Experience from 04 September, 2015. Went through the drive-thru at 9:30PM. Ordered a chicken tender box, was told no chicken tenders until tomorrow. Left with a bowl that tasted fine. Clearly the staff has no time or concern for food safety, because mere hours after ingesting their garbage I became ill. Severely ill. Never mind their blatant disregard for the customer because chicken tenders are too hard to prepare 30 minutes prior to closing. The service was lacking, an employee was heard yelling through the speaker, and the receipt contained no total amount or itemized charges. On top of FOODPOISONING! I will not be going back to this shit hole again. Good job in reinforcing the argument against paying you slobs any more than minimum wage.

I don’t know that I could ever give 4 – 5 stars to a KFC, but I’ll say this is about as good of an experience as I’ve had at one. The food is what you expect. So I tend to focus on whether the service is decent. And, in this case, it exceeded my expectations.
