What a fun place! Chad Chad Chad Chad Chad Chad HORCHATA! They have a sweet almond milk HORCHATA that is almost a dessert. Chad was really helpful and enthusiastic about all the products. There are so many yummy juices to choose from. I love the watermelon mint one, the sweet potato one, the beet one, calcify green one, and more. Just ask to sample them to find your perfect flavor. They also have cleanses and juice fast program you can walk in any time and get. Their hummus is amazing– I personally love the sweet chili one. They have great power ball snacks and chicken salad and veggies and more. It’s definitely a perfect place to get something fresh and clean feeling! And the kombucha is SO GOOD. I Iove the banana and mixture of blueberry/​ginger. I wasn’t expecting to buy so much, but I couldn’t help wanting to take stuff back w me all the way to Virginia!

This is Kansas city’s premier juice store. The staff has exceptional knowledge way beyond knowing how to run a business. You can get all your nutritional questions answered by any of them. The juice comes in either plastic or glass containers of your choice. I love the selections of juices on hand. Their dry goods and refrigerated items are amazing as well. They offer a full line of Paleo foods along with dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. If you can’t get up to the store don’t worry just call or get online, place your order and they will deliver the following day.

How lucky are Kansans eeerr Missiourans, both!!! (I am not really sure what state I am in at this point) You all have access to an awesome cold pressed juice joint that actually has delicious juices and paleo bites. I loved that you head over to the fridge and grab a juice. Personally, I favor convenience and if I don’t have to hear a juicer and wait, then that’s a huge plus for me.
In my short stay in Kansas City I stopped by here twice and got the following: Horchata (nut milk), Iso, and Carbon juices and Hyde, Poly, and MCT paleo bites. All three juices/​nut milk were excellent. Out of all three paleo bites the MCT was my favorite. Coco-​nutty and delicious with cashews, chia seeds, coconut oil, and Himalayan Salt. A close second was the Poly which has strawberry and lavender in it!
Science driven, the great taste, convenient, and quality ingredients. They let you sample the juices so you and be sure to get one you love. They know what they are talking about and are willing to share.

Great cold pressed juices and paleo/​gluten free/​dairy free foods! I love stopping by for a quick healthy lunch when I don’t have time to pack my own. They also have farm fresh eggs which is a plus.

Finally a truly organic juice bar in KC!!! They use top notch products and you can taste it. Their small bites are amazing. The proton and neuron balls are to die for as is their chicken salad. Can’t wait for them to open a location closer to me!!!

Having Simple Science Juices within reach by car or bus is like having a tiny bit of Denver or Portland accessible to me, without having to book a flight. I have found my happy place right here in Overland Park, KS (with new locations in the works) — as well as their products being sold in various locations in Kansas City, including the ChopChop FitStop Paleo Food truck and the Sundry.
This is one of the few places locally where I know the folks who are behind the idea and product have a true understanding and care for people like myself, who deal with health issues that are directly impacted by what I eat. Granted, I believe this is to be true about everyone. But not everyone is as self aware and ready to admit that they really are what they eat. And definitely many businesses are not capable of providing food for what right now seems to still be a minority (those who care deeply about what they are putting into their bodies).
I appreciate the compassion and dedication I see with Simple Science, coming from people who really DO understand, and want to do everything they can to produce and share quality food and beverage options that are not only «healthy» and delicious — but have the potential to HEAL.
The Overland Park location sits in what used to be an Italian restaurant. There are lots of windows, offering natural light, along with some tables, and a welcoming vibe. You will be greeted by one of the enthusiastic and helpful staff, as you peruse the cold case offerings. There is local kombucha on tap, as well as a variety of the cold press juices, alkaline water, bone broth, and a rotating selection of salads, to go meals, hummus, protein balls, and more.
My favorites based on my palate have to be the Molecule (a Beet based juice) & Calcify Juice — O M G Calclify is so good. But I am a huge avocado fan, & this juice is hearty and delicious with the perfect blend of flavor and some added fat. It’s my pre and post yoga drink of choice. I have heard great things about the paleo mac & cheese, the paleo chipotle pasta, and the paleo chocolate cake. And I personally have enjoyed the Molecule and root beer kombucha (from the Scoby Master). I am biased though. I rarely meet a kombucha I don’t like.
I can’t say enough good things about Simple Science because obviously they have given me yet another reason to stay in Kansas City. Each time I get itchy, with the strong urge to move some place where it would just be easier for me to EAT safely — someone or something (like Simple Science) pops into the picture, and convinces me to stick around and watch change happen.
I would love to be here still for a Kansas City full of healthy options and people dedicated to living a lifestyle lending itself to wellness. For now, I am still here. And places like Simple Science have a lot to do with that.

I was DEFINITELY not intending to spend $ 25 here, especially because my next trip was to Nordstrom for Christmas shopping… but I have to hand it to Simple Science Juices, their stuff was very unique, fresh, and I applaud their staff for being very friendly and helpful. I expected to have my drink made on site, but was surprised when they pointed me to their fridge. They had a plethora of drinks, all ranging from like almond chocolate to a detoxing kale blend. Each bottle, at least for the bigger ones are $ 8.50 – normally a bitttt pricey for my range since it makes Naked look cheap now, but I can tell this place will be luring me in again sometime soon since it’s also so close by to where I live.
Along with their juices (which you can see in a separated room that other staff are making the juices with a ginormous juicer), they offer soups, chia pudding, and other super-​mega-​healthy-​clean food that make you re-​evaluate your life and do their intimidating juice cleanse pamphlet at the register. Especially because you may or may not have thought about the donut store next door… good thing I grabbed that MCT stuff (energy balls), right? I’m so bad. Don’t judge.
This is just such a cool place and worth visiting at least once if you’re in need of some healthy living motivation (I know I am)!

Loved the juices & the business commitment to offering the cleanest & healthiest ingredients. Prices are competitive with other like cal juice companies as well as pre-​packaged. Owners seem dedicated to sharing the gift of health with their community which I love.

Love the juices and that they deliver. Juices always taste fresh and are inventive flavors. Bonus: they have the BEST almond milk!!!

I love cold-​pressed juice. If I’m ever in need of a flood of feel good, a green juice is my go to. For a long time in Kansas City, there was nowhere to get one. Until Simple Science. Not only is it cold-​pressed (big difference over the centrifugal juicers to me), organic (no chemical «extras»), and delicious (which lets be honest, is important!)-it can be delivered to your door by super friendly staff (which is a godsend for someone with a small child!) All around a wonderful place for a healthy pick me up.

Finally a juice shop that knows juice! I first heard of Simple Science when the owner was a guest on Kansas City Live and spoke of his experience of detecting and relieving his health/​allergy/​energy issues with juicing. I have been looking for juice that isn’t fruit heavy and added sugars and this is the ticket! I went in to buy some goodies and much to my delight, they also have a decent selection of home made paleo foods. I tried their chipotle chicken salad and a sweet potato salad and they were beyond amazing! I bought several bottles of juice and they also let me sample some. They were all delicious. You can see the super juice press through the window doing all the magic! They even deliver their goodness right to you! I’m looking forward to participating in a juice fast with their high quality juices!

This is a great place! You’ll find educated staff who are friendly and willing to help direct you do juices that will help you meet your goals. Plus they let you taste the juices as well as Kombucha. For a new by they made it easy.

I purchased my Simple Science Juices from Myofacial Release Center. I have tried juice fasts before where I shopped for the produce and made the juices based on various recipes. The Simple Science juices made it soooooo much easier! No wasted produce. No mess, so no cleaning up. The value and convenience is fantastic. The juices were all fresh and delicious. (Let’s be honest, the green juices don’t taste like candy, they taste like what you’d expect a green juice to taste like. So when I say delicious, that’s relative to expectations.) There is a great variety and all are reasonably priced. I highly recommend you try.

This place is hands down the best juice bar I’ve ever been to! Not only do they use organic, raw and local ingredients but they have a passion for whipping up delicious blends that keep me coming back for more! My favorites are Calcify, Compound, Electron and their new Iso! My friend and I visited on a slow Sunday and was treated so amazing by the wonderful guy working there. He allowed us to sample as many of the juices as we’d like before choosing out favorites and answered all our questions about the ingredients and sourcing of some of them. I’m pregnant so I had questions about safety and was put at ease about consuming these juices. We weren’t rushed at all and felt so comfortable just hanging out and discussing juice. I recommend this place to all my friends and can’t say enough good things about it. Plus– they have wonderfully amazing kombucha on tap! Yay!

Go! Best juice in the area. You will be happy you went. Great décor, grab and go smacks and healthy meals, and juice that pretty much anyone of any background could find themselves an option for. Must go!!!

This is my favorite juice place in the kc area by far! So much selection and amazing service! Employees are super helpful. Definitely make the stop for simple science juices.

Love this place. They are all knowledgable about the juices and all of the foods that they make. It is all fresh and organic. Just shipped a big order to the state of WA. Looking forward to hearing about what the recipient thinks of the delicious food. Highly recommend everything that is made at the store as well as the delicious kombucha made by The Scoby Master, Lisa Bledsoe.

Best juice place in KC! Fresh, organic, and a great variety of juices and great food. Personal favorites are Compound (sweet potato, orange, and pineapple) and Nucleus (cucumber, pineapple, lemon, ginger, kale, cayenne). The snacks and cereals are created by the chef for the Royals and taste amazing. They also have Kombucha on tap!
Stop by and talk to Steve, the owner. Former Sporting KC goalie and REALLY knows his stuff! Very informative!
