mall, and for some reason I never ventured over to chicken. My boss loves their chicken quesadilla. But their chicken sandwich, it is out of this world. After months of eating at the food court, I’ve got to say this is the best thing I’ve ever gotten there. The sandwich is always made fresh to order, and I’ve never had to wait more that 5 minutes when on the busiest of Saturdays. Do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich when you’re at the mall next.

The best chicken sandwich in town, especially if you order with their sauce and get extra to dip each bite in! I don’t think I have been to the food court without someone if front of Chicken Now giving out a sample of the sandwich, and it never fails, even when I didn’t plan to eat, I end up ordering a chicken sandwich. I love everything about it. The chicken itself is plump and juicy. The breading is let’s you know it is there, without taking away from everything else. The bun is perfect for the sandwich… fresh and just the right size. It tastes great as well. I love that they are made to order so that it comes to you hot and fresh. They actually are great take out sandwiches… I bought one a few months ago and ended up only getting a bite before I had to go. When I got home I threw it in the refrigerator and later that night when I remembered it was there, I was surprised at how good it was cold. The special sauce they offer is too amazing! It does bother me a bit, however, that they are so stingy with it. You can have it put on your sandwich, but they don’t use much. When you ask for extra, they give you ONE very tiny lidded container. When you ask for more than one, they will give you two, but make it seem like you shouldn’t be asking for extra. This happens to me every time! The hot food like potatoes, mac and cheese, and vegetables that are prepared and keep at the counter behind the class never look that appealing. It always seems like they have been there for a while. I would say they are not the fastest, but I feel like the wait for their amazing, fresh chicken sandwich is worth it!

I don’t think I have ever had a chicken sandwich leave me so speechless. I didn’t expect chicken of this freshness, quality, or flavor from anything residing in a mall food court. It is a Saturday night right at the close of the mall when I was scrambling to find some last minute food during the holiday shopping rush. I looked around the food court fully prepared to give up and go to Chick Fil A outside the mall when the lady at chicken now offered me a free sample… After close. I was very hesitant and turned her down. She was so nice and didn’t seem to mind that the mall was closing so I decided that her persistence earned a shot. I wanted a chicken sandwich anyway after all. I ordered a combo number one with the original sandwich, fries and a drink. The sandwich and fries were cooked fresh without even the slightest groan of any employee. When it was done, I inquired about the sauces and pointed to an orange-pink sauce. She explained it was called something that sounded like Grandma’s sauce and said it was the best sauce they had. I e pelted it to be like thousand island but it wasn’t. It was already on the sandwich and I put some more on it. There is a bit of sweet tangy flavor with a touch of black pepper to the sauce. The breeding was crisp and a bit crunchier and more souther than their outside the mall competition but it is still a similar breaking style. The chicken itself was high quality white meat that tasted very fresh, possible as if it was never frozen. I was shocked. The bun was buttered heavily which I loved but some people may not, just a warning. But this makes me think their grilled cheese sandwich would be epic if you like grilled buttery bread.

This is in a mall food court. I’d give the service time a 2 given what they are serving and the fact that it is in a mall food court, the food should come out faster. I waited 20 minutes during weekend lunch hour with only 2 orders in front of me. I’d give the food quality a 4 based on expectations for a mall food court. This averages out to a 3 star rating. I’d recommend ordering the chicken tenders over the wings.

Until Raising Cane’s become closer than 3 – 4 hours away this place will have to do. It does not top Cane’s, but it’s ok. The sauce is pretty good. The chicken is nice and juicy. The fact that they serve plantains is the bomb! I love plantains!

Oh Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. This is all your fault. Your delay in getting to Kansas City has led to this: The other day in the mall, while looking for something to eat after hours of being a human clothing hanger, I saw a chicken establishment. I then tried a sample of it, only to realize it was super-juicy chicken that had a sauce extremely similar to Raising Cane’s. After a few seconds, I realized that for once, I could finally get close to satisfying my chicken finger cravings.(But like a NY-Style pizza in KS. Not the real thing, but super close) I proceeded to order some for my wife and I knowing automatically she would be pleased. To my shock, when looking at the sides, they had plantains. Let me repeat this. .. . PLANTAINS. .. .. . Being Dominican, my knees began to shake so violently, they knocked into each other. FREAKINGPLANTAINS!!! SO I ordered those along with what I think are the best homemade mashed potatoes in the city. As my wife walks out the restroom, she also has similar shock, the strips, the sauce, the plantains, it was a bit overwhelming. Anyway, you’re probably wondering about the chicken. Let’s just say I’ll let you find out on your own. The strips are so juicy, they are indescribably beyond words. After going to this place, you will find yourself(as I did today) going to the mall just for food(Oh this is so weird…)
